[1]Ye Isles hearken vnto me, and take heede ye people from farre: The Lord hath called me from my birth, and made mention of my name from my mothers wombe |
[2]καίC τίθημιVAI-AAI3S ὁRA-ASN στόμαN3M-ASN ἐγώRP-GS ὡσείX μάχαιραN1A-ASF ὀξύςA3U-ASF καίC ὑπόP ὁRA-ASF σκέπηςN1-ASF ὁRA-GSF χείρN3-GSF αὐτόςRD-GSM κρύπτωVAI-AAI3S ἐγώRP-AS τίθημιVAI-AAI3S ἐγώRP-AS ὡςD βέλοςN3E-ASN ἐκλεκτόςA1-ASN καίC ἐνP ὁRA-DSF φαρέτραN1A-DSF αὐτόςRD-GSM σκεπάζωVAI-AAI3S ἐγώRP-AS |
[2]He hath made my mouth lyke a sharpe sworde, vnder the shadowe of his hande hath he defended me, and hid me in his quiuer as a good arrowe |
[3]καίC εἶπονVBI-AAI3S ἐγώRP-DS δοῦλοςN2-NSM ἐγώRP-GS εἰμίV9-PAI2S σύRP-NS *ἰσραήλN--NSM καίC ἐνP σύRP-DS δοξάζωVS-FPI1S |
[3]And sayde vnto me: Thou art my seruaunt Israel, I wyll be honoured in thee |
[4]καίC ἐγώRP-NS εἶπονVAI-AAI1S κενῶςD κοπιάωVAI-AAI1S καίC εἰςP μάταιοςA1A-ASN καίC εἰςP οὐδείςA3-ASN δίδωμιVAI-AAI1S ὁRA-ASF ἰσχύςN3-ASF ἐγώRP-GS διάP οὗτοςRD-ASN ὁRA-NSF κρίσιςN3I-NSF ἐγώRP-GS παράP κύριοςN2-DSM καίC ὁRA-NSM πόνοςN2-NSM ἐγώRP-GS ἐναντίονP ὁRA-GSM θεόςN2-GSM ἐγώRP-GS |
[4]Then I aunswered: I haue lost my labour, I haue spent my strength in vayne: Neuerthelesse, I wyll commit my cause and my worke vnto the Lorde my God |
[5]καίC νῦνD οὕτωςD λέγωV1-PAI3S κύριοςN2-NSM ὁRA-NSM πλάσσωVA-AAPNSM ἐγώRP-AS ἐκP κοιλίαN1A-GSF δοῦλοςN2-ASM ἑαυτοῦRD-DSM ὁRA-GSN συνἄγωVB-AAN ὁRA-ASM *ἰακώβN--ASM καίC *ἰσραήλN--ASM πρόςP αὐτόςRD-ASM συνἄγωVQ-FPI1S καίC δοξάζωVS-FPI1S ἐναντίονP κύριοςN2-GSM καίC ὁRA-NSM θεόςN2-NSM ἐγώRP-GS εἰμίVF-FMI3S ἐγώRP-GS ἰσχύςN3-NSF |
[5]And nowe saith the Lorde, euen he that fashioned me from my mothers wombe to be his seruaunt, that I may bryng Iacob agayne vnto hym, albeit Israel wyll not be gathered vnto hym agayne, yet in Gods sight shall I be glorious, my God shalbe my strength |
[6]καίC εἶπονVBI-AAI3S ἐγώRP-DS μέγαςA3-NSN σύRP-DS εἰμίV9-PAI3S ὁRA-GSN καλέωVC-APN σύRP-AS παῖςN3D-ASM ἐγώRP-GS ὁRA-GSN ἵστημιVA-AAN ὁRA-APF φυλήN1-APF *ἰακώβN--GSM καίC ὁRA-ASF διασποράN1A-ASF ὁRA-GSM *ἰσραήλN--GSM ἐπιστρέφωVA-AAN ἰδούI τίθημιVX-XAI1S σύRP-AS εἰςP διαθήκηN1-ASF γένοςN3E-GSN εἰςP φῶςN3T-ASN ἔθνοςN3E-GPN ὁRA-GSN εἰμίV9-PAN σύRP-AS εἰςP σωτηρίαN1A-ASF ἕωςP ἔσχατοςA1-GSM ὁRA-GSF γῆN1-GSF |
