[1]When Moses kept the sheep of Jethro his father in law, priest of Midian, and drove the flock to the backside of the desert, and came to the Mountain of God, Horeb, |

[2]Then the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a flame of fire, out of the midst of a bush: and he looked, and behold, the bush burned with fire, and the bush was not consumed. |

[3]Therefore Moses said, I will turn aside now, and see this great sight, why the bush burneth not. |
[4]ὡςC δέX ὁράωVBI-AAI3S κύριοςN2-NSM ὅτιC προςἄγωV1-PAI3S ὁράωVB-AAN καλέωVAI-AAI3S αὐτόςRD-ASM κύριοςN2-NSM ἐκP ὁRA-GSM βάτοςN2-GSM λέγωV1-PAPNSM *μωυσῆςN1M-VSM *μωυσῆςN1M-VSM ὁRA-NSM δέX εἶπονVBI-AAI3S τίςRI-NSN εἰμίV9-PAI3S |
[4]And when the Lord saw that he turned aside to see, God called unto him out of the midst of the bush, and said, Moses, Moses. And he answered, I am here. |
[5]καίC εἶπονVBI-AAI3S μήD ἐγγίζωVA-AAS2S ὧδεD λύωVA-AAD2S ὁRA-ASN ὑπόδημαN3M-ASN ἐκP ὁRA-GPM πούςN3D-GPM σύRP-GS ὁRA-NSM γάρX τόποςN2-NSM ἐνP ὅςRR-DSM σύRP-NS ἵστημιVXI-XAI2S γῆN1-NSF ἅγιοςA1A-NSF εἰμίV9-PAI3S |
[5]Then he said, Come not hither, put thy shoes off thy feet: for the place whereon thou standest is holy ground. |
[6]καίC εἶπονVBI-AAI3S αὐτόςRD-DSM ἐγώRP-NS εἰμίV9-PAI1S ὁRA-NSM θεόςN2-NSM ὁRA-GSM πατήρN3-GSM σύRP-GS θεόςN2-NSM *αβρααμN--GSM καίC θεόςN2-NSM *ισαακN--GSM καίC θεόςN2-NSM *ἰακώβN--GSM ἀποστρέφωVAI-AAI3S δέX *μωυσῆςN1M-NSM ὁRA-ASN πρόσωπονN2N-ASN αὐτόςRD-GSM εὐλαβέομαιV2-PMI3S γάρX κατα ἐνβλέπωVA-AAN ἐνώπιονP ὁRA-GSM θεόςN2-GSM |
[6]Moreover he said, I am the God of thy father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. Then Moses hid his face: for he was afraid to look upon God. |
[7]εἶπονVBI-AAI3S δέX κύριοςN2-NSM πρόςP *μωυσῆςN1M-ASM ὁράωVB-AAPNSM ὁράωVBI-AAI3P ὁRA-ASF κάκωσιςN3I-ASF ὁRA-GSM λαόςN2-GSM ἐγώRP-GS ὁRA-GSM ἐνP *αἴγυπτοςN2-DSF καίC ὁRA-GSF κραυγήN1-GSF αὐτόςRD-GPM ἀκούωVX-XAI1S ἀπόP ὁRA-GPM ἐργοδιωκτήςN1M-GPM οἶδαVX-XAI1S γάρX ὁRA-ASF ὀδύνηN1-ASF αὐτόςRD-GPM |
[7]Then the Lord said, I have surely seen the trouble of my people, which are in Egypt, and have heard their cry, because of their taskmasters: for I know their sorrows. |
