| [1]καίC εἶπονVBI-AAI3S κύριοςN2-NSM πρόςP *μωυσῆςN1M-ASM πορεύομαιV1-PMD2S ἀναβαίνωVZ-AAD2S ἐντεῦθενD σύRP-NS καίC ὁRA-NSM λαόςN2-NSM σύRP-GS ὅςRR-APM ἐκἄγωVBI-AAI2S ἐκP γῆN1-GSF *αἴγυπτοςN2-GSF εἰςP ὁRA-ASF γῆN1-ASF ὅςRR-ASF ὄμνυμιVAI-AAI1S ὁRA-DSM *αβρααμN--DSM καίC *ισαακN--GSM καίC *ἰακώβN--DSM λέγωV1-PAPNSM ὁRA-DSN σπέρμαN3M-DSN σύRP-GP δίδωμιVF-FAI1S αὐτόςRD-ASF |
[1]AND the LORD said to Moses, Depart, and go up hence, you and the people whom you have brought up out of the land of Egypt, to the land which I swore to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, saying, To your descendants will I give it; |
| [2]καίC συν ἀποστέλλωVF2-FAI1S ὁRA-ASM ἄγγελοςN2-ASM ἐγώRP-GS πρόP πρόσωπονN2N-GSN σύRP-GS καίC ἐκβάλλωVF2-FAI3S ὁRA-ASM *ἀμορραῖοςN2-ASM καίC *χετταῖοςN2-ASM καίC *φερεζαῖοςN2-ASM καίC *γεργεσαῖοςN2-ASM καίC *ευαῖοςN2-ASM καίC *ιεβουσαῖοςN2-ASM |
[2]And I will send an angel before you; and he will destroy the Canaanites, the Amorites, the Hittites, the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites; |
| [3]καίC εἰςἄγωVF-FAI1S σύRP-AS εἰςP γῆN1-ASF ῥέωV2-PAPASF γάλαN3-ASN καίC μέλιN3-ASN οὐD γάρX μήD συν ἀναβαίνωVZ-AAS1S μετάP σύRP-GS διάP ὁRA-ASN λαόςN2-ASM σκληροτράχηλοςA1B-ASM σύRP-AS εἰμίV9-PAN ἵναC μήD ἐκ ἀναἁλίσκωVA-AAS1S σύRP-AS ἐνP ὁRA-DSF ὁδόςN2-DSF |
[3]Go to a land flowing with milk and honey; for I will not go up among you; for you are a stiff-necked people; lest I consume you on the way. |
| [4]καίC ἀκούωVA-AAPNSM ὁRA-NSM λαόςN2-NSM ὁRA-ASN ῥῆμαN3M-ASN ὁRA-ASN πονηρόςA1A-ASN οὗτοςRD-ASN καταπενθέωVAI-AAI3P ἐνP πενθικόςA1-DPN |
[4]And when the people heard this bad news, they mourned; and no man did put on him his armor. |
| [5]καίC εἶπονVBI-AAI3S κύριοςN2-NSM ὁRA-DPM υἱόςN2-DPM *ἰσραήλN--GSM σύRP-NP λαόςN2-NSM σκληροτράχηλοςA1B-NSM ὁράωV3-PAI2P μήD πληγήN1-ASF ἄλλοςRD-ASF ἐπιἄγωVF-FAI1S ἐγώRP-NS ἐπίP σύRP-AP καίC ἐκ ἀναἁλίσκωVA-AAS1S σύRP-AP νῦνD οὖνX ἀποαἱρέωVB-AMD2P ὁRA-APF στολήN1-APF ὁRA-GPF δόξαN1S-GPF σύRP-GP καίC ὁRA-ASM κόσμοςN2-ASM καίC δεικνύωVF-FAI1S σύRP-DS ὅςRR-APN ποιέωVA-AAS1S σύRP-DS |
[5]Then the LORD said to Moses, Say to the children of Israel, You are a stiff-necked people; I will come up among you in a moment, and consume you; therefore now put off your armor from you, that I may know what to do to you. |
