| [1]ונפק ישׁוע מנ היכלא למאזל וקרבו תלמידוהי מחוינ הוו לה בנינה דהיכלא |
[1]And Jesus went out, and departed from the Temple, and his disciples came to him, to show him the building of the Temple. |
| [2]הו דינ אמר להונ לא הא חזינ אנתונ הלינ כלהינ אמינ אמר אנא לכונ דלא תשׁתבק הרכא כאפ על כאפ דלא תסתתר |
[2]And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? Verily I say unto you, there shall not be here left a stone upon a stone, that shall not be cast down. |
| [3]וכד יתב ישׁוע על טורא דזיתא קרבו תלמידוהי ואמרינ ביניהונ ולה אמר לנ אמתי הלינ נהוינ ומנא הי אתא דמאתיתכ ודשׁולמה דעלמא |
[3]And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, his disciples came unto him apart, saying, Tell us when these things shall be, and what sign shall be of thy coming, and of the end of the world. |
| [4]ענא ישׁוע ואמר להונ אזדהרו לא אנשׁ נטעיכונ |
[4]And Jesus answered, and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. |
| [5]סגיאא גיר נאתונ בשׁמי ונאמרונ דאנא אנא משׁיחא וסגיאא נטעונ |
[5]For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ, and shall deceive many. |
| [6]עתידינ אנתונ דינ למשׁמע קארסא ושׁמעא דקרבא חזו לא תתדודונ ולא גיר דכלהינ נהוינ אלא לא עדכיל שׁולמא |
[6]And ye shall hear of wars, and rumors of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. |
| [7]נקומ גיר עמא על עמא ומלכותא על מלכותא ונהוונ כפנא ומותנא וזועא בדוכא דוכא |
[7]For nation shall rise against nation, and realm against realm, and there shall be pestilence, and famine, and earthquakes in divers places. |
| [8]הלינ דינ כלהינ רשׁא אנינ דחבלא |
[8]All these are but the beginning of sorrows. |
| [9]הידינ נשׁלמונכונ לאולצנא ונקטלונכונ ותהוונ סניאינ מנ כלהונ עממא מטל שׁמי |
[9]Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you, and ye shall be hated of all nations for my Names sake. |
| [10]הידינ נתכשׁלונ סגיאא ונסנונ חד לחד ונשׁלמונ חד לחד |
[10]And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another. |
| [11]וסגיאא נביא דגלא נקומונ ונטעונ לסגיאא |
[11]And many false prophets shall arise, and shall deceive many. |
| [12]ומטל סגיאות עולא נפוג חובא דסגיאא |
[12]And because iniquity shall be increased, the love of many shall be cold. |
| [13]מנ דנסיבר דינ עדמא לחרתא הו נחא |
[13]But he that endureth to the end, he shall be saved. |
| [14]ותתכרז הדא סברתא דמלכותא בכלה עלמא לסהדותא דכלהונ עממא והידינ נאתא שׁולמא |
[14]And this Gospel of the kingdom shall be preached through the whole world for a witness unto all nations, and then shall the end come. |
| [15]מא דינ דחזיתונ אתא טנפתא דחורבא דאתאמר בדניאיל נביא דקימא בדוכתא קדישׁתא הו דקרא נסתכל |
[15]When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation spoken of by Daniel the Prophet, standing in the Holy place, (let him that readeth consider it.) |
| [16]הידינ אילינ דביהוד אנונ נערקונ לטורא |
[16]Then let them which be in Judea, flee into the mountains. |
| [17]והו דבאגרא הו לא נחות למסב דבביתה |
[17]Let him which is on the house top, not come down to fetch anything out of his house. |
| [18]ואינא דבחקלא הו לא נתהפכ לבסתרה למסב לבשׁה |
[18]And he that is in the field, let not him return back to fetch his clothes. |
| [19]וי דינ לבטנתא ולאילינ דמינקנ בהנונ יומתא |
[19]And woe shall be to them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days. |
| [20]צלו דינ דלא נהוא ערוקיכונ בסתוא ולא בשׁבתא |
[20]But pray that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the Sabbath day. |
| [21]נהוא גיר הידינ אולצנא רבא אינא דלא הוא מנ רשׁיתה דעלמא ועדמא להשׁא ולא נהוא |
[21]For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not from the beginning of the world to this time, nor shall be. |
| [22]ואלו לא אתכריו יומתא הנונ לא חיא הוא כל בסר מטל גביא דינ נתכרונ יומתא הנונ |
[22]And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elects sake those days shall be shortened. |
| [23]הידינ אנ אנשׁ נאמר לכונ הא הרכא הו משׁיחא או הרכא לא תהימנונ |
[23]Then if any shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there, believe it not. |
| [24]נקומונ גיר משׁיחא דגלא ונביא דכדבותא ונתלונ אתותא רורבתא איכ דנטעונ אנ משׁכחא אפ לגביא |
[24]For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall show great signs and wonders, so that if it were possible, they should deceive the very elect. |
| [25]הא קדמת אמרת לכונ |
[25]Behold, I have told you before. |
| [26]אנ הכיל נאמרונ לכונ הא בחורבא הו לא תפקונ או דהא בתונא הו לא תהימנונ |
[26]Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert, go not forth: Behold, he is in the secret places, believe it not. |
| [27]איכנא גיר דברקא נפק מנ מדנחא ומתחזא עדמא למערבא הכנא תהוא מאתיתה דברה דאנשׁא |