[6]And he sayde: It is but a small thyng that thou art my seruaunt to set vp the kinredes of Iacob, and to restore the destruction of Israel: For I haue made thee the lyght of the gentiles, that thou mayest be my health vnto the ende of the worlde |
[7]οὕτωςD λέγωV1-PAI3S κύριοςN2-NSM ὁRA-NSM ῥύομαιVA-AMPNSM σύRP-AS ὁRA-NSM θεόςN2-NSM *ἰσραήλN--GSM ἁγιάζωVA-AAD2P ὁRA-ASM φαυλίζωV1-PAPASM ὁRA-ASF ψυχήN1-ASF αὐτόςRD-GSM ὁRA-ASM βδελύσσωV1-PPPASM ὑπόP ὁRA-GPN ἔθνοςN3E-GPN ὁRA-GPM δοῦλοςN2-GPM ὁRA-GPM ἄρχωνN3-GPM βασιλεύςN3V-NPM ὁράωVF-FMI3P αὐτόςRD-ASM καίC ἀναἵστημιVF-FMI3P ἄρχωνN3-NPM καίC προςκυνέωVF-FAI3P αὐτόςRD-DSM ἕνεκενP κύριοςN2-GSM ὅτιC πιστόςA1-NSM εἰμίV9-PAI3S ὁRA-NSM ἅγιοςA1A-NSM *ἰσραήλN--GSM καίC ἐκλέγωVAI-AMI1S σύRP-AS |
[7]Moreouer, thus saith the Lorde the redeemer and holy one of Israel, concernyng the abhorred & dispised among the gentiles, the seruaunt of them that beare rule, kynges and princes shall see and arise, and worship because of the Lorde that is faythfull, and because of the holy one of Israel that hath chosen thee |
[8]οὕτωςD λέγωV1-PAI3S κύριοςN2-NSM καιρόςN2-DSM δεκτόςA1-DSM ἐπιἀκούωV1I-AAI1S σύRP-GS καίC ἐνP ἡμέραN1A-DSF σωτηρίαN1A-GSF βοηθέωVAI-AAI1S σύRP-DS καίC δίδωμιVAI-AAI1S σύRP-AS εἰςP διαθήκηN1-ASF ἔθνοςN3E-GPN ὁRA-GSN καταἵστημιVA-AAN ὁRA-ASF γῆN1-ASF καίC κληρονομέωVA-AAN κληρονομίαN1A-ASF ἔρημοςN2-GSF |
[8]And thus saith the Lorde: In the tyme accepted haue I hearde thee, and in the day of saluation haue I helped thee: I wyll preserue thee, and make thee to be the attonement of the people, that thou mayest helpe vp the earth againe, and possesse againe the desolate heritages |
[9]λέγωV1-PAPASM ὁRA-DPM ἐνP δεσμόςN2-DPM ἐκἔρχομαιVB-AAD2P καίC ὁRA-DPM ἐνP ὁRA-DSM σκότοςN3E-DSM ἀνακαλύπτωVV-APN καίC ἐνP πᾶςA1S-DPF ὁRA-DPF ὁδόςN2-DPF αὐτόςRD-GPM βόσκωVC-FPI3P καίC ἐνP πᾶςA1S-DPF ὁRA-DPF τρίβοςN2-DPF ὁRA-NSF νομήN1-NSF αὐτόςRD-GPM |
[9]That thou mayest say vnto the prisoners, go foorth, and to them that are in darknesse, come into the lyght: they shall feede thee in the hye wayes, and get their pasture in all hye places |
