| [9]אֲשֶׁ֤ר הֶחֱזַקְתִּ֙יךָ֙ מִקְצֹ֣ות הָאָ֔רֶץ וּמֵאֲצִילֶ֖יהָ קְרָאתִ֑יךָ וָאֹ֤מַר לְךָ֙ עַבְדִּי־אַ֔תָּה בְּחַרְתִּ֖יךָ וְלֹ֥א מְאַסְתִּֽיךָ׃ |

| [10]אַל־תִּירָא֙ כִּ֣י עִמְּךָ־אָ֔נִי אַל־תִּשְׁתָּ֖ע כִּֽי־אֲנִ֣י אֱלֹהֶ֑יךָ אִמַּצְתִּ֙יךָ֙ אַף־עֲזַרְתִּ֔יךָ אַף־תְּמַכְתִּ֖יךָ בִּימִ֥ין צִדְקִֽי׃ |
[10]FearH3372[H8799] thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayedH8159[H8691]; for I am thy GodH430: I will strengthenH553[H8765] thee; yea, I will helpH5826[H8804] thee; yea, I will upholdH8551[H8804] thee with the right handH3225 of my righteousnessH6664. |
| [11]הֵ֤ן יֵבֹ֙שׁוּ֙ וְיִכָּ֣לְמ֔וּ כֹּ֖ל הַנֶּחֱרִ֣ים בָּ֑ךְ יִֽהְי֥וּ כְאַ֛יִן וְיֹאבְד֖וּ אַנְשֵׁ֥י רִיבֶֽךָ׃ |
[11]Behold, all they that were incensedH2734[H8737] against thee shall be ashamedH954[H8799] and confoundedH3637[H8735]: they shall be as nothing; and theyH582 that striveH7379 with thee shall perishH6.[H8799] |
| [12]תְּבַקְשֵׁם֙ וְלֹ֣א תִמְצָאֵ֔ם אַנְשֵׁ֖י מַצֻּתֶ֑ךָ יִהְי֥וּ כְאַ֛יִן וּכְאֶ֖פֶס אַנְשֵׁ֥י מִלְחַמְתֶּֽךָ׃ |
[12]Thou shalt seekH1245[H8762] them, and shalt not findH4672[H8799] them, even themH582 that contendedH4695 with thee: they that warH4421 against thee shall be as nothing, and as a thing of noughtH657. |

| [14]אַל־תִּֽירְאִי֙ תֹּולַ֣עַת יַֽעֲקֹ֔ב מְתֵ֖י יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל אֲנִ֤י עֲזַרְתִּיךְ֙ נְאֻם־יְהוָ֔ה וְגֹאֲלֵ֖ךְ קְדֹ֥ושׁ יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ |
[14]FearH3372[H8799] not, thou wormH8438 JacobH3290, and ye menH4962 of IsraelH3478; I will helpH5826[H8804] thee, saithH5002[H8803] the LORDH3068, and thy redeemerH1350[H8802], the Holy OneH6918 of IsraelH3478. |
| [15]הִנֵּ֣ה שַׂמְתִּ֗יךְ לְמֹורַג֙ חָר֣וּץ חָדָ֔שׁ בַּ֖עַל פִּֽיפִיֹּ֑ות תָּד֤וּשׁ הָרִים֙ וְתָדֹ֔ק וּגְבָעֹ֖ות כַּמֹּ֥ץ תָּשִֽׂים׃ |
[15]Behold, I will makeH7760[H8804] thee a newH2319 sharpH2742 threshingH4173 instrument havingH1167 teethH6374: thou shalt threshH1758[H8799] the mountainsH2022, and beat them smallH1854[H8799], and shalt makeH7760[H8799] the hillsH1389 as chaffH4671. |
| [16]תִּזְרֵם֙ וְר֣וּחַ תִּשָּׂאֵ֔ם וּסְעָרָ֖ה תָּפִ֣יץ אֹותָ֑ם וְאַתָּה֙ תָּגִ֣יל בַּֽיהוָ֔ה בִּקְדֹ֥ושׁ יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל תִּתְהַלָּֽל׃ |
[16]Thou shalt fanH2219[H8799] them, and the windH7307 shall carry them awayH5375[H8799], and the whirlwindH5591 shall scatterH6327[H8686] them: and thou shalt rejoiceH1523[H8799] in the LORDH3068, and shalt gloryH1984[H8691] in the Holy OneH6918 of IsraelH3478. |
| [17]הָעֲנִיִּ֨ים וְהָאֶבְיֹונִ֜ים מְבַקְשִׁ֥ים מַ֙יִם֙ וָאַ֔יִן לְשֹׁונָ֖ם בַּצָּמָ֣א נָשָׁ֑תָּה אֲנִ֤י יְהוָה֙ אֶעֱנֵ֔ם אֱלֹהֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל לֹ֥א אֶעֶזְבֵֽם׃ |
[17]When the poorH6041 and needyH34 seekH1245[H8764] waterH4325, and there is none, and their tongueH3956 failethH5405[H8804] for thirstH6772, I the LORDH3068 will hearH6030[H8799] them, I the GodH430 of IsraelH3478 will not forsakeH5800 themH8799. |
| [18]אֶפְתַּ֤ח עַל־שְׁפָיִים֙ נְהָרֹ֔ות וּבְתֹ֥וךְ בְּקָעֹ֖ות מַעְיָנֹ֑ות אָשִׂ֤ים מִדְבָּר֙ לַאֲגַם־מַ֔יִם וְאֶ֥רֶץ צִיָּ֖ה לְמֹוצָ֥אֵי מָֽיִם׃ |