| [6]καίC περιαἱρέωVAI-AMI3P ὁRA-NPM υἱόςN2-NPM *ἰσραήλN--GSM ὁRA-ASM κόσμοςN2-ASM αὐτόςRD-GPM καίC ὁRA-ASF περιστολήN1-ASF ἀπόP ὁRA-GSN ὄροςN3E-GSN ὁRA-GSN *χωρηβN--S |
[6]And the children of Israel stripped themselves of their armor by mount Horeb |
| [7]καίC λαμβάνωVB-AAPNSM *μωυσῆςN1M-NSM ὁRA-ASF σκηνήN1-ASF αὐτόςRD-GSM πήγνυμιVAI-AAI3S ἔξωP ὁRA-GSF παρεμβολήN1-GSF μακράνD ἀπόP ὁRA-GSF παρεμβολήN1-GSF καίC καλέωVCI-API3S σκηνήN1-NSF μαρτύριονN2N-GSN καίC γίγνομαιVBI-AMI3S πᾶςA3-NSM ὁRA-NSM ζητέωV2-PAPNSM κύριοςN2-ASM ἐκπορεύομαιV1I-IMI3S εἰςP ὁRA-ASF σκηνήN1-ASF ἔξωP ὁRA-GSF παρεμβολήN1-GSF |
[7]And Moses took his tent and pitched it outside the camp, afar off from the camp, and called it the tabernacle of the congregation. And it came to pass that every one who sought to inquire of the LORD went out to the tabernacle of the congregation, which was outside the camp. |
| [8]ἡνίκαD δέX ἄνX εἰςπορεύομαιV1I-IMI3S *μωυσῆςN1M-NSM εἰςP ὁRA-ASF σκηνήN1-ASF ἔξωP ὁRA-GSF παρεμβολήN1-GSF ἵστημιVXI-YAI3S πᾶςA3-NSM ὁRA-NSM λαόςN2-NSM σκοπεύωV1-PAPNPM ἕκαστοςA1-NSM παράP ὁRA-APF θύραN1A-APF ὁRA-GSF σκηνήN1-GSF αὐτόςRD-GSM καίC κατανοέωVAI-AAI3P ἀποεἶμιV9-PAPGSM *μωυσῆςN1M-GSM ἕωςP ὁRA-GSN εἰςἔρχομαιVB-AAN αὐτόςRD-ASM εἰςP ὁRA-ASF σκηνήN1-ASF |
[8]And it came to pass when Moses went out to the tabernacle that all the people rose up and stood every man at his tent door and looked after Moses until he entered the tabernacle. |
| [9]ὡςC δέX ἄνX εἰςἔρχομαιVBI-AAI3S *μωυσῆςN1M-NSM εἰςP ὁRA-ASF σκηνήN1-ASF καταβαίνωV1I-IAI3S ὁRA-NSM στῦλοςN2-NSM ὁRA-GSF νεφέληN1-GSF καίC ἵστημιV6I-IMI3S ἐπίP ὁRA-ASF θύραN1A-ASF ὁRA-GSF σκηνήN1-GSF καίC λαλέωV2I-IAI3S *μωυσῆςN1M-DSM |
[9]And it came to pass as Moses entered into the tabernacle the pillar of cloud descended and stood at the door of the tabernacle and the LORD talked with Moses. |
| [10]καίC ὁράωV3I-IAI3S πᾶςA3-NSM ὁRA-NSM λαόςN2-NSM ὁRA-ASM στῦλοςN2-ASM ὁRA-GSF νεφέληN1-GSF ἵστημιVXI-XAPASM ἐπίP ὁRA-GSF θύραN1A-GSF ὁRA-GSF σκηνήN1-GSF καίC ἵστημιVH-AAPNPM πᾶςA3-NSM ὁRA-NSM λαόςN2-NSM προςκυνέωVAI-AAI3P ἕκαστοςA1-NSM ἀπόP ὁRA-GSF θύραN1A-GSF ὁRA-GSF σκηνήN1-GSF αὐτόςRD-GSM |
[10]And all the people saw the pillar of cloud standing at the door of the tabernacle; and all the people rose up and worshipped, every man in his tent door. |