[10]οὐD πεινάωVF-FAI3P οὐδέC διψάωVF-FAI3P οὐδέC πατάσσωVF-FAI3S αὐτόςRD-APM καύσωνN3W-NSM οὐδέC ὁRA-NSM ἥλιοςN2-NSM ἀλλάC ὁRA-NSM ἔλεοςN3E-GPM αὐτόςRD-APM παρακαλέωVF-FAI3S καίC διάP πηγήN1-GPF ὕδωρN3T-GPN ἄγωVF-FAI3S αὐτόςRD-APM |
[10]They shall neither hunger nor thirst, heate nor sunne shall not hurt them: for he that fauoureth them shall leade them, and geue them drynke of the well sprynges |
[11]καίC τίθημιVF-FAI1S πᾶςA3-ASN ὄροςN3E-ASN εἰςP ὁδόςN2-ASF καίC πᾶςA1S-ASF τρίβοςA3N-ASF εἰςP βόσκημαN3M-ASN αὐτόςRD-DPM |
[11]I wyll make wayes vpon all my mountaynes, and my footpathes shalbe exalted |
[12]ἰδούI οὗτοςRD-NPM πόρρωθενD ἔρχομαιV1-PMI3P οὗτοςRD-NPM ἀπόP βορέαςN1T-GSM καίC οὗτοςRD-NPM ἀπόP θάλασσαN1S-GSF ἄλλοςRD-NPM δέX ἐκP γῆN1-GSF *πέρσηςN1M-GPM |
[12]And beholde, these shall come from farre, lo, some from the north and west, some from the lande of Sinis [which is in the south. |
[13]εὐφραίνωV1-PMD2P οὐρανόςN2-NPM καίC ἀγαλλιάομαιV3-PMD3S ὁRA-NSF γῆN1-NSF ῥήγνυμιVA-AAD3P ὁRA-NPN ὄροςN3E-NPN εὐφροσύνηN1-ASF καίC ὁRA-NPM βουνόςN2-NPM δικαιοσύνηN1-ASF ὅτιC ἐλεέωVAI-AAI3S ὁRA-NSM θεόςN2-NSM ὁRA-ASM λαόςN2-ASM αὐτόςRD-GSM καίC ὁRA-APM ταπεινόςA1-APM ὁRA-GSM λαόςN2-GSM αὐτόςRD-GSM παρακαλέωVAI-AAI3S |
[13]Reioyce ye heauens, and sing prayses thou earth, talke of ioy ye hylles: for God hath comforted his people, & wyll haue mercie vpon his that be in trouble |
[14]εἶπονVBI-AAI3S δέX *σιωνN--NSF ἐν καταλείπωVAI-AAI3S ἐγώRP-AS κύριοςN2-NSM καίC ὁRA-NSM κύριοςN2-NSM ἐπιλανθάνωVBI-AMI3S ἐγώRP-GS |
[14]But Sion sayde: God hath forsaken me, and my Lorde hath forgotten me |
[15]μήD ἐπιλανθάνωVF-FMI3S γυνήN3K-NSF ὁRA-GSN παιδίονN2N-GSN αὐτόςRD-GSF ὁRA-GSN μήD ἐλεέωVA-AAN ὁRA-APN ἔκγονοςA1B-APN ὁRA-GSF κοιλίαN1A-GSF αὐτόςRD-GSF εἰC δέX καίC ἐπιλανθάνωVB-AMO3S οὗτοςRD-APN γυνήN3K-NSF ἀλλάC ἐγώRP-NS οὐD ἐπιλανθάνωVF-FMI1S σύRP-GS εἶπονVBI-AAI3S κύριοςN2-NSM |
[15]Will a woman forget her owne infant, and not pitie the sonne of her owne wombe? And though they do forget, yet wyll I not forget thee |
[16]ἰδούI ἐπίP ὁRA-GPF χείρN3-GPF ἐγώRP-GS ζωγραφέωVAI-AAI1S σύRP-GS ὁRA-APN τεῖχοςN3E-APN καίC ἐνώπιόνP ἐγώRP-GS εἰμίV9-PAI2S διάP πᾶςA3-GSM |
[16]Beholde, I haue written thee vp vpon my handes, thy walles are euer in my syght |
