[1]υπομιμνησκε αυτους αρχαις και εξουσιαις υποτασσεσθαι πειθαρχειν προς παν εργον αγαθον ετοιμους ειναι [1]And be charging them that rulers and authorities to obey and to submit and to be ready for every deed good
[2]μηδενα βλασφημειν αμαχους ειναι επιεικεις πασαν ενδεικνυμενους πραοτητα προς παντας ανθρωπους [2]And against a person not they shall insult neither shall they be contending but they shall be humble and in all things they shall show their sweetness to all of them the children of men
[3]ημεν γαρ ποτε και ημεις ανοητοι απειθεις πλανωμενοι δουλευοντες επιθυμιαις και ηδοναις ποικιλαις εν κακια και φθονω διαγοντες στυγητοι μισουντες αλληλους [3]Also we for from the first without intelligence were and without conviction and deceived we were and servants we were to lusts changing and in wickedness and in envy employed we were and despicable we were also one another hating we were

[5]ουκ εξ εργων των εν δικαιοσυνη ων εποιησαμεν ημεις αλλα κατα τον αυτου ελεον εσωσεν ημας δια λουτρου παλιγγενεσιας και ανακαινωσεως πνευματος αγιου [5]Not by works of righteousness that we have done but by His love His own He gave us life by the washing of the birth that is from the top and by the renewing of The Spirit of Holiness
[6]ου εξεχεεν εφ ημας πλουσιως δια ιησου χριστου του σωτηρος ημων [6]The One whom He poured upon us richly by Ieshu The Messiah our Lifegiver
[7]ινα δικαιωθεντες τη εκεινου χαριτι κληρονομοι γενωμεθα κατ ελπιδα ζωης αιωνιου [7]That by His grace we would be justified and we would be heirs by hope in Life eternal
[8]πιστος ο λογος και περι τουτων βουλομαι σε διαβεβαιουσθαι ινα φροντιζωσιν καλων εργων προιστασθαι οι πεπιστευκοτες τω θεω ταυτα εστιν τα καλα και ωφελιμα τοις ανθρωποις [8]Trustworthy is the saying and in these things want I that also you to be assuring them that it will be a concern to them to cultivate works good those who have believed in Alaha these things are good and beneficial for children of men
[9]μωρας δε ζητησεις και γενεαλογιας και ερεις και μαχας νομικας περιιστασο εισιν γαρ ανωφελεις και ματαιοι [9]From debates but foolish and from tales of genealogies and from contentions and from contests of the scribes abstain profit for there is not in them and worthless these are
[10]αιρετικον ανθρωπον μετα μιαν και δευτεραν νουθεσιαν παραιτου [10]From man a heretic from after one time and two admonitions you him avoid
[11]ειδως οτι εξεστραπται ο τοιουτος και αμαρτανει ων αυτοκατακριτος [11]And be aware that he who is such is perverse is and a sinner and he is condemned of himself
[12]οταν πεμψω αρτεμαν προς σε η τυχικον σπουδασον ελθειν προς με εις νικοπολιν εκει γαρ κεκρικα παραχειμασαι [12]When I have sent to you Artima or Tukiqus let it be a concern to you to come to me to Niqopolis there for I have set my mind to winter

[14]μανθανετωσαν δε και οι ημετεροι καλων εργων προιστασθαι εις τας αναγκαιας χρειας ινα μη ωσιν ακαρποι [14]And they will teach also those who ours are to be cultivating works good in matters of distress lest they should be without fruit
[15]ασπαζονται σε οι μετ εμου παντες ασπασαι τους φιλουντας ημας εν πιστει η χαρις μετα παντων υμων αμην [προς τιτον της κρητων εκκλησιας πρωτον επισκοπον χειροτονηθεντα εγραφη απο νικοπολεως της μακεδονιας] [15]Invoke your peace all of those who with me are invoke the peace of all of them those who love us us in faith grace be with all of you Amen
