[1]Συνίστημι δὲ ὑμῖν Φοίβην τὴν ἀδελφὴν ἡμῶν, οὖσαν διάκονον τῆς ἐκκλησίας τῆς ἐν Κεγχρεαῖς, |
[2]That ye receaue her in the Lorde, as it becommeth saintes, and that ye assist her in whatsoeuer busynesse she hath nede of you: For she hath suckoured many, and my selfe also |
[2]ἵνα αὐτὴν προσδέξησθε ἐν Κυρίῳ ἀξίως τῶν ἁγίων καὶ παραστῆτε αὐτῇ ἐν ᾧ ἂν ὑμῶν χρῄζῃ πράγματι· καὶ γὰρ αὕτη προστάτις πολλῶν ἐγενήθη καὶ αὐτοῦ ἐμοῦ. |

[3]᾿Ασπάσασθε Πρίσκιλλαν καὶ ᾿Ακύλαν τοὺς συνεργούς μου ἐν Χριστῷ ᾿Ιησοῦ, |
[4](Which haue for my lyfe layde downe their owne neckes: Unto whom, not onlye I geue thankes, but also all the Churches of the gentiles |
[4]οἵτινες ὑπὲρ τῆς ψυχῆς μου τὸν ἑαυτῶν τράχηλον ὑπέθηκαν, οἷς οὐκ ἐγὼ μόνος εὐχαριστῶ, ἀλλὰ καὶ πᾶσαι αἱ ἐκκλησίαι τῶν ἐθνῶν, καὶ τὴν κατ᾿ οἶκον αὐτῶν ἐκκλησίαν. |

[12]Salute Tryphena, & Tryphosa, which labour in the Lorde. Salute the beloued Persis, which laboured much in the Lorde |
[12]ἀσπάσασθε Τρύφαιναν καὶ Τρυφῶσαν τὰς κοπιώσας ἐν Κυρίῳ. ἀσπάσασθε Περσίδα τὴν ἀγαπητήν, ἥτις πολλὰ ἐκοπίασεν ἐν Κυρίῳ. |

[15]Salute Philologus and Iulia, Nereus and his sister, and Olympas, and all the saintes which are with them |
[15]ἀσπάσασθε Φιλόλογον καὶ ᾿Ιουλίαν, Νηρέα καὶ τὴν ἀδελφὴν αὐτοῦ, καὶ ᾿Ολυμπᾶν καὶ τοὺς σὺν αὐτοῖς πάντας ἁγίους. |
[16]Salute one an other with an holy kysse. The Churches of Christ salute you |
[16]ἀσπάσασθε ἀλλήλους ἐν φιλήματι ἁγίῳ. ἀσπάζονται ὑμᾶς αἱ ἐκκλησίαι τοῦ Χριστοῦ. |
[17]Nowe I beseche you brethren, marke them whiche cause deuision, & geue occasions of euyll, contrarie to the doctrine whiche ye haue learned, and auoyde them |
[17]Παρακαλῶ δὲ ὑμᾶς, ἀδελφοί, σκοπεῖν τοὺς τὰς διχοστασίας καὶ τὰ σκάνδαλα παρὰ τὴν διδαχὴν ἣν ὑμεῖς ἐμάθετε ποιοῦντας, καὶ ἐκκλίνατε ἀπ᾿ αὐτῶν· |
[18]For they that are suche, serue not the Lorde Iesus Christe, but their owne belly, and with sweete and flatteryng wordes deceaue the heartes of the innocentes |
[18]οἱ γὰρ τοιοῦτοι τῷ Κυρίῳ ἡμῶν ᾿Ιησοῦ Χριστῷ οὐ δουλεύουσιν, ἀλλὰ τῇ ἑαυτῶν κοιλίᾳ, καὶ διὰ τῆς χρηστολογίας καὶ εὐλογίας ἐξαπατῶσι τὰς καρδίας τῶν ἀκάκων· |
[19]For your obedience is gone abrode vnto al men. I am glad therfore no doubt, of you: But yet I would haue you wise vnto that whiche is good, & simple concernyng euyll |
[19]ἡ γὰρ ὑμῶν ὑπακοὴ εἰς πάντας ἀφίκετο. χαίρω οὖν τὸ ἐφ᾿ ὑμῖν· θέλω δὲ ὑμᾶς σοφοὺς μὲν εἶναι εἰς τὸ ἀγαθόν, ἀκεραίους δὲ εἰς τὸ κακόν. |
[20]The God of peace shall treade Satan vnder your feete shortly. The grace of our Lorde Iesus Christe be with you |
[20]ὁ δὲ Θεὸς τῆς εἰρήνης συντρίψει τὸν σατανᾶν ὑπὸ τοὺς πόδας ὑμῶν ἐν τάχει. ῾Η χάρις τοῦ Κυρίου ἡμῶν ᾿Ιησοῦ Χριστοῦ μεθ᾿ ὑμῶν. |

[21]᾿Ασπάζονται ὑμᾶς Τιμόθεος ὁ συνεργός μου, καὶ Λούκιος καὶ ᾿Ιάσων καὶ Σωσίπατρος οἱ συγγενεῖς μου. |
[22]I Tertius, whiche wrote this epistle, salute you in the Lorde |
[22]ἀσπάζομαι ὑμᾶς ἐγὼ Τέρτιος ὁ γράψας τὴν ἐπιστολὴν ἐν Κυρίῳ. |
[23]Gaius myne hoast, and of the whole Churche, saluteth you. Erastus the chamberlaine of the citie saluteth you, and Quartus a brother |
[23]ἀσπάζεται ὑμᾶς Γάϊος ὁ ξένος μου καὶ τῆς ἐκκλησίας ὅλης. ἀσπάζεται ὑμᾶς ῎Εραστος ὁ οἰκονόμος τῆς πόλεως καὶ Κούαρτος ὁ ἀδελφός. |
[24]The grace of our Lorde Iesus Christ be with you all. Amen |