[17]καίC ταχύςA3U-B οἰκοδομέωVC-FPI2S ὑπόP ὅςRR-GPM κατααἱρέωVCI-API2S καίC ὁRA-NPM ἐρημόωVA-AAPNPM σύRP-AS ἐκP σύRP-GS ἐκἔρχομαιVF-FMI3P |
[17]They make haste who buildeth thee vp againe: as for those that ouerthrowe thee and make thee waste, they shall depart from thee |
[18]αἴρωVA-AAD2S κύκλοςN2-DSM ὁRA-APM ὀφθαλμόςN2-APM σύRP-GS καίC ὁράωVB-AAD2S πᾶςA3-APM ἰδούI συνἄγωVQI-API3P καίC ἔρχομαιVBI-AAI3P πρόςP σύRP-AS ζάωV3-PAI1S ἐγώRP-NS λέγωV1-PAI3S κύριοςN2-NSM ὅτιC πᾶςA3-APM αὐτόςRD-APM ἐνδύωVF-FMI2S καίC περιτίθημιVF-FMI2S αὐτόςRD-APM ὡςD κόσμοςN2-ASM νύμφηN1-GSF |
[18]Lift vp thine eyes and loke about thee, all these gather them together and come to thee: As truely as I lyue saith the Lorde, thou shalt put them all vpon thee as an apparell, and girde them to thee as a bride doth her iewels |
[19]ὅτιC ὁRA-NPN ἔρημόςA1B-NPN σύRP-GS καίC ὁRA-NPN διαφθείρωVM-XMPNPN καίC ὁRA-NPN πίπτωVX-XAPNPN νῦνD στενοχωρέωVF-FAI3S ἀπόP ὁRA-GPM καταοἰκέωV2-PAPGPM καίC μακρύνωVC-FPI3P ἀπόP σύRP-GS ὁRA-NPM καταπίνωV1-PAPNPM σύRP-AS |
[19]As for thy lande that lyeth desolate, wasted, and destroyed, it shalbe to narowe for them that shall dwell in it: and they that woulde deuoure thee, they shalbe farre away |
[20]εἶπονVF2-FAI3P γάρX εἰςP ὁRA-APN οὖςN3T-APN σύRP-GS ὁRA-NPM υἱόςN2-NPM σύRP-GS ὅςRR-APM ἀποὀλλύωVX-XAI2S στενόςA1-NSM ἐγώRP-DS ὁRA-NSM τόποςN2-NSM ποιέωVA-AAD2S ἐγώRP-DS τόποςN2-ASM ἵναC κατοικέωVF-FAI1S |
[20]Then thy children whom the barren shall bring foorth, shall say in thine eare: This place is to narowe, geue place that I may haue roome |
[21]καίC εἶπονVF2-FAI2S ἐνP ὁRA-DSF καρδίαN1A-DSF σύRP-GS τίςRI-NSM γεννάωVAI-AAI3S ἐγώRP-DS οὗτοςRD-APM ἐγώRP-NS δέX ἄτεκνοςA1B-NSF καίC χήραN1A-NSF οὗτοςRD-APM δέX τίςRI-NSM ἐκτρέφωVAI-AAI3S ἐγώRP-DS ἐγώRP-NS δέX καταλείπωVVI-API1S μόνοςA1-NSF οὗτοςRD-NPM δέX ἐγώRP-DS ποῦD εἰμίV9-IAI3P |
[21]Then shalt thou thinke by thy selfe, who hath begotten me these, seeyng I am barren and alone, a captiue and an outcast? and who hath norished them vp for me? I am desolate and alone, but from whence come these |
[22]οὕτωςD λέγωV1-PAI3S κύριοςN2-NSM ἰδούI αἴρωV1-PAI1S εἰςP ὁRA-APN ἔθνοςN3E-APN ὁRA-ASF χείρN3-ASF ἐγώRP-GS καίC εἰςP ὁRA-APF νήσοςN2-APF αἴρωVF2-FAI1S σύσσημονN22-ASN ἐγώRP-GS καίC ἄγωVF-FAI3P ὁRA-APM υἱόςN2-APM σύRP-GS ἐνP κόλποςN2-DSM ὁRA-APF δέX θυγάτηρN3-APF σύRP-GS ἐπίP ὦμοςN2-GPM αἴρωVF2-FAI3P |
