[3]ויתנו בני ישראל ללוים מנחלתם אל פי יהוה את הערים האלה ואת מגרשיהן |

[4]ויצא הגורל למשפחת הקהתי ויהי לבני אהרן הכהן מן הלוים ממטה יהודה וממטה השמעני וממטה בנימן בגורל־ערים שלש עשרה |
| [5]and to the othere of the sones of Caath, that is, to dekenes that weren left, of the lynagis of Effraym, and of Dan, and of the half lynage of Manasse, ten citees. |
[5]ולבני קהת הנותרים ממשפחת מטה אפרים וממטה דן ומחצי מטה מנשה בגורל־ערים עשר |

[8]ויתנו בני ישראל ללוים את הערים האלה ואת מגרשיהן כאשר צוה יהוה ביד משה בגורל |

[13]ולבני אהרן הכהן נתנו את עיר מקלט הרצח־את חברון ואת מגרשה ואת לבנה ואת מגרשה |

[40]תהיינה הערים האלה־עיר עיר ומגרשיה סביבתיה כן לכל הערים האלה |
| [41]And the Lord yaf to Israel al the lond which he swoor hym silf to yyue to the fadris `of hem, and thei hadden it in possessioun, and dwelliden therynne. |
[41]ויתן יהוה לישראל את כל הארץ אשר נשבע לתת לאבותם וירשוה וישבו בה |
| [42]And pees was youun of hym in to alle naciouns `by cumpas; and noon of enemyes was hardi to withstonde hem, but alle weren dryuen in to the lordschip `of hem. |
[42]וינח יהוה להם מסביב ככל אשר נשבע לאבותם ולא עמד איש בפניהם מכל איביהם־את כל איביהם נתן יהוה בידם |
| [43]Forsothe nether o word, which he bihiyte him silf to yyue to hem, was voide, but alle wordis weren fillid in werkis. |
[43]לא נפל דבר־מכל הדבר הטוב אשר דבר יהוה אל בית ישראל הכל בא |
