The King James Version (w/Strong's)
KJV+
[1]At this also my heart is troubled, and moved out of its place. [1]At thisH2063 also my heartH3820 tremblethH2729[H8799], and is moved outH5425[H8799] of his placeH4725.
[2]Hear thou a report by the anger of the Lord's wrath, and a discourse shall come out of his mouth. [2]HearH8085[H8798] attentivelyH8085[H8800] the noiseH7267 of his voiceH6963, and the soundH1899 that goeth outH3318[H8799] of his mouthH6310.
[3]His dominion is under the whole heaven, and his light is at the extremities of the earth. [3]He directethH3474[H8765] itH8281[H8799] under the whole heavenH8064, and his lightningH216 unto the endsH3671 of the earthH776.
[4]After him shall be a cry with a loud voice; he shall thunder with the voice of his excellency, yet he shall not cause men to pass away, for one shall hear his voice. [4]AfterH310 it a voiceH6963 roarethH7580[H8799]: he thunderethH7481[H8686] with the voiceH6963 of his excellencyH1347; and he will not stayH6117[H8762] them when his voiceH6963 is heardH8085.[H8735]
[5]The Mighty One shall thunder wonderfully with his voice: for he has done great things which we knew not; [5]GodH410 thunderethH7481[H8686] marvellouslyH6381[H8737] with his voiceH6963; great thingsH1419 doethH6213[H8802] he, which we cannot comprehendH3045.[H8799]
[6]commanding the snow, Be thou upon the earth, and the stormy rain, and the storm of the showers of his might. [6]For he saithH559[H8799] to the snowH7950, Be thouH1933[H8798] on the earthH776; likewise to the smallH4306 rainH1653, and to the greatH4306 rainH1653 of his strengthH5797.
[7]He seals up the hand of every man, that every man may know his own weakness. [7]He sealeth upH2856[H8799] the handH3027 of every manH120; that all menH582 may knowH3045[H8800] his workH4639.
[8]And the wild beasts come in under the covert, and rest in their lair. [8]Then the beastsH2416 goH935[H8799] intoH1119 densH695, and remainH7931[H8799] in their placesH4585.
[9]Troubles come on out of the secret chambers, and cold from the mountain-tops. [9]Out of the southH2315 comethH935[H8799] the whirlwindH5492: and coldH7135 out of the northH4215.
[10]And from the breath of the Mighty One he will send frost; and he guides the water in whatever way he pleases. [10]By the breathH5397 of GodH410 frostH7140 is givenH5414[H8799]: and the breadthH7341 of the watersH4325 is straitenedH4164.
[11]And if a cloud obscures what is precious to him, his light will disperse the cloud. [11]Also by wateringH7377 he weariethH2959[H8686] the thick cloudH5645: he scatterethH6327[H8686] his brightH216 cloudH6051:
[12]And he will carry round the encircling clouds by his governance, to perform their works: whatsoever he shall command them, [12]And it is turnedH2015[H8693] round aboutH4524 by his counselsH8458: that they may doH6467 whatsoever he commandethH6680[H8762] them upon the faceH6440 of the worldH8398 in the earthH776.
[13]this has been appointed by him on the earth, whether for correction, or for his land, or if he shall find him an object for mercy. [13]He causeth it to comeH4672[H8686], whether for correctionH7626, or for his landH776, or for mercyH2617.
[14]Hearken to this, O Job: stand still, and be admonished of the power of the Lord. [14]HearkenH238[H8685] unto this, O JobH347: stand stillH5975[H8798], and considerH995[H8708] the wondrousH6381[H8737] works of GodH410.
[15]We know that god has disposed his works, having made light out of darkness. [15]Dost thou knowH3045[H8799] when GodH433 disposedH7760[H8800] them, and caused the lightH216 of his cloudH6051 to shineH3313?[H8689]
[16]And he knows the divisions of the clouds, and the signal overthrows of the ungodly. [16]Dost thou knowH3045[H8799] the balancingsH4657 of the cloudsH5645, the wondrous worksH4652 of him which is perfectH8549 in knowledgeH1843?
[17]But thy robe is warm, and there is quiet upon the land. [17]How thy garmentsH899 are warmH2525, when he quietethH8252[H8687] the earthH776 by the south windH1864?
[18]Wilt thou establish with him foundations for the ancient heavens? they are strong as a molten mirror. [18]Hast thou with him spread outH7554[H8686] the skyH7834, which is strongH2389, and as a moltenH3332[H8716] looking glassH7209?
[19]Wherefore teach me, what shall we say to him? and let us cease from saying much. [19]TeachH3045[H8685] us what we shall sayH559[H8799] unto him; for we cannot orderH6186[H8799] our speech by reasonH6440 of darknessH2822.
[20]Have I a book or a scribe my me, that I may stand and put man to silence? [20]Shall it be toldH5608[H8792] him that I speakH1696[H8762]? if a manH376 speakH559[H8804], surely he shall be swallowed upH1104.[H8792]
[21]But the light is not visible to all: it shines afar off in the heavens, as that which is from him in the clouds. [21]And now men seeH7200[H8804] not the brightH925 lightH216 which is in the cloudsH7834: but the windH7307 passethH5674[H8804], and cleansethH2891 themH8762.
[22]From the north come the clouds shining like gold: in these great are the glory and honour of the Almighty; [22]Fair weatherH2091 comethH857[H8799] out of the northH6828: with GodH433 is terribleH3372[H8737] majestyH1935.
[23]and we do not find another his equal in strength: as for him that judges justly, dost thou not think that he listens? [23]Touching the AlmightyH7706, we cannot find him outH4672[H8804]: he is excellentH7689 in powerH3581, and in judgmentH4941, and in plentyH7230 of justiceH6666: he will not afflictH6031.[H8762]
[24]Wherefore men shall fear him; and the wise also in heart shall fear him. [24]MenH582 do therefore fearH3372[H8804] him: he respectethH7200[H8799] not any that are wiseH2450 of heartH3820.
