| [16]תִּפֹּ֨ל עֲלֵיהֶ֤ם אֵימָ֙תָה֙ וָפַ֔חַד בִּגְדֹ֥ל זְרֹועֲךָ֖ יִדְּמ֣וּ כָּאָ֑בֶן עַד־יַעֲבֹ֤ר עַמְּךָ֙ יְהוָ֔ה עַֽד־יַעֲבֹ֖ר עַם־ז֥וּ קָנִֽיתָ׃ |

| [17]תְּבִאֵ֗מֹו וְתִטָּעֵ֙מֹו֙ בְּהַ֣ר נַחֲלָֽתְךָ֔ מָכֹ֧ון לְשִׁבְתְּךָ֛ פָּעַ֖לְתָּ יְהוָ֑ה מִקְּדָ֕שׁ אֲדֹנָ֖י כֹּונְנ֥וּ יָדֶֽיךָ׃ |
[17]Thou shalt bringH935[H8686] them in, and plantH5193[H8799] them in the mountainH2022 of thine inheritanceH5159, in the placeH4349, O LORDH3068, which thou hast madeH6466[H8804] for thee to dwell inH3427[H8800], in the SanctuaryH4720, O LordH136, which thy handsH3027 have establishedH3559.[H8790] |
| [18]יְהוָ֥ה ׀ יִמְלֹ֖ךְ לְעֹלָ֥ם וָעֶֽד׃ |

| [19]כִּ֣י בָא֩ ס֨וּס פַּרְעֹ֜ה בְּרִכְבֹּ֤ו וּבְפָרָשָׁיו֙ בַּיָּ֔ם וַיָּ֧שֶׁב יְהוָ֛ה עֲלֵהֶ֖ם אֶת־מֵ֣י הַיָּ֑ם וּבְנֵ֧י יִשְׂרָאֵ֛ל הָלְכ֥וּ בַיַּבָּשָׁ֖ה בְּתֹ֥וךְ הַיָּֽם׃ |

| [20]וַתִּקַּח֩ מִרְיָ֨ם הַנְּבִיאָ֜ה אֲחֹ֧ות אַהֲרֹ֛ן אֶת־הַתֹּ֖ף בְּיָדָ֑הּ וַתֵּצֶ֤אןָ כָֽל־הַנָּשִׁים֙ אַחֲרֶ֔יהָ בְּתֻפִּ֖ים וּבִמְחֹלֹֽת׃ |

| [21]וַתַּ֥עַן לָהֶ֖ם מִרְיָ֑ם שִׁ֤ירוּ לַֽיהוָה֙ כִּֽי־גָאֹ֣ה גָּאָ֔ה ס֥וּס וְרֹכְבֹ֖ו רָמָ֥ה בַיָּֽם׃ |
[21]And MiriamH4813 answeredH6030[H8799] them, SingH7891[H8798] ye to the LORDH3068, for he hath triumphedH1342[H8804] gloriouslyH1342[H8800]; the horseH5483 and his riderH7392[H8802] hath he thrownH7411[H8804] into the seaH3220. |
| [22]וַיַּסַּ֨ע מֹשֶׁ֤ה אֶת־יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ מִיַּם־ס֔וּף וַיֵּצְא֖וּ אֶל־מִדְבַּר־שׁ֑וּר וַיֵּלְכ֧וּ שְׁלֹֽשֶׁת־יָמִ֛ים בַּמִּדְבָּ֖ר וְלֹא־מָ֥צְאוּ מָֽיִם׃ |
[22]So MosesH4872 broughtH5265[H8686] IsraelH3478 from the RedH5488 seaH3220, and they went outH3318[H8799] into the wildernessH4057 of ShurH7793; and they wentH3212[H8799] threeH7969 daysH3117 in the wildernessH4057, and foundH4672[H8804] no waterH4325. |
| [23]וַיָּבֹ֣אוּ מָרָ֔תָה וְלֹ֣א יָֽכְל֗וּ לִשְׁתֹּ֥ת מַ֙יִם֙ מִמָּרָ֔ה כִּ֥י מָרִ֖ים הֵ֑ם עַל־כֵּ֥ן קָרָֽא־שְׁמָ֖הּ מָרָֽה׃ |
[23]And when they cameH935[H8799] to MarahH4785, they couldH3201[H8804] not drinkH8354[H8800] of the watersH4325 of MarahH4785, for they were bitterH4751: therefore the nameH8034 of it was calledH7121[H8804] MarahH4785. |
| [24]וַיִּלֹּ֧נוּ הָעָ֛ם עַל־מֹשֶׁ֥ה לֵּאמֹ֖ר מַה־נִּשְׁתֶּֽה׃ |
[24]And the peopleH5971 murmuredH3885[H8735] against MosesH4872, sayingH559[H8800], What shall we drinkH8354?[H8799] |
| [25]וַיִּצְעַ֣ק אֶל־יְהוָ֗ה וַיֹּורֵ֤הוּ יְהוָה֙ עֵ֔ץ וַיַּשְׁלֵךְ֙ אֶל־הַמַּ֔יִם וַֽיִּמְתְּק֖וּ הַמָּ֑יִם שָׁ֣ם שָׂ֥ם לֹ֛ו חֹ֥ק וּמִשְׁפָּ֖ט וְשָׁ֥ם נִסָּֽהוּ׃ |
[25]And he criedH6817[H8799] unto the LORDH3068; and the LORDH3068 shewedH3384[H8686] him a treeH6086, which when he had castH7993[H8686] into the watersH4325, the watersH4325 were made sweetH4985[H8799]: there he madeH7760[H8804] for them a statuteH2706 and an ordinanceH4941, and there he provedH5254 themH8765, |
| [26]וַיֹּאמֶר֩ אִם־שָׁמֹ֨ועַ תִּשְׁמַ֜ע לְקֹ֣ול ׀ יְהוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֶ֗יךָ וְהַיָּשָׁ֤ר בְּעֵינָיו֙ תַּעֲשֶׂ֔ה וְהַֽאֲזַנְתָּ֙ לְמִצְוֹתָ֔יו וְשָׁמַרְתָּ֖ כָּל־חֻקָּ֑יו כָּֽל־הַמַּֽחֲלָ֞ה אֲשֶׁר־שַׂ֤מְתִּי בְמִצְרַ֙יִם֙ לֹא־אָשִׂ֣ים עָלֶ֔יךָ כִּ֛י אֲנִ֥י יְהוָ֖ה רֹפְאֶֽךָ׃ |
[26]And saidH559[H8799], If thou wilt diligentlyH8085[H8800] hearkenH8085[H8799] to the voiceH6963 of the LORDH3068 thy GodH430, and wilt doH6213[H8799] that which is rightH3477 in his sightH5869, and wilt give earH238[H8689] to his commandmentsH4687, and keepH8104[H8804] all his statutesH2706, I will putH7760[H8799] none of these diseasesH4245 upon thee, which I have broughtH7760[H8804] upon the EgyptiansH4714: for I am the LORDH3068 that healethH7495 theeH8802. |
| [27]וַיָּבֹ֣אוּ אֵילִ֔מָה וְשָׁ֗ם שְׁתֵּ֥ים עֶשְׂרֵ֛ה עֵינֹ֥ת מַ֖יִם וְשִׁבְעִ֣ים תְּמָרִ֑ים וַיַּחֲנוּ־שָׁ֖ם עַל־הַמָּֽיִם׃ |
[27]And they cameH935[H8799] to ElimH362, where were twelveH8147[H6240] wellsH5869 of waterH4325, and threescore and tenH7657 palm treesH8558: and they encampedH2583[H8799] there by the watersH4325. |