| [11]καίC λαλέωVAI-AAI3S κύριοςN2-NSM πρόςP *μωυσῆςN1M-ASM ἐνώπιοςA1B-NSM ἐνώπιοςA1B-DSM ὡςC εἰC τιςRI-NSM λαλέωVF-FAI3S πρόςP ὁRA-ASM ἑαυτοῦRD-GSM φίλοςA1-ASM καίC ἀπολύωV1I-IMI3S εἰςP ὁRA-ASF παρεμβολήN1-ASF ὁRA-NSM δέX θεράπωνN3-NSM *ἰησοῦςN--NSM υἱόςN2-NSM *ναυηN--GSM νέοςA1A-NSM οὐD ἐκπορεύομαιV1I-IMI3S ἐκP ὁRA-GSF σκηνήN1-GSF |
[11]And the LORD spoke to Moses face to face, as a man speaks to his friend. And he returned to the camp; but his servant Joshua, the son of Nun, a young man, departed not from the tabernacle |
| [12]καίC εἶπονVBI-AAI3S *μωυσῆςN1M-NSM πρόςP κύριοςN2-ASM ἰδούI σύRP-NS ἐγώRP-DS λέγωV1-PAI2S ἀναἄγωVB-AAD2S ὁRA-ASM λαόςN2-ASM οὗτοςRD-ASM σύRP-NS δέX οὐD δηλόωVAI-AAI2S ἐγώRP-DS ὅςRR-ASM συν ἀποστέλλωVF2-FAI2S μετάP ἐγώRP-GS σύRP-NS δέX ἐγώRP-DS εἶπονVAI-AAI2S οἶδαVX-XAI1S σύRP-AS παράP πᾶςA3-APM καίC χάριςN3-ASF ἔχωV1-PAI2S παράP ἐγώRP-DS |
[12]And Moses said to the LORD, See, thou sayest to me, Bring up this people; and thou hast not let me know whom thou wilt send with me. Yet thou hast said, I know you by name, and thou hast also found favor in my sight. |
| [13]εἰC οὖνX εὑρίσκωVX-XAI1S χάριςN3-ASF ἐναντίονP σύRP-GS ἐνφανίζωVA-AAD2S ἐγώRP-DS σεαυτοῦRD-ASM γνωστῶςD ὁράωVB-AAS1S σύRP-AS ὅπωςC ἄνX εἰμίV9-PAS1S εὑρίσκωVX-XAPNSM χάριςN3-ASF ἐναντίονP σύRP-GS καίC ἵναC γιγνώσκωVZ-AAS1S ὅτιC λαόςN2-NSM σύRP-GS ὁRA-NSN ἔθνοςN3E-NSN ὁRA-NSN μέγαςA1P-NSN οὗτοςRD-NSN |
[13]Now therefore, if I have found favor in thy sight, show me now the way that I may know thee, that I may find favor in thy sight; and consider that this thy people is a great nation. |
| [14]καίC λέγωV1-PAI3S αὐτόςRD-NSM προπορεύομαιVF-FMI1S σύRP-GS καίC καταπαύωVA-AAS1S σύRP-AS |
[14]And the LORD said to Moses, Go ahead of me, and I will give you rest. |
| [15]καίC λέγωV1-PAI3S πρόςP αὐτόςRD-ASM εἰC μήD αὐτόςRD-NSM σύRP-NS πορεύομαιV1-PMS2S μήD ἐγώRP-AS ἀναἄγωVB-AAS2S ἐντεῦθενD |
[15]And he said to him, If thou thyself will not go with us, let us not leave this place. |
| [16]καίC πῶςD γνωστόςA1-NSN εἰμίVF-FMI3S ἀληθῶςD ὅτιC εὑρίσκωVX-XAI1S χάριςN3-ASF παράP σύRP-DS ἐγώRP-NS τεX καίC ὁRA-NSM λαόςN2-NSM σύRP-GS ἀλλάC ἤC συνπορεύομαιV1-PMPGSM σύRP-GS μετάP ἐγώRP-GP καίC ἐνδοξάζομαιVS-FPI1S ἐγώRP-NS τεX καίC ὁRA-NSM λαόςN2-NSM σύRP-GS παράP πᾶςA3-APN ὁRA-APN ἔθνοςN3E-APN ὅσοςA1-NPN ἐπίP ὁRA-GSF γῆN1-GSF εἰμίV9-PAI3S |
