[1]IF, then, you have risen with the Meshiha, seek [the realities] which are on high, where the Meshiha sitteth at the right hand of Aloha. |
[2]Sauere ye tho thingis, that ben aboue, not tho that ben on the erthe. |
[2]Think of that which is on high, and not of that on earth. |
[3]For ye ben deed, and youre lijf is hid with Crist in God. |
[3]For you are dead, and your life is hid with the Meshiha in Aloha; |
[4]For whanne Crist schal appere, youre lijf, thanne also ye schulen appere with hym in glorie. |
[4]And when the Meshiha, who is our life, shall be manifested, then also will you be manifested with him in glory. |

[8]But now cease you from all these; anger, wrath, malice, reviling, impure speech: |
[9]Nyle ye lie togidere; spuyle ye you fro the elde man with his dedes, and clothe ye the newe man, |
[9]And lie not one to another, but put off the old man with all his manners, |
[10]that is maad newe ayen in to the knowing of God, aftir the ymage of hym that made hym; |
[10]And wear the new, who is renovated by knowledge in the image of his Creator, |

[11]Where there is not Jihudoya and Aramoya, nor circumcision and uncircumcision, nor Javanoya and Barbaroya, nor slave and freeman, but the Meshiha is all and in all. |
[12]Therfor ye, as the chosun of God, hooli and louyd, clothe you with the entrailis of merci, benygnite, and mekenesse, temperaunce, pacience; |
[12]Wear, therefore, as the chosen of Aloha, saints and beloved, compassions and tenderness, and benignity, and lowliness of mind, and composure, and patience. |
[13]and support ye echon other, and foryyue to you silf, if ony man ayens ony hath a querele; as the Lord foryaf to you, so also ye. |
[13]And bear with one another, and forgive one another, if any man have a complaint against his neighbour; even as the Meshiha hath forgiven you, so also forgive; |
[14]And vpon alle these thingis haue ye charite, that is the boond of perfeccioun. |
[14]And with all these charity, which is the girdle of perfection. |

[16]Whose word shall dwell in you abundantly, in all wisdom. And teach and admonish yourselves in psalms and in hymns and in songs of the Spirit, and with grace sing with your hearts unto Aloha. |
[17]Al thing, what euere thing ye don, in word or in dede, alle thingis in the name of oure Lord Jhesu Crist, doynge thankyngis to God and to the fadir bi hym. |
[17]And whatsoever you do, either in word or work, do [it] in the name of our Lord Jeshu Meshiha, and with thanksgiving through him unto Aloha the Father. |

[22]Seruauntis, obeie ye bi alle thingis to fleischli lordis, not seruynge at iye, as plesynge to men, but in symplenesse of herte, dredinge the Lord. |
[22]Servants, obey in every thing your masters according to the flesh, not in the sight of the eye [only], as those who please men, but from a simple heart, and in the fear of the Lord. |
[23]What euer ye doen, worche ye of wille, as to the Lord and not to men; |
[23]And all that you do, from all your heart do [it], as to our Lord, and not as to men. |
