[1]When a man taketh a wife, and marrieth her, then it cometh to pass, if she find no favour in his eyes, because he hath found some unseemly thing in her, that he writeth her a bill of divorcement, and giveth it in her hand, and sendeth her out of his house, |

[2]And she departeth out of his house, and goeth and becometh another man's wife, |
| [3]καίC μισέωVA-AAS3S αὐτόςRD-ASF ὁRA-NSM ἀνήρN3-NSM ὁRA-NSM ἔσχατοA1-NSM καίC γράφωVF-FAI3S αὐτόςRD-DSF βιβλίονN2N-ASN ἀποστάσιονN2N-GSN καίC δίδωμιVF-FAI3S εἰςP ὁRA-APF χείρN3-APF αὐτόςRD-GSF καίC ἐκ ἀποστέλλωVF2-FAI3S αὐτόςRD-ASF ἐκP ὁRA-GSF οἰκίαN1A-GSF αὐτόςRD-GSM ἤC ἀποθνήσκωVB-AAS3S ὁRA-NSM ἀνήρN3-NSM ὁRA-NSM ἔσχατοA1-NSM ὅςRR-NSM λαμβάνωVBI-AAI3S αὐτόςRD-ASF ἑαυτοῦRD-DSM γυνήN3K-ASF |
[3]And the latter husband hateth her, and writeth her a b divorcement, and giveth it in her hand, and sendeth her out of his house; or if the latter husband die, who took her to be his wife; |
| [4]οὐD δύναμαιVF-FMI3S ὁRA-NSM ἀνήρN3-NSM ὁRA-NSM πρότεροςA1A-NSM ὁRA-NSM ἐκ ἀποστέλλωVA-AAPNSM αὐτόςRD-ASF ἐπι ἀναστρέφωVA-AAPNSM λαμβάνωVB-AAN αὐτόςRD-ASF ἑαυτοῦRD-DSM γυνήN3K-ASF μετάP ὁRA-ASN μιαίνωVC-APN αὐτόςRD-ASF ὅτιC βδέλυγμαN3M-ASN εἰμίV9-PAI3S ἐναντίονP κύριοςN2-GSM ὁRA-GSM θεόςN2-GSM σύRP-GS καίC οὐD μιαίνωVF2-FAI2P ὁRA-ASF γῆN1-ASF ὅςRR-ASF κύριοςN2-NSM ὁRA-NSM θεόςN2-NSM σύRP-GP δίδωμιV8-PAI3S σύRP-DP ἐνP κλῆροςN2-DSM |
[4]Her former husband, who sent her away, may not take her again to be his wife, after that she is defiled; for that is abomination before 𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇; and thou shalt not cause the land to sin, which 𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇 thy God giveth thee for an inheritance. |

[5]When a man taketh a new wife, he shall not go out in the host, neither shall he be charged with any business; he shall be free for his house one year, and shall cheer his wife whom he hath taken. |
| [6]οὐD ἐνεχυράζωVF-FAI2S μύλοςN2-ASM οὐδέC ἐπιμύλιοςA1B-ASM ὅτιC ψυχήN1-ASF οὗτοςRD-NSM ἐνεχυράζωV1-PAI3S |
[6]No man shall take the mill or the upper millstone to pledge; for he taketh a man's life to pledge. |
| [7]ἐάνC δέX ἁλίσκωVZ-AAS3S ἄνθρωποςN2-NSM κλέπτωV1-PAPNSM ψυχήN1-ASF ὁRA-GPM ἀδελφόςN2-GPM αὐτόςRD-GSM ὁRA-GPM υἱόςN2-GPM *ἰσραήλN--GSM καίC καταδυναστεύωVA-AAPNSM αὐτόςRD-ASM ἀποδίδωμιVO-AMS3S ἀποθνήσκωVF2-FMI3S ὁRA-NSM κλέπτηςN1M-NSM ἐκεῖνοςRD-NSM καίC ἐκαἴρωVF2-FAI2S ὁRA-ASM πονηρόςA1A-ASM ἐκP σύRP-GP αὐτόςRD-GPM |
[7]If a man be found stealing any of his brethren of the children of Israel, and he deal with him as a slave, and sell him; then that thief shall die; so shalt thou put away the evil from the midst of thee. |

[8]Take heed in the plague of leprosy, that thou observe diligently, and do according to all that the priests the Levites shall teach you, as I commanded them, so ye shall observe to do. |

