[1]Paul an apostle of Ieshu The Messiah by the commandment of Alaha our Lifegiver and of The Messiah Ieshu our Hope [1]PAULOS, an apostle of Jeshu Meshiha, by the commandment of Aloha our Saviour, and of Jeshu Meshiha our hope;
[2]To Timotheos a son true in faith grace and mercy and peace from Alaha our Father and The Messiah Ieshu our Lord [2]To Timotheos, my true son in the faith: grace and mercy and peace from Aloha our Father and Jeshu Meshiha our Lord.
[3]Requesting I was of you when went I to Maqedonia that you remain in Ephesus and that you command certain men that not they teach teachings different [3]I requested of thee, when I would go into Makedunia, to remain at Ephesos, and instruct certain men that they teach not various doctrines,
[4]And not they should give heed to fables and to accounts of genealogies of which an end there is not to them these things contentions are producing all the more and not edification in the faith of Alaha [4]Nor throw themselves [away] upon stories and tales of generations which have no end, [but] which rather subserve contentions, and not edification in the faith of Aloha.
[5]The sum but of the commandments is love that from a heart pure and from a conscience good and from faith true [5]But the end of the commandment is love, from a pure heart, and from a good conscience, and from genuine faith.
[6]And some of them from these things have strayed people they have turned away to words empty [6]And from them that have erred, and have declined to vain words,
[7]In that they seek to be teachers of The Written Law while not they understand anything that they speak neither anything about which they contend [7]Seeking to become teachers of the law, while they understand not what they speak, nor that concerning which they contend.
[8]We know but that The Written Law good is if a man according to The Written Law will be led by it [8]But we know that the law is good, if a man according to the law converse in it;
[9]While he knows that for the righteous The Written Law not was appointed but for the evil and for the rebellious and for the wicked and for sinners and for the vicious and to those who not are pure and to those who hit their fathers and for those who hit their mothers and for murderers [9]Knowing that against the righteous the law is not set, but against the evil, and rebels, and the wicked, and sinners, and the dishonest, and those who are not pure, and those who strike their fathers, and those who strike their mothers, and murderers,
10[No verse] [10]And fornicators, and liers with men, and stealers of the free, and liars, and doers against an oath and whatever [else] is opposed to the healthful doctrine
[11]Of the Good News of the glory of Alaha The Blessed that with which I have been entrusted [11]Of the gospel of the glory of the blessed Aloha, with which I have been intrusted.
[12]And thank I Him Who has empowered me our Lord Ieshu The Messiah Who accounted me trustworthy and He has put me into His ministry [12]And I thank him who hath empowered me, our Lord Jeshu Meshiha, who accounted me faithful, and constituted me his minister;
[13]To me who from the first a blasphemer I was and a persecutor and abusive but I obtained mercy because while not known I had what I did without faith [13]Me, who before was a blasphemer, and a persecutor, and injurious; but I received mercy, because while ignorant I did it, without faith.
[14]Abounded in me but the grace of our Lord and faith and love which are in Ieshu The Messiah [14]But in me hath abounded the grace of our Lord, and faith and love which are in Jeshu Meshiha.
[15]Trustworthy is this saying and worthy it is of its acceptance that Ieshu The Messiah came to the universe to save sinners of whom foremost I am [15]Faithful is the word, and worthy of reception that Jeshu the Meshiha came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am first.
[16]But because of this He showed mercy to me that in me first may show Ieshu The Messiah all patience of His Spirit for the example of those who are going to believe in Him to life eternal [16]But for this he had compassion upon me, that in me first Jeshu Meshiha might show all long-suffering, as an exhibition for them who should believe in him unto everlasting life.
[17]To The King but of the universe to Him Who not is destructible and not seen Who is One Alaha honor and glory to the eternity of eternities Amen [17]But to the King who is eternal, incorruptible, and unseen, who is one Aloha, be honour and glory for ever and ever. Amen.
[18]This decree commit I to you my son Timotheos according to the prophecies former that were about you that you may war by them warfare this excellent [18]This commandment I commit to thee, my son Timotheos, according to the early prophecies which were concerning thee, that thou mayest war through them this good warfare
[19]In faith and in conscience good those for who this have rejected from them of faith have been emptied [19]With faith and with a good conscience. For those who this have put away from them of faith have been emptied;
[20]Like Humenayus and Alexandros these whom I delivered to Satan that they may be instructed that not they should blaspheme [20]As Hymeneos and Alexandros, whom I have delivered to Satana, that they may not blaspheme.