[8]καίC καταβαίνωVZI-AAI1S ἐκαἱρέωVB-AMN αὐτόςRD-APM ἐκP χείρN3-GSF *αἰγύπτιοςN2-GPM καίC ἐκἄγωVB-AAN αὐτόςRD-APM ἐκP ὁRA-GSF γῆN1-GSF ἐκεῖνοςRD-GSF καίC εἰςἄγωVB-AAN αὐτόςRD-APM εἰςP γῆN1-ASF ἀγαθόςA1-ASF καίC πολύςA1-ASF εἰςP γῆN1-ASF ῥέωV2-PAPASF γάλαN3-ASN καίC μέλιN3-ASN εἰςP ὁRA-ASM τόποςN2-ASM ὁRA-GPM *χαναναῖοςN2-GPM καίC *χετταῖοςN2-GPM καίC *ἀμορραῖοςN2-GPM καίC *φερεζαῖοςN2-GPM καίC *γεργεσαῖοςN2-GPM καίC *ευαῖοςN2-GPM καίC *ιεβουσαῖοςN2-GPM |
[8]Therefore I am come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians, and to bring them out of that land into a good land and a large, into a land that floweth with milk and honey, even into the place of the Canaanites, and the Hittites, and the Amorites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites. |
[9]καίC νῦνD ἰδούI κραυγήN1-NSF ὁRA-GPM υἱόςN2-GPM *ἰσραήλN--GSM ἥκωV1-PAI3S πρόςP ἐγώRP-AS καΐἐγώC+RPNS ὁράωVX-XAI1S ὁRA-ASM θλιμμόςN2-ASM ὅςRR-ASM ὁRA-NPM *αἰγύπτιοςN2-NPM θλίβωV1-PAI3P αὐτόςRD-APM |
[9]And now lo, the cry of the children of Israel is come unto me, and I have also seen the oppression, wherewith the Egyptians oppress them. |
[10]καίC νῦνD δεῦροD ἀποστέλλωVA-AAS1S σύRP-AS πρόςP *φαραώN--ASM βασιλεύςN3V-ASM *αἴγυπτοςN2-GSF καίC ἐκἄγωVF-FAI2S ὁRA-ASM λαόςN2-ASM ἐγώRP-GS ὁRA-APM υἱόςN2-APM *ἰσραήλN--GSM ἐκP γῆN1-GSF *αἴγυπτοςN2-GSF |
[10]Come now therefore, and I will send thee unto Pharaoh, that thou mayest bring my people the children of Israel out of Egypt. |
[11]καίC εἶπονVBI-AAI3S *μωυσῆςN1M-NSM πρόςP ὁRA-ASM θεόςN2-ASM τίςRI-NSM εἰμίV9-PAI1S ὅτιC πορεύομαιVF-FMI1S πρόςP *φαραώN--ASM βασιλεύςN3V-ASM *αἴγυπτοςN2-GSF καίC ὅτιC ἐκἄγωVF-FAI1S ὁRA-APM υἱόςN2-APM *ἰσραήλN--GSM ἐκP γῆN1-GSF *αἴγυπτοςN2-GSF |
[11]But Moses said unto God, Who am I, that I should go unto Pharaoh, and that I should bring the children of Israel out of Egypt? |
[12]εἶπονVBI-AAI3S δέX ὁRA-NSM θεόςN2-NSM *μωυσῆςN1M-DSM λέγωV1-PAPNSM ὅτιC εἰμίVF-FMI1S μετάP σύRP-GS καίC οὗτοςRD-NSN σύRP-DS ὁRA-NSN σημεῖονN2N-NSN ὅτιC ἐγώRP-NS σύRP-AS ἐκ ἀποστέλλωV1-PAI1S ἐνP ὁRA-DSN ἐκἄγωVB-AAN σύRP-AS ὁRA-ASM λαόςN2-ASM ἐγώRP-GS ἐκP *αἴγυπτοςN2-GSF καίC λατρεύωVF-FAI2P ὁRA-DSM θεόςN2-DSM ἐνP ὁRA-DSN ὄροςN3E-DSN οὗτοςRD-DSN |
[12]And he answered, Certainly I will be with thee: and this shall be a token unto thee, that I have sent thee, After that thou hast brought the people out of Egypt, ye shall serve God upon this mountain. |

