Even so dealt David with all the cities of the children of Ammon. And David and all the people returned to Jerusalem.
[4]καίC γίγνομαιVBI-AMI3S μετάP οὗτοςRD-APN καίC γίγνομαιVBI-AMI3S ἔτιD πόλεμοςN2-NSM ἐνP *γαζερN--DSF μετάPRA-GPM ἀλλόφυλοςN2-GPM τότεD πατάσσωVAI-AAI3S *σοβοχαιN--NSMRA-NSM *ουσαθιN--NSMRA-ASM *σαφουN--ASM ἀπόPRA-GPM υἱόςN2-GPMRA-GPM γίγαςN3-GPM καίC ταπεινόωVAI-AAI3S αὐτόςRD-ASM [4]And it came to pass after this, that there arose war at Gezer with the Philistines; at which time Sibbechai the Hushathite slew Sippai, that was of the children of the giant: and they were subdued.
[5]καίC γίγνομαιVBI-AMI3S ἔτιD πόλεμοςN2-NSM μετάPRA-GPM ἀλλόφυλοςN2-GPM καίC πατάσσωVAI-AAI3S *ελλανανN--NSM υἱόςN2-NSM *ιαϊρN--GSMRA-ASM *λεεμιN--ASM ἀδελφόςN2-ASM *γολιαθN--GSMRA-GSM *γεθθαῖοςN2-GSM καίC ξύλονN2N-ASN δόρυN3-GSN αὐτόςRD-GSM ὡςC ἀντίονD ὑφαίνωV1-PAPGPM [5]And there was war again with the Philistines; and Elhanan the son of Jair slew Lahmi the brother of Goliath the Gittite, whose spear staff was like a weaver's beam.
[6]καίC γίγνομαιVBI-AMI3S ἔτιD πόλεμοςN2-NSM ἐνP *γεθN--DSF καίC εἰμίV9-IAI3S ἀνήρN3-NSM ὑπερμεγέθηςA3H-NSM καίC δάκτυλοςN2-NPM αὐτόςRD-GSM ἕξM καίC ἕξM εἴκοσιM τέσσαρεςA3-NPM καίC οὗτοςRD-NSM εἰμίV9-IAI3S ἀπόγονοςA1B-NSM γίγαςN3-GPM [6]And yet again there was war at Gath, where was a man of great stature, whose fingers and toes were four and twenty, six on each hand, and six on each foot and he also was the son of the giant.
[7]καίC ὀνειδίζωVAI-AAI3SRA-ASM *ἰσραήλN--ASM καίC πατάσσωVAI-AAI3S αὐτόςRD-ASM *ιωναθανN--NSM υἱόςN2-NSM *σαμααN--GSM ἀδελφόςN2-GSM *δαυίδN--GSM [7]But when he defied Israel, Jonathan the son of Shimea David's brother slew him.