[22]And therfore thus saith the Lorde God: Beholde, I wyll stretch out my hande vnto the gentiles, and set vp my token to the people, they shall bryng thee thy sonnes in their lappes, and cary thy daughters vnto thee vpon their shoulders |
[23]καίC εἰμίVF-FMI3P βασιλεύςN3V-NPM τιθηνόςA1B-NPM σύRP-GS ὁRA-NPF δέX ἄρχωV1-PAPNPF τροφόςN2-NPF σύRP-GS ἐπίP πρόσωπονN2N-ASN ὁRA-GSF γῆN1-GSF προςκυνέωVF-FAI3P σύRP-DS καίC ὁRA-ASM χοῦςN3-ASM ὁRA-GPM πούςN3D-GPM σύRP-GS λείχωVF-FAI3P καίC γιγνώσκωVF-FMI2S ὅτιC ἐγώRP-NS κύριοςN2-NSM καίC οὐD αἰσχύνωVC-FPI2S |
[23]For kynges shalbe thy nursyng fathers, and queenes shalbe thy nursyng mothers: They shall fall before thee with their faces flat vpon the earth, & lick vp the dust of thy feete: that thou mayest knowe howe that I am the Lorde, and that who so putteth their trust in me shall not be confounded |
[24]μήD λαμβάνωVF-FMI3S τιςRI-NSM παράP γίγαςN3-GSM σκῦλονN2N-APN καίC ἐάνC αἰχμαλωτεύωVA-AAS3S τιςRI-NSM ἀδίκωςD σώζωVC-FPI3S |
[24]Shall the spoyle be taken from the mightie? or the lawfull prisoner from the taker |
[25]οὕτωςD λέγωV1-PAI3S κύριοςN2-NSM ἐάνC τιςRI-NSM αἰχμαλωτεύωVA-AAS3S γίγαςN3-ASM λαμβάνωVF-FMI3S σκῦλονN2N-APN λαμβάνωV1-PAPNSM δέX παράP ἰσχύωV1-PAPGSM σώζωVC-FPI3S ἐγώRP-NS δέX ὁRA-ASF κρίσιςN3I-ASF σύRP-GS κρίνωVF2-FAI1S καίC ἐγώRP-NS ὁRA-APM υἱόςN2-APM σύRP-GS ῥύομαιVF-FMI1S |
[25]But thus saith the Lorde: The prisoners shalbe taken from the mightie, & the spoyle shalbe recouered from the violent: for I wyll maynteyne thy cause agaynst thine aduersaries, and I wyll saue thy sonnes |
[26]καίC ἐσθίωVF-FMI3P ὁRA-NPM θλίβωVA-AAPNPM σύRP-AS ὁRA-APF σάρξN3K-APF αὐτόςRD-GPM καίC πίνωVF-FMI3P ὡςD οἶνοςN2-ASM νέοςA1A-ASM ὁRA-ASN αἷμαN3M-ASN αὐτόςRD-GPM καίC μεθύωVS-FPI3P καίC αἰσθάνομαιVC-FPI3S πᾶςA1S-NSF σάρξN3K-NSF ὅτιC ἐγώRP-NS κύριοςN2-NSM ὁRA-NSM ῥύομαιVA-AMPNSM σύRP-AS καίC ἀντιλαμβάνωV1-PMPNSM ἰσχύςN3U-GSF *ἰακώβN--GSM |
[26]And I wyll feede thine enemies with their owne fleshe, & make them drunken with their owne blood, as with sweete wine: And all fleshe shall knowe O Iacob that I am the Lorde thy sauiour, thy noble redeemer |