[13]Then Moses said unto God, Behold, when I shall come unto the children of Israel, and shall say unto them, The God of your fathers hath sent me unto you: if they say unto me, What is his name? What answer shall I give them? |
[14]καίC εἶπονVBI-AAI3S ὁRA-NSM θεόςN2-NSM πρόςP *μωυσῆςN1M-ASM ἐγώRP-NS εἰμίV9-PAI1S ὁRA-NSM εἰμίV9-PAPNSM καίC εἶπονVBI-AAI3S οὕτωςD εἶπονVF2-FAI2S ὁRA-DPM υἱόςN2-DPM *ἰσραήλN--GSM ὁRA-NSM εἰμίV9-PAPNSM ἀποστέλλωVX-XAI3S ἐγώRP-AS πρόςP σύRP-AP |
[14]And God answered Moses, I AM THAT I AM. Also he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you. |
[15]καίC εἶπονVBI-AAI3S ὁRA-NSM θεόςN2-NSM πάλινD πρόςP *μωυσῆςN1M-ASM οὕτωςD εἶπονVF2-FAI2S ὁRA-DPM υἱόςN2-DPM *ἰσραήλN--GSM κύριοςN2-NSM ὁRA-NSM θεόςN2-NSM ὁRA-GPM πατήρN3-GPM σύRP-GP θεόςN2-NSM *αβρααμN--GSM καίC θεόςN2-NSM *ισαακN--GSM καίC θεόςN2-NSM *ἰακώβN--GSM ἀποστέλλωVX-XAI3S ἐγώRP-AS πρόςP σύRP-AP οὗτοςRD-NSN ἐγώRP-GS εἰμίV9-PAI3S ὄνομαN3M-NSN αἰώνιοςA1B-NSN καίC μνημόσυνονN2N-NSN γενεάN1A-GPF γενεάN1A-DPF |
[15]And God spake further unto Moses, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, The Lord God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob hath sent me unto you: this is my name forever, and this is my memorial unto all ages. |
[16]ἔρχομαιVB-AAPNSM οὖνX συνἄγωVB-AAD2S ὁRA-ASF γερουσίαN1A-ASF ὁRA-GPM υἱόςN2-GPM *ἰσραήλN--GSM καίC εἶπονVF2-FAI2S πρόςP αὐτόςRD-APM κύριοςN2-NSM ὁRA-NSM θεόςN2-NSM ὁRA-GPM πατήρN3-GPM σύRP-GP ὁράωVX-XPI3S ἐγώRP-DS θεόςN2-NSM *αβρααμN--GSM καίC θεόςN2-NSM *ισαακN--GSM καίC θεόςN2-NSM *ἰακώβN--GSM λέγωV1-PAPNSM ἐπισκοπήN1-DSF ἐπισκέπτωVP-XMI1S σύRP-AP καίC ὅσοςA1-APN συνβαίνωVX-XAI3S σύRP-DP ἐνP *αἴγυπτοςN2-DSF |
[16]Go and gather the elders of Israel together, and thou shalt say unto them, The Lord God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob appeared unto me, and said, I have surely remembered you, and that which is done to you in Egypt. |
[17]καίC εἶπονVBI-AAI3P ἀναβιβάζωVF-FAI1S σύRP-AP ἐκP ὁRA-GSF κάκωσιςN3I-GSF ὁRA-GPM *αἰγύπτιοςN2-GPM εἰςP ὁRA-ASF γῆN1-ASF ὁRA-GPM *χαναναῖοςN2-GPM καίC *χετταῖοςN2-GPM καίC *ἀμορραῖοςN2-GPM καίC *φερεζαῖοςN2-GPM καίC *γεργεσαῖοςN2-GPM καίC *ευαῖοςN2-GPM καίC *ιεβουσαῖοςN2-GPM εἰςP γῆN1-ASF ῥέωV2-PAPASF γάλαN3-ASN καίC μέλιN3-ASN |
