| [1]And you that were dead in trespasses and sinnes |
[1]And even fills you you who dead you were in your sins and in your foolishness |
| [2]In the which in time passed ye walked, according to the course of this worlde, after the gouernour that ruleth in the ayre, the spirite that nowe worketh in the chyldren of disobedience |
[2]In these things that from the first you walked you were in them according to the secular life of world this and according to the will of the Ruler of the authority of the air and of spirit this which is diligent in the children without obedience |
| [3]Among whom we all had our conuersation also in tyme past in the lustes of our flesshe, fulfyllyng the wyll of the flesshe, and of the mynde, & were by nature the chyldren of wrath, euen as other |
[3]In those works that also we were employed in them from the first in the desires of our flesh and doing were the will of our flesh and of our minds and children were of rage entirely as the rest |
| [4]But God which is ryche in mercie, for his great loue wherwith he loued vs |
[4]Alaha but Who is rich in His compassion because of His love great in which He loved us |
| [5]Euen when we were dead by sinnes, hath quickned vs together with Christ, by grace are ye saued |
[5]When we dead we were in our sins He gave us life together with The Messiah and by His grace He saved us |
| [6]And hath raysed [vs] vp together, and made [vs] syt together in the heauenly in Christe Iesus |
[6]And He has raised us up with Him and seated us with Himself in Heaven in Ieshu The Messiah |
| [7]That in ages to come, he might shew the exceedyng ryches of his grace, in kyndnesse to vswarde through Christe Iesus |
[7]To show to the ages that are coming the greatness of the wealth of His grace and His sweetness which has come upon us by Ieshu The Messiah |
| [8]For by grace are ye made safe through fayth, and that not of your selues, it is the gyft of God |
[8]By His grace it is for we have been saved with faith and this not was of you but the gift it is of Alaha |
| [9]Not of workes, lest any man shoulde boast hym selfe |
[9]Not from works lest a man should boast |
| [10]For we are his workmanship, created in Christe Iesus vnto good workes, whiche God hath ordeyned that we shoulde walke in them |
[10]Creatures we are for His who were created in Ieshu The Messiah for works good those that from the first prepared Alaha that in them we should walk |
| [11]Wherfore, remember that ye being in tyme passed gentiles in the flesshe, called vncircumcision of that which is called circumcision in the flesshe, made by handes |
[11]Because of this be you mindful that you nations from the first of the flesh you were and called you were uncircumcision by that which is called circumcision and is a work of the hands in the flesh |
| [12]That at that tyme ye were without Christe, beyng aliauntes from the common wealth of Israel, and straungers fro the testamentes of promise, hauyng no hope, & without God in this worlde |
[12]And you being you were in that time without The Messiah and aliens you were from the government of Israel and strangers were to the covenant of the promise and without hope you were and without Alaha in the universe |
| [13]But nowe in Christe Iesus, ye which sometyme were farre of, are made nye by the blood of Christe |
[13]Now but in Ieshu The Messiah you are when from the first distant you were come near you have by the blood of The Messiah |
| [14]For he is our peace, which hath made both one: and hath broken downe the wall that was a stoppe betwene vs |
[14]He is for our Peace He Who made the two one and He destroyed the fence that standing was in the midst |
| [15]Taking away in his flesshe the hatred, [euen] the lawe of commaundementes, [conteyned] in ordinaunces, for to make of twayne one newe man in hym selfe, so makyng peace |
[15]And the hatred by His flesh and the Law of command in His commandments He has cancelled that for the two He would create in His Person one man new and He made peace |
| [16]And that he myght reconcile both vnto God in one body through [his] crosse, and slewe hatred thereby |
[16]And He reconciled the two in one body with Alaha and in His crucifixion has killed the hatred |
| [17]And came and preached peace to you which were a farre of, and to them that were nye |
[17]And He came preaching the news of peace to you to the distant ones and to those near |
| [18]For through hym, we both haue an entraunce in one spirite vnto the father |
[18]Because that in Him there has been for us access both by One Spirit to The Father |
| [19]Nowe therefore, ye are no more straungers and foreyners: but citezins with the saintes, and of the housholde of God |
[19]Therefore not you are strangers neither guests but children of the city of The Holy One and children of the household of Alaha |
| [20]And are built vpon the foundation of the apostles and prophetes, Iesus Christe hym selfe beyng the head corner stone |
[20]And you are built up on the foundation of the apostles and of the prophets and He is The Head of the corner of the building Ieshu The Messiah |
| [21]In whom all the buyldyng coupled together, groweth vnto an holy temple in the Lorde |
[21]And by Him is constructed the whole building and grows to a temple holy in the Lord |
| [22]In whom ye also are buylded together for an habitation of God through the spirite |
[22]While also you by Him built are for the dwelling of Alaha in The Spirit |