| [19]אֶתֵּ֤ן בַּמִּדְבָּר֙ אֶ֣רֶז שִׁטָּ֔ה וַהֲדַ֖ס וְעֵ֣ץ שָׁ֑מֶן אָשִׂ֣ים בָּעֲרָבָ֗ה בְּרֹ֛ושׁ תִּדְהָ֥ר וּתְאַשּׁ֖וּר יַחְדָּֽו׃ |
[19]I will plantH5414[H8799] in the wildernessH4057 the cedarH730, the shittah treeH7848, and the myrtleH1918, and the oilH8081 treeH6086; I will setH7760[H8799] in the desertH6160 the fir treeH1265, and the pineH8410, and the box treeH8391 togetherH3162: |
| [20]לְמַ֧עַן יִרְא֣וּ וְיֵדְע֗וּ וְיָשִׂ֤ימוּ וְיַשְׂכִּ֙ילוּ֙ יַחְדָּ֔ו כִּ֥י יַד־יְהוָ֖ה עָ֣שְׂתָה זֹּ֑את וּקְדֹ֥ושׁ יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל בְּרָאָֽהּ׃ |
[20]That they may seeH7200[H8799], and knowH3045[H8799], and considerH7760[H8799], and understandH7919[H8686] togetherH3162, that the handH3027 of the LORDH3068 hath doneH6213[H8804] this, and the Holy OneH6918 of IsraelH3478 hath createdH1254 itH8804. |
| [21]קָרְב֥וּ רִֽיבְכֶ֖ם יֹאמַ֣ר יְהוָ֑ה הַגִּ֙ישׁוּ֙ עֲצֻמֹ֣ותֵיכֶ֔ם יֹאמַ֖ר מֶ֥לֶךְ יַעֲקֹֽב׃ |

| [23]הַגִּ֙ידוּ֙ הָאֹתִיֹּ֣ות לְאָחֹ֔ור וְנֵ֣דְעָ֔ה כִּ֥י אֱלֹהִ֖ים אַתֶּ֑ם אַף־תֵּיטִ֣יבוּ וְתָרֵ֔עוּ וְנִשְׁתָּ֖עָה [וְנֵרֶא כ] (וְנִרְאֶ֥ה ק) יַחְדָּֽו׃ |

| [24]הֵן־אַתֶּ֣ם מֵאַ֔יִן וּפָעָלְכֶ֖ם מֵאָ֑פַע תֹּועֵבָ֖ה יִבְחַ֥ר בָּכֶֽם׃ |
[24]Behold, ye are of nothingH369, and your workH6467 of noughtH659: an abominationH8441 is he that choosethH977 youH8799. |
| [25]הַעִירֹ֤ותִי מִצָּפֹון֙ וַיַּ֔את מִמִּזְרַח־שֶׁ֖מֶשׁ יִקְרָ֣א בִשְׁמִ֑י וְיָבֹ֤א סְגָנִים֙ כְּמֹו־חֹ֔מֶר וּכְמֹ֥ו יֹוצֵ֖ר יִרְמָס־טִֽיט׃ |

| [27]רִאשֹׁ֥ון לְצִיֹּ֖ון הִנֵּ֣ה הִנָּ֑ם וְלִירוּשָׁלִַ֖ם מְבַשֵּׂ֥ר אֶתֵּֽן׃ |

| [28]וְאֵ֙רֶא֙ וְאֵ֣ין אִ֔ישׁ וּמֵאֵ֖לֶּה וְאֵ֣ין יֹועֵ֑ץ וְאֶשְׁאָלֵ֖ם וְיָשִׁ֥יבוּ דָבָֽר׃ |

| [29]הֵ֣ן כֻּלָּ֔ם אָ֥וֶן אֶ֖פֶס מַעֲשֵׂיהֶ֑ם ר֥וּחַ וָתֹ֖הוּ נִסְכֵּיהֶֽם׃ |
[29]Behold, they are all vanityH205; their worksH4639 are nothingH657: their molten imagesH5262 are windH7307 and confusionH8414. |
