[[A Psalm Chapter of David, when he changed his behavior before Abimelech, who drove him away, and he departed.]]
[1]A Psalm of David; when he changed his demeanour before Abimelech, who drove him away, and he departed. [1]I will alway give thanks unto the Lord: his praise shall be in my mouth continually.
[2]I will bless ‏𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇‎ at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth. [2]My soul shall glory in the Lord: the humble shall hear it, and be glad.
[3]My soul shall glory in ‏𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇‎; the humble shall hear thereof, and be glad. [3]Praise ye the Lord with me, and let us magnify his name together.
[4]O magnify ‏𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇‎ with me, and let us exalt His name together. [4]I sought the Lord, and he heard me: yea, he delivered me out of all my fear.
[5]I sought ‏𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇‎, and He answered me, and delivered me from all my fears. [5]They shall look unto him, and run to him: and their faces shall not be ashamed, saying,
[6]They looked unto Him, and were radiant; and their faces shall never be abashed. [6]This poor man cried, and the Lord heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles.
[7]This poor man cried, and ‏𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇‎ heard, and saved him out of all his troubles. [7]The angel of the Lord pitcheth round about them, that fear him, and delivereth them.
[8]The angel of ‏𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇‎ encampeth round about them that fear Him, and delivereth them. [8]Taste ye and see, how gracious the Lord is: blessed is the man that trusteth in him.
[9]O consider and see that ‏𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇‎ is good; happy is the man that taketh refuge in Him. [9]Fear the Lord, ye his saints: for nothing wanteth to them that fear him.
[10]O fear ‏𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇‎, ye His holy ones; for there is no want to them that fear Him. [10]The lions do lack and suffer hunger, but they, which seek the Lord, shall want nothing that is good.
[11]The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger; but they that seek ‏𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇‎ want not any good thing. [11]Come children, hearken unto me: I will teach you the fear of the Lord.
[12]Come, ye children, hearken unto me; I will teach you the fear of ‏𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇‎. [12]What man is he, that desireth life, and loveth long days for to see good?
[13]Who is the man that desireth life, and loveth days, that he may see good therein? [13]Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips, that they speak no guile.
[14]Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips from speaking guile. [14]Eschew evil and do good: seek peace and follow after it.
[15]Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it. [15]The eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry.
[16]The eyes of ‏𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇‎ are toward the righteous, and His ears are open unto their cry. [16]But the face of the Lord is against them that do evil, to cut off their remembrance from the earth.
[17]The face of ‏𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇‎ is against them that do evil, to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth. [17]The righteous cry, and the Lord heareth them, and delivereth them out of all their troubles.
[18]They cried, and ‏𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇‎ heard, and delivered them out of all their troubles. [18]The Lord is near unto them that are of a contrite heart, and will save such as be afflicted in Spirit.
[19]‏𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇‎ is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart, and saveth such as are of a contrite spirit. [19]Great are the troubles of the righteous: but the Lord delivereth him out of them all.
[20]Many are the ills of the righteous, but ‏𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇‎ delivereth him out of them all. [20]He keepeth all his bones: not one of them is broken.
[21]He keepeth all his bones; not one of them is broken. [21]But malice shall slay the wicked: and they that hate the righteous, shall perish.
[22]Evil shall kill the wicked; and they that hate the righteous shall be held guilty. [22]The Lord redeemeth the souls of his servants: and none, that trust in him, shall perish.
[23]‏𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇‎ redeemeth the soul of His servants; and none of them that take refuge in Him shall be desolate. 23[No verse]