[27]For as the lightning cometh out of the East, and shineth into the West, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. |
| [28]איכא דינ דנהוא פגרא תמנ נתכנשׁונ נשׁרא |
[28]For wheresoever a dead carcass is, thither will the Eagles resort. |
| [29]מחדא דינ בתר אולצנא דיומתא הנונ שׁמשׁא נחשׁכ וסהרא לא נחוא נוהרה וכוכבא נפלונ מנ שׁמיא וחילא דשׁמיא נתתזיעונ |
[29]And immediately after the tribulations of those days, shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of heaven shall be shaken. |
| [30]והידינ נתחזא נישׁה דברה דאנשׁא בשׁמיא והידינ נרקדנ כלהינ שׁרבתא דארעא ונחזונ לברה דאנשׁא דאתא על ענני שׁמיא עמ חילא ושׁובחא סגיאא |
[30]And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the kinreds of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man come in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. |
| [31]ונשׁדר מלאכוהי עמ שׁיפורא רבא ונכנשׁונ לגביא דילה מנ ארבעת רוחא ומנ רשׁהונ דשׁמיא ועדמא לרשׁהונ |
[31]And he shall send his Angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect, from the four winds, and from the one end of the heaven unto the other. |
| [32]מנ תתא דינ ילפו פלאתא דמחדא דסוכיה רכנ ופרעינ טרפיה ידעינ אנתונ דמטא קיטא |
[32]Now learn the parable of the fig tree: when her bough is yet tender, and it bringeth forth leaves, ye know that summer is near. |
| [33]הכנא אפ אנתונ מא דחזיתונ הלינ כלהינ דעו דמטת לה לתרעא |
[33]So likewise ye, when ye see all these things, know that the kingdom of God is near, even at the doors. |
| [34]אמינ אמר אנא לכונ דלא תעבר שׁרבתא הדא עדמא דהלינ כלהינ נהוינ |
[34]Verily I say unto you, this generation shall not pass, till all these things be done. |
| [35]שׁמיא וארעא נעברונ ומלי לא נעברנ |
[35]Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away. |
| [36]על יומא דינ הו ועל שׁעתא הי אנשׁ לא ידע אפ לא מלאכא דבשׁמיא אלא אבא בלחוד |
[36]But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no not the Angels of heaven, but my father only. |
| [37]איכנא דינ דיומי נוח הכנא תהוא מאתיתה דברה דאנשׁא |
[37]But as the days of Noah were, so likewise shall the coming of the Son of man be. |
| [38]איכנא גיר דאיתיהונ הוו קדמ טופנא אכלינ ושׁתינ ונסבינ נשׁא ויהבינ לגברא עדמא ליומא דעל נוח לכוילא |
[38]For as in the days before the flood they did eat and drink, marry, and give in marriage, unto the day that Noah entered into the Ark, |
| [39]ולא ידעו עדמא דאתא טופנא ושׁקל לכלהונ הכנא תהוא מאתיתה דברה דאנשׁא |
[39]And knew nothing, till the flood came and took them all away, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. |
| [40]הידינ תרינ נהוונ בקריתא חד נתדבר וחד נשׁתבק |
[40]Then two men shall be in the fields, the one shall be received, and the other shall be refused. |
| [41]ותרתינ נהוינ טחננ ברחיא חדא מתדברא וחדא משׁתבקא |
[41]Two women shall be grinding at the mill: the one shall be received, and the other shall be refused. |
| [42]אתתעירו הכיל דלא ידעינ אנתונ באידא שׁעתא אתא מרכונ |
[42]Wake therefore: for ye know not what hour your master will come. |
| [43]הדא דינ דעו דאלו ידע הוא מרא ביתא באידא מטרתא אתא גנבא מתתעיר הוא ולא שׁבק הוא דנתפלשׁ ביתה |
[43]Of this be sure, that if the good man of the house knew at what watch the thief would come, he would surely watch, and not suffer his house to be digged through. |
| [44]מטל הנא אפ אנתונ הוו מטיבינ דבשׁעתא דלא סברינ אנתונ נאתא ברה דאנשׁא |
[44]Therefore be ye also ready: for in the hour that ye think not, will the Son of man come. |
| [45]מנו כי איתוהי עבדא מהימנא וחכימא דאקימה מרה על בני ביתה דנתל להונ סיברתא בזבנה |
[45]Who then is a faithful servant and wise, whom his master hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in season? |
| [46]טובוהי לעבדא הו דנאתא מרה נשׁכחיוהי דעבד הכנא |
[46]Blessed is that servant whom his master, when he cometh, shall find so doing. |
| [47]אמינ אמר אנא לכונ דנקימיוהי על כל דאית לה |
[47]Verily I say unto you, he shall make him ruler over all his goods. |
| [48]אנ דינ נאמר עבדא הו בישׁא בלבה דמרי מוחר למאתא |
[48]But if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My master doth defer his coming, |
| [49]ונשׁרא לממחא כנותה ונהוא אכל ושׁתא עמ רויא |
[49]And begin to smite his fellows, and to eat and to drink with the drunken, |
| [50]נאתא מרה דעבדא הו ביומא דלא סבר ובשׁעתא דלא ידע |
[50]That servants master will come in a day, when he looketh not for him, and in an hour that he is not ware of, |
| [51]ונפלגיוהי ונסימ מנתה עמ נסבי באפא תמנ נהוא בכיא וחורק שׁנא |
[51]And will cut him off, and give him his portion with hypocrites: there shall be weeping, and gnashing of teeth. |