[17]Therefore I did say, I will bring you out of the affliction of Egypt unto the land of the Canaanites, and the Hittites, and the Amorites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites, unto a land that floweth with milk and honey. |
[18]καίC εἰςἀκούωVF-FMI3P σύRP-GS ὁRA-GSF φωνήN1-GSF καίC εἰςἔρχομαιVF-FMI2S σύRP-NS καίC ὁRA-NSF γερουσίαN1A-NSF *ἰσραήλN--GSM πρόςP *φαραώN--ASM βασιλεύςN3V-ASM *αἴγυπτοςN2-GSF καίC εἶπονVF2-FAI2S πρόςP αὐτόςRD-ASM ὁRA-NSM θεόςN2-NSM ὁRA-GPM *εβραῖοςN2-GPM προςκαλέωVM-XMI3S ἐγώRP-AP πορεύομαιVA-AMS1P οὖνX ὁδόςN2-ASF τρεῖςA3-GPF ἡμέραN1A-GPF εἰςP ὁRA-ASF ἔρημοςN2-ASF ἵναC θύωVA-AAS1P ὁRA-DSM θεόςN2-DSM ἐγώRP-GP |
[18]Then shall they obey thy voice, and thou and the elders of Israel shall go unto the king of Egypt, and say unto him, The Lord God of the Hebrews hath met with us: we pray thee now therefore, let us go three days journey in the wilderness, that we may sacrifice unto the Lord our God. |
[19]ἐγώRP-NS δέX οἶδαVX-XAI1S ὅτιC οὐD προἵημιVF-FMI3S σύRP-AP *φαραώN--NSM βασιλεύςN3V-NSM *αἴγυπτοςN2-GSF πορεύομαιVC-APN ἐάνC μήD μετάP χείρN3-GSF κραταιόςA1A-GSF |
[19]But I know, that the king of Egypt will not let you go, but by strong hand. |
[20]καίC κτείνωVAI-AAI2S ὁRA-ASF χείρN3-ASF πατάσσωVF-FAI1S ὁRA-APM *αἰγύπτιοςN2-APM ἐνP πᾶςA3-DPM ὁRA-DPM θαυμάσιοςA1A-DPM ἐγώRP-GS ὅςRR-DPM ποιέωVA-AAS1S ἐνP αὐτόςRD-DPM καίC μετάP οὗτοςRD-APN ἐκ ἀποστέλλωVF2-FAI3S σύRP-AP |
[20]Therefore will I stretch out mine hand and smite Egypt with all my wonders, which I will do in the midst thereof: and after that shall he let you go. |
[21]καίC δίδωμιVF-FAI1S χάριςN3-ASF ὁRA-DSM λαόςN2-DSM οὗτοςRD-DSM ἐναντίονP ὁRA-GPM *αἰγύπτιοςN2-GPM ὅτανD δέX ἀποτρέχωV1-PAS2P οὐD ἀποἔρχομαιVF-FMI2P κενόςA1-NPM |
[21]And I will make this people to be favored of the Egyptians: so that when ye go, ye shall not go empty. |
[22]αἰτέωVF-FAI3S γυνήN3K-NSF παράP γείτωνN3N-GSM καίC σύσκηνοςN2-GSM αὐτόςRD-GSF σκεῦοςN3-APN ἀργυροῦςA1C-APN καίC χρυσοῦςA1C-APN καίC ἱματισμόςN2-ASM καίC ἐπιτίθημιVF-FAI2P ἐπίP ὁRA-APM υἱόςN2-APM σύRP-GP καίC ἐπίP ὁRA-APF θυγάτηρN3-APF σύRP-GP καίC σκυλεύωVF-FAI2P ὁRA-APM *αἰγύπτιοςN2-APM |
[22]For every woman shall ask of her neighbor, and of her that sojourneth in her house, jewels of silver and jewels of gold and raiment, and ye shall put them on your sons, and on your daughters, and shall spoil the Egyptians. |