[16]For wherein shall it be known here that I and thy people have found mercy in thy sight? Is it not in that thou goest with us? So that we be distinguished, I and thy people, from all the people that are upon the face of the earth. |
| [17]καίC εἶπονVBI-AAI3S κύριοςN2-NSM πρόςP *μωυσῆςN1M-ASM καίC οὗτοςRD-ASM σύRP-DS ὁRA-ASM λόγοςN2-ASM ὅςRR-ASM εἶπονVX-XAI2S ποιέωVF-FAI1S εὑρίσκωVX-XAI2S γάρX χάριςN3-ASF ἐνώπιονP ἐγώRP-GS καίC οἶδαVX-XAI1S σύRP-AS παράP πᾶςA3-APM |
[17]And the LORD said to Moses, I will do this thing also that you have spoken; for you have found grace in my sight, and I know you by your name. |
| [18]καίC λέγωV1-PAI3S δεικνύωVA-AAD2S ἐγώRP-DS ὁRA-ASF σεαυτοῦRD-GSM δόξαN1S-ASF |
[18]And Moses said, Show me thy glory. |
| [19]καίC εἶπονVBI-AAI3S ἐγώRP-NS παραἔρχομαιVF-FMI1S πρότεροςA1A-NSMC σύRP-GS ὁRA-DSF δόξαN1S-DSF ἐγώRP-GS καίC καλέωVA-AAS1S ἐπίP ὁRA-DSN ὄνομαN3M-DSN ἐγώRP-GS κύριοςN2-NSM ἐναντίονP σύRP-GS καίC ἐλεέωVF-FAI1S ὅςRR-ASM ἄνX ἐλεέωV2-PAS1S καίC οἰκτείρωVF-FAI1S ὅςRR-ASM ἄνX οἰκτείρωV1-PAS1S |
[19]And he said. I will make all my goodness pass before you, and I will proclaim the name of the LORD before you; and I will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and will show mercy on whom I will show mercy. |
| [20]καίC εἶπονVBI-AAI3S οὐD δύναμαιVF-FMI2S ὁράωVB-AAN ἐγώRP-GS ὁRA-ASN πρόσωπονN2N-ASN οὐD γάρX μήD ὁράωVB-AAS3S ἄνθρωποςN2-NSM ὁRA-ASN πρόσωπονN2N-ASN ἐγώRP-GS καίC ζάωVF-FMI3S |
[20]And he said, You cannot see my face; for no man can see me and live. |
| [21]καίC εἶπονVBI-AAI3S κύριοςN2-NSM ἰδούI τόποςN2-NSM παράP ἐγώRP-DS ἵστημιVF-FMI2S ἐπίP ὁRA-GSF πέτραN1A-GSF |
[21]And the LORD said to Moses, Behold, there is a place in front of me, and you shall stand upon the rock; |
| [22]ἡνίκαD δέX ἄνX παραἔρχομαιVB-AAS3S ἐγώRP-GS ὁRA-NSF δόξαN1S-NSF καίC τίθημιVF-FAI1S σύRP-AS εἰςP ὀπήN1-ASF ὁRA-GSF πέτραN1A-GSF καίC σκεπάζωVF-FAI1S ὁRA-DSF χείρN3-DSF ἐγώRP-GS ἐπίP σύRP-AS ἕωςC ἄνX παραἔρχομαιVB-AAS1S |
[22]And it shall come to pass when my glory passes by that I will put you in a cave of the rock and will rest my hand upon you till I pass by; |
| [23]καίC ἀποαἱρέωVF2-FAI1S ὁRA-ASF χείρN3-ASF καίC τότεD ὁράωVF-FMI2S ὁRA-APN ὀπίσωP ἐγώRP-GS ὁRA-ASN δέX πρόσωπονN2N-NSN ἐγώRP-GS οὐD ὁράωVV-FPI3S σύRP-DS |
[23]And I will take away my hand, and you shall see my back; but my face shall not be seen |
