[1]He sayde vnto the disciples, it can not be but offences wyll come, neuerthelesse, wo vnto hym, through whom they come [1]ειπεν δε προς τους μαθητας ανενδεκτον εστιν του μη ελθειν τα σκανδαλα ουαι δε δι ου ερχεται
[2]It were better for hym, that a mylstone were hanged about his necke, & he cast into the sea, then that he shoulde offende one of these litle ones
[3]Take heede to your selues: If thy brother trespasse agaynst thee, rebuke hym: and yf he repent, forgeue hym
[4]And though he sinne agaynst thee seuen tymes in a day, and seuen tymes in a day turne agayne to thee, saying, it repenteth me: thou shalt forgeue hym [4]και εαν επτακις της ημερας αμαρτη εις σε και επτακις της ημερας επιστρεψη λεγων μετανοω αφησεις αυτω
[5]And the Apostles sayde vnto the Lorde: increase our fayth [5]και ειπον οι αποστολοι τω κυριω προσθες ημιν πιστιν
[6]And the Lorde sayde: If ye had fayth [as much] as a grayne of mustarde seede, & should say vnto this Sycamine tree, plucke vp thy selfe by the rootes, and plant thy selfe in the sea, it shoulde obey you
[7]But which of you, hauyng a seruaunt plowyng, or feedyng cattell, woulde say vnto hym by & by when he were come from the fielde, go and syt downe at the table [7]τις δε εξ υμων δουλον εχων αροτριωντα η ποιμαινοντα ος εισελθοντι εκ του αγρου ερει ευθεως παρελθων αναπεσε
[8]And woulde not rather say vnto hym, dresse, wherwith I may suppe, & gyrde vp thy selfe, and serue me, tyll I haue eaten and dronken, and afterward eate thou, and drynke thou [8]αλλ ουχι ερει αυτω ετοιμασον τι δειπνησω και περιζωσαμενος διακονει μοι εως φαγω και πιω και μετα ταυτα φαγεσαι και πιεσαι συ
[9]Doth he thanke that seruaunt, because he dyd the thynges that were commaunded vnto hym?
[10]So lykewyse ye, when ye haue done all those thynges which are commaunded you, say, We are vnprofitable seruauntes, We haue done that which was our duetie to do
[11]And so it was, as he went to Hierusalem, that he passed through the myddest of Samaria and Galilee [11]και εγενετο εν τω πορευεσθαι αυτον εις ιερουσαλημ και αυτος διηρχετο δια μεσου σαμαρειας και γαλιλαιας
[12]And as he entred into a certayne towne, there met hym ten men that were lepers, which stoode a farre of [12]και εισερχομενου αυτου εις τινα κωμην απηντησαν αυτω δεκα λεπροι ανδρες οι εστησαν πορρωθεν
[13]And put foorth their voyces, & sayde: Iesu maister, haue mercie on vs [13]και αυτοι ηραν φωνην λεγοντες ιησου επιστατα ελεησον ημας
[14]When he sawe them, he sayde vnto them: Go shewe your selues vnto the priestes. And it came to passe, that as they went, they were clensed [14]και ιδων ειπεν αυτοις πορευθεντες επιδειξατε εαυτους τοις ιερευσιν και εγενετο εν τω υπαγειν αυτους εκαθαρισθησαν
[15]And one of them, when he sawe that he was healed, turned backe [agayne] and with a loude voyce praysed God [15]εις δε εξ αυτων ιδων οτι ιαθη υπεστρεψεν μετα φωνης μεγαλης δοξαζων τον θεον
[16]And fell downe on his face at his feete, and gaue hym thankes: And the same was a Samaritane [16]και επεσεν επι προσωπον παρα τους ποδας αυτου ευχαριστων αυτω και αυτος ην σαμαρειτης
[17]And Iesus aunswered, and sayde: Are there not ten clensed? But where are those nine
[18]There are not founde that returned agayne, to geue God prayse, saue [only] this straunger [18]ουχ ευρεθησαν υποστρεψαντες δουναι δοξαν τω θεω ει μη ο αλλογενης ουτος
[19]And he sayde vnto hym: aryse, go thy way, thy fayth hath made thee whole [19]και ειπεν αυτω αναστας πορευου η πιστις σου σεσωκεν σε
[20]When he was demaunded of the pharisees, when the kyngdome of God shoulde come: he aunswered them, and sayde, The kyngdome of God shall not come with obseruation
[21]Neither shall they say, lo here, or lo there: For beholde, the kyngdome of God is within you [21]ουδε ερουσιν ιδου ωδε η ιδου εκει ιδου γαρ η βασιλεια του θεου εντος υμων εστιν
[22]And he sayde vnto the disciples: the dayes wyll come, when ye shall desyre to see one day of the sonne of man, and ye shall not see it
[23]And they shall say to you, See here, see there: Go not after them, nor folowe them [23]και ερουσιν υμιν ιδου ωδε η ιδου εκει μη απελθητε μηδε διωξητε
[24]For as the lyghtnyng, that lyghtneth out of the one part that is vnder heauen, and shyneth vnto the other part which is vnder heauen: so shall the sonne of man be in his daye
[25]But first must he suffer many thynges, and be refused of this nation
[26]And as it was in the dayes of Noe: so shall it be also in the dayes of the sonne of man [26]και καθως εγενετο εν ταις ημεραις νωε ουτως εσται και εν ταις ημεραις του υιου του ανθρωπου
[27]They dyd eate, and drynke, they maryed wiues, and were maryed, euen vnto the same day that Noe went into the Arke: and the fludde came, & destroyed them all
[28]Lykewyse also as it was in the dayes of Lot: they dyd eate, they dranke, they bought, they solde, they planted, they buylded
[29]But euen the same day that Lot went out of Sodome, it rayned fire and brimstone from heauen, and destroyed them all [29]η δε ημερα εξηλθεν λωτ απο σοδομων εβρεξεν πυρ και θειον απ ουρανου και απωλεσεν απαντας
[30]Euen thus shall it be, in the day when the sonne of man shalbe reuealed
[31]At that day, he which is on the house [top,] and his stuffe in the house, let him not come downe to take it out: And let not him that is in the fielde, turne backe agayne lykewyse, to the thynges that he left behynde [31]εν εκεινη τη ημερα ος εσται επι του δωματος και τα σκευη αυτου εν τη οικια μη καταβατω αραι αυτα και ο εν τω αγρω ομοιως μη επιστρεψατω εις τα οπισω
[32]Remember lottes wyfe [32]μνημονευετε της γυναικος λωτ
[33]Whosoeuer wyll go about to saue his lyfe, shall loose it: and whosoeuer shall loose his lyfe, shall quicken it [33]ος εαν ζητηση την ψυχην αυτου σωσαι απολεσει αυτην και ος εαν απολεση αυτην ζωογονησει αυτην
[34]I tell you, in that nyght there shalbe two in one bed, the one shalbe receaued, the other shalbe forsaken
[35]Two [women] shalbe gryndyng together: the one shalbe receaued, and the other forsaken [35]δυο εσονται αληθουσαι επι το αυτο μια παραληφθησεται και η ετερα αφεθησεται
[36]Two [men] shalbe in the fielde: the one shalbe receaued, & the other forsake 36[No verse]
[37]And they aunswered, and sayde vnto hym: Where Lorde? He sayde vnto the: Whersoeuer the body shalbe, thyther wyll also the Egles be gathered together [37]και αποκριθεντες λεγουσιν αυτω που κυριε ο δε ειπεν αυτοις οπου το σωμα εκει συναχθησονται οι αετοι
