[1]Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I would not have you ignorant. |
[1]About spiritual things but my brethren will I that you will know |
[2]Ye know that ye were Gentiles, and were carried away unto the dumb idols, as ye were led. |
[2]That pagans you were and idols those which have not to them voice without discrimination being led you were |
[3]Wherefore, I declare unto you, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God, calleth Jesus execrable: also no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost. |
[3]Because this inform I you that there is not a man who by The Spirit of Alaha speaks and says damned is Ieshu neither a man can say that the Lord is Ieshu except only by The Spirit of Holiness |
[4]Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. |
[4]Diversities but of gifts there are but One is The Spirit |
[5]And there are diversities of administrations, but the same Lord, |
[5]And diversities of ministries there are but One is the Lord |
[6]And there are diversities of operations, but God is the same, which worketh all in all. |
[6]And a diversity of miracles there is but One is Alaha Who works all in every person |
[7]But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man, to profit withal. |
[7]To each man but is given to him the revelation of The Spirit as it helps Him |
[8]For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom: and to another the word of knowledge, by the same Spirit: |
[8]There is given to him in The Spirit a word of wisdom to another but a word of knowledge in him by The Spirit |
[9]And to another is given faith, by the same Spirit: and to another the gifts of healing, by the same Spirit: |
[9]To another faith in him by The Spirit to another the gift of healing in Him by The Spirit |
[10]And to another the operations of great works: and to another prophecy: and to another, the discerning of spirits: and to another, diversities of tongues: and to another the interpretation of tongues. |
[10]To another but miracles to another but prophecy to another but discernment of spirits to another but kinds of languages to another but translation of languages |
[11]And all these things worketh even the selfsame Spirit, distributing to every man severally as he will. |
[11]All but these One That Spirit does and distributes to every person as He pleases |
[12]For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of the body, which is one, though they be many, yet are but one body: even so is Christ. |
[12]In like manner for because the body one is and there are in it members many all of them but members of the body while many they one are body thus also The Messiah |
[13]For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews, or Grecians, whether we be bond, or free, and have been all made to drink into one Spirit. |
[13]Also we for we all by One Spirit to one body are baptized if Judeans or Aramaeans or servants or children of freedom and we all One The Spirit are caused to drink |
[14]For the body also is not one member, but many. |
[14]Also the body for not is one member but many |
[15]If the foot would say, Because I am not the hand, I am not of the body, is it therefore not of the body? |
[15]If shall say for a foot that because that not I am a hand not I am of it of the body not? because of this is it not from it from the body |
[16]And if the ear would say, Because I am not the eye, I am not of the body, is it therefore not of the body? |
[16]And if should say an ear coming in that not I am an eye not I am from it from the body not? because of this is it not from it from the body |
[17]If the whole body were an eye, where were the hearing? If the whole were hearing, where were the smelling? |
[17]If for all the body an eye were where? would be the hearing and if it all hearing were how? smell is there |
[18]But now hath God disposed the members every one of them in the body at his own pleasure. |
[18]Now but Alaha set every one each of the members in the body just as He chooses |
[19]For if they were all one member, where were the body? |
[19]If but all of them one were member where? is the body |
[20]But now are there many members, yet but one body. |
[20]Now but members there are many one is but the body |
[21]And the eye cannot say unto the hand, I have no need of thee: nor the head again to the feet, I have no need of you. |
[21]Not can the eye say to the hand "not necessary you are to me" neither the head can say to the feet "not necessary you are to me" |
[22]Yea, much rather those members of the body, which seem to be more feeble, are necessary. |
[22]But all the more those members that are considered weak on the contrary are needful |
[23]And upon those members of the body, which we think most unhonest, put we more honesty on: and our uncomely parts have more comeliness on. |
[23]And those which we think shameful are in the body to these honor greater we increase and those that contemptible are attire greater we make for them |
[24]For our comely parts need it not: but God hath tempered the body together, and hath given the more honor to that part which lacked, |
[24]Those but members that are with us honored not need to them honor Alaha for unites the body and He has given honor greater to the members which are small |
[25]Lest there should be any division in the body: but that the members should have the same care one for another. |
[25]Lest will be divisions in the body but all of the members equally one for another shall be caring |
[26]Therefore if one member suffer, all suffer with it: if one member be had in honor, all the members rejoice with it. |
[26]That now when one member shall be suffering all of them shall share the pain and if rejoices one member all of the members shall rejoice |
[27]Now ye are the body of Christ, and members for your part. |
[27]You but the body are of The Messiah and members in your places |
[28]And God hath ordained some in the Church: as first Apostles, secondly Prophets, thirdly teachers, then them that do miracles: after that, the gifts of healing, helpers, governors, diversity of tongues. |
[28]Set for Alaha in his church first apostles after them prophets after them teachers after them workers of miracles after them gifts of healing and helpers and leaders and kinds of languages |
[29]Are all Apostles? are all Prophets? are all teachers? |
[29]Interrog. all of them apostles interrog. all of them prophets interrog. all of them teachers interrog. all of them workers miracles |
[30]Are all doers of miracles? have all the gifts of healing? do all speak with tongues? do all interpret? |
[30]Interrog. to all are? to them gifts of healing interrog. all of them with languages speaking or interrog. all of them translating |
[31]But desire you the best gifts, and I will yet show you a more excellent way. |
[31]If but are zealous you are for gifts great I again I shall show you a way better |