[9]Remember what 𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇 thy God did unto Miriam, by the way as ye came forth out of Egypt. |

[10]When thou dost lend thy neighbour any manner of loan, thou shalt not go into his house to fetch his pledge. |

[11]Thou shalt stand without, and the man to whom thou dost lend shall bring forth the pledge without unto thee. |

[12]And if he be a poor man, thou shalt not sleep with his pledge; |

[13]Thou shalt surely restore to him the pledge when the sun goeth down, that he may sleep in his garment, and bless thee; and it shall be righteousness unto thee before 𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇 thy God. |

[14]Thou shalt not oppress a hired servant that is poor and needy, whether he be of thy brethren, or of thy strangers that are in thy land within thy gates. |

[15]In the same day thou shalt give him his hire, neither shall the sun go down upon it; for he is poor, and setteth his heart upon it: lest he cry against thee unto 𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇 and it be sin in thee. |
| [16]οὐD ἀποθνήσκωVF2-FMI3P πατήρN3-NPM ὑπέρP τέκνονN2N-GPN καίC υἱόςN2-NPM οὐD ἀποθνήσκωVF2-FMI3P ὑπέρP πατήρN3-GPM ἕκαστοςA1-NSM ὁRA-DSF ἑαυτοῦRD-GSM ἁμαρτίαN1A-DSF ἀποθνήσκωVF2-FMI3S |
[16]The fathers shall not be put to death for the children, neither shall the children be put to death for the fathers; every man shall be put to death for his own sin. |
| [17]οὐD ἐκκλίνωVF2-FAI2S κρίσιςN3I-ASF προσήλυτοςN2-GSM καίC ὀρφανόςA1-GSM καίC χήραN1A-GSF καίC οὐD ἐνεχυράζωVF-FAI2S ἱμάτιονN2N-ASN χήραN1A-GSF |
[17]Thou shalt not pervert the justice due to the stranger, or to the fatherless; nor take the widow's raiment to pledge. |
| [18]καίC μιμνήσκωVS-FPI2S ὅτιC οἰκέτηςN1M-NSM εἰμίV9-IAI2S ἐνP γῆN1-DSF *αἴγυπτοςN2-DSF καίC λυτρόωVAI-AMI3S σύRP-AS κύριοςN2-NSM ὁRA-NSM θεόςN2-NSM σύRP-GS ἐκεῖθενD διάP οὗτοςRD-ASN ἐγώRP-NS σύRP-DS ἐντέλλομαιV1-PMI1S ποιέωV2-PAN ὁRA-ASN ῥῆμαN3M-ASN οὗτοςRD-ASN |
[18]But thou shalt remember that thou wast a bondman in Egypt, and 𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇 thy God redeemed thee thence; therefore I command thee to do this thing. |
| [19]ἐάνC δέX ἀμάωVA-AAS2S ἀμητόςN2-ASM ἐνP ὁRA-DSM ἀγρόςN2-DSM σύRP-GS καίC ἐπιλανθάνωVB-AMS2S δράγμαN3M-ASN ἐνP ὁRA-DSM ἀγρόςN2-DSM σύRP-GS οὐD ἐπι ἀναστρέφωVC-FPI2S λαμβάνωVB-AAN αὐτόςRD-ASN ὁRA-DSM πτωχόςN2-DSM καίC ὁRA-DSM προσήλυτοςN2-DSM καίC ὁRA-DSM ὀρφανόςA1-DSM καίC ὁRA-DSF χήραN1A-DSF εἰμίVF-FMI3S ἵναC εὐλογέωVA-AAS3S σύRP-AS κύριοςN2-NSM ὁRA-NSM θεόςN2-NSM σύRP-GS ἐνP πᾶςA3-DPN ὁRA-DPN ἔργονN2N-DPN ὁRA-GPF χείρN3-GPF σύRP-GS |
[19]When thou reapest thy harvest in thy field, and hast forgot a sheaf in the field, thou shalt not go back to fetch it; it shall be for the stranger, for the fatherless, and for the widow; that 𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇 thy God may bless thee in all the work of thy hands. |

[20]When thou beatest thine olive-tree, thou shalt not go over the boughs again; it shall be for the stranger, for the fatherless, and for the widow. |

[21]When thou gatherest the grapes of thy vineyard, thou shalt not glean it after thee; it shall be for the stranger, for the fatherless, and for the widow. |
