[19]And they made war with the Hagrites, with Jetur, and Naphish, and Nodab. |

[20]And they carried away abundant goods and cattle: fifty thousand camels, two hundred and fifty thousand sheep, two thousand asses, and a hundred thousand persons. |
[21]And they took away their cattle: of their camels fifty thousand, and of sheep two hundred and fifty thousand, and of asses two thousand; and of souls of men a hundred thousand. |
[21]For many fell slain in the battle of those who dwelt in tents. And the remnant stayed in their tents. |
[22]For there fell many slain, because the war was of God. And they dwelt in their stead until the captivity. |
[22]And the children of the half tribe of Manasseh dwelt in the land of Mathnin, as far as the plain of mount Hermon and as far as Har, and there they multiplied and became great. |
[23]And the children of the half-tribe Manasseh dwelt in the land, from Bashan unto Baal-hermon and Senir and mount Hermon, where increased. |
[23]These were the heads of the house of their fathers: Apha, Shob, Eldaa, Azriel, Adomiah, Uriah, and Hezaiel, |
[24]And these were the heads of their fathers' houses: Epher, and Ishi, and Eliel, and Azriel, and Jeremiah, and Hodaviah, and Jahdiel, mighty men of valour, famous men, heads of their fathers' houses. |

[26]And the God of Israel stirred up the spirit of Tiglath-pileser king of Assyria, and he carried theta away, even the tribe of Reuben and the tribe of Gad and the half tribe of Manasseh, and brought them to Halah and Habor, and to the river Gozan, cities of Media. And they still dwell there to this day |
