[2]And the sons of Kohath: Amram, Izhar, Hebron, and Uzziel. |
| [3]ܘܲܒ̣ܢܵܘ̈ܗܝ ܕܥܲܡܪܲܡ: ܡܘܼܫܹܐ: ܘܐܲܗܪܘܿܢ: ܘܡܲܪܝܲܡ. ܘܲܒ̣ܢܵܘ̈ܗܝ ܕܐܲܗܪܘܿܢ: ܢܵܕ݂ܵܒ̣: ܘܐܲܒ̣ܝܼܗܘܿ: ܘܐܹܠܝܼܥܵܙܲܪ: ܘܐܝܼܬ̣ܵܡܵܪ. |
[3]And the children of Amram: Moses, Aaron, and Miriam. And the sons of Aaron: Nadab, Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar. |
| [4]ܘܐܹܠܝܼܥܵܙܲܪ ܐܵܘܠܸܕ݂ ܠܦܝܼܢܚܸܣ ܘܦܝܼܢܚܸܣ ܐܵܘܠܸܕ݂ ܠܐܲܒ̣ܝܼܫܘܿܥ. |
[4]Eleazar begat Phinehas, Phinehas begat Abishua, |
| [5]ܘܐܲܒ̣ܝܼܫܘܿܥ ܐܵܘܠܸܕ݂ ܠܐܲܒ̣ܝܼܩܵܪ. ܘܐܲܒ̣ܝܼܩܵܪ ܐܵܘܠܸܕ݂ ܠܥܲܙܝܼ. |
[5]And Abishua begat Abikar, and Abikar begat Uzzi, |
| [6]ܘܥܲܙܝܼ ܐܵܘܠܸܕ݂ ܠܲܙܪܲܚܝܵܐ. ܘܙܲܪܲܚܝܵܐ ܐܵܘܠܸܕ݂ ܠܡܲܪܘ. |
[6]And Uzzi begat Zerahiah, and Zerahiah begat Maro, |
| [7]ܘܡܲܪܘ ܐܵܘܠܸܕ݂ ܠܐܵܡܲܪܝܵܐ: ܘܐܵܡܲܪܝܵܐ ܐܵܘܠܸܕ݂ ܠܐܲܚܝܼܛܘܿܒ̣. |
[7]And Maro begat Amariah, and Amariah begat Ahitub, |
| [8]ܘܐܲܚܝܼܛܘܿܒ̣ ܐܵܘܠܸܕ݂ ܠܨܵܕ݂ܘܿܩ. ܘܨܵܕ݂ܘܿܩ ܐܵܘܠܸܕ݂ ܠܐܲܚܝܼܡܥܸܨ. |
[8]And Ahitub begat Zadok, and Zadok begat Ahimaaz, |
| [9]ܘܐܲܚܝܼܡܥܸܨ ܐܵܘܠܸܕ݂ ܠܥܲܙܲܪܝܵܐ. ܘܥܲܙܲܪܝܵܐ ܐܵܘܠܸܕ݂ ܠܝܘܿܚܲܢܵܢ. |
[9]And Ahimaaz begat Azariah, and Azariah begat Johanan, |
| [10]ܘܝܘܿܚܲܢܵܢ ܐܵܘܠܸܕ݂ ܠܥܲܙܲܪܝܵܐ. ܘܥܲܙܲܪܝܵܐ ܗ̤ܘ ܫܲܡܸܫ ܒܒܲܝܬܵܐ ܕܲܒ̣ܢܵܐ ܫܠܹܝܡܘܿܢ ܒܐܘܿܪܸܫܠܸܡ. |
[10]And Johanan begat Azariah (it was he who ministered in the priestly office in the temple that Solomon built in Jerusalem), |
| [11]ܘܐܵܘܠܸܕ݂ ܥܲܙܲܪܝܵܐ ܠܐܵܡܲܪܝܵܐ: ܘܐܵܡܲܪܝܵܐ ܐܵܘܠܸܕ݂ ܠܐܲܚܝܼܛܘܿܒ̣. |
[11]And Azariah begat Amariah, and Amariah begat Ahitub, |
| [12]ܘܐܲܚܝܼܛܘܿܒ̣ ܐܵܘܠܸܕ݂ ܠܨܵܕ݂ܘܿܩ ܘܨܵܕ݂ܘܿܩ ܐܵܘܠܸܕ݂ ܠܫܵܠܘܿܡ. |
[12]And Ahitub begat Zadok, and Zadok begat Shallum, |
| [13]ܘܫܵܠܘܿܡ ܐܵܘܠܸܕ݂ ܠܚܹܠܲܩܝܵܐ ܘܚܹܠܲܩܝܵܐ ܐܵܘܠܸܕ݂ ܠܥܲܙܲܪܝܵܐ. |
[13]And Shallum begat Hilkiah, and Hilkiah begat Azariah, |
| [14]ܘܥܲܙܲܪܝܵܐ ܐܵܘܠܸܕ݂ ܠܲܣܪܵܝܵܐ ܘܲܣܪܵܝܵܐ ܐܵܘܠܸܕ݂ ܠܨܵܕ݂ܘܿܩ. |
[14]And Azariah begat Seraiah, and Seraiah begat Zadok, |
| [15]ܘܨܵܕ݂ܘܿܩ ܐܸܫܬ̇ܒ̣ܝܼ: ܟܲܕ݂ ܓܲܠܝܼ ܡܵܪܝܵܐ ܠܐ̄ܢܵܫܲܝ̈ ܝܼܗܘܼܕ݂ܵܐ ܘܠܐܘܿܪܸܫܠܸܡ: ܠܒ̣ܵܒܹܠ ܠܘܵܬ̣ ܢܒ̣ܘܼܟܲܕ݂ܢܵܨܲܪ. |
[15]And Zadok was carried away captive when the LORD carried away Judah and Jerusalem by the hand of Nebuchadnezzar. |
| [16]ܒܢܵܘ̈ܗܝ ܕܠܹܘܝܼ: ܓܪܸܫܘܿܢ: ܘܩܵܗܵܬ̣: ܘܲܡܪܵܪܝܼ. |

[17]And these are the names of the sons of Gershon: Libni and Shimei. |

[18]And the sons of Kohath were Amram, Izhar, Hebron, and Uzziel. |
| [19]ܘܲܒ̣ܢܵܘ̈ܗܝ ܕܲܡܪܵܪܝܼ: ܡܲܚܠܝܼ: ܘܡܘܼܫܝܼ. ܗܵܠܹܝܢ ܐܸܢܹܝܢ ܫܲܪ̈ܒ̣ܵܬ̣ܵܐ ܕܠܹܘܵܝܹ̈ܐ: ܠܐܲܒ̣ܵܗܵܬ̣̈ܗܘܿܢ. |
[19]The sons of Merari: Mahli and Moshi. And these are the families of the Levites according to their fathers. |
| [20]ܓܸܪܫܘܿܢ ܒܪܹܗ:ܢܵܚܵܬ̣ ܒܪܹܗ:ܙܹܡܵܐ ܒܪܹܗ. |

[23]Hilkanah his son, Akinsaph his son. |

[27]Eliab his son, Gadhiel his son, Hilkanah his son. |

[30]Shimea his son, Ashaiah his son |

[31]These are all of those whom David appointed to minister in the house of the LORD at the place where the ark stood. |

[32]And they ministered before the LORD in the tabernacle of the congregation with great singing, until Solomon built the house of the LORD in Jerusalem; and then he appointed them to their office according to their order. |

[34]The son of Hilkanah, the son of Jeroham, the son of Eliel, the son of Taho, |
