[1]And the word of 𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇 came unto me, saying: |
| [2]υἱόςN2-VSM ἄνθρωποςN2-GSM προφητεύωVA-AAD2S ἐπίP ὁRA-APM προφήτηςN1M-APM ὁRA-GSM *ἰσραήλN--GSM καίC προφητεύωVF-FAI2S καίC εἶπονVF2-FAI2S πρόςP αὐτόςRD-APM ἀκούωVA-AAD2P λόγοςN2-ASM κύριοςN2-GSM |
[2]'Son of man, prophesy against the prophets of Israel that prophesy, and say thou unto them that prophesy out of their own heart: Hear ye the word 𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇: |
| [3]ὅδεRD-APN λέγωV1-PAI3S κύριοςN2-NSM οὐαίI ὁRA-DPM προφητεύωV1-PAPNPM ἀπόP καρδίαN1A-GSF αὐτόςRD-GPM καίC ὁRA-ASN καθόλουD μήD βλέπωV1-PAI3P |
[3]Thus saith the Lord 𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇: Woe unto the vile prophets, that follow their own spirit, and things which they have not seen! |
| [4]ὁRA-NPM προφήτηςN1M-NPM σύRP-GS *ἰσραήλN--VSM ὡςC ἀλώπηξN3K-NPF ἐνP ὁRA-DPF ἔρημοςN2-DPF |
[4]O Israel, thy prophets have been like foxes in ruins. |
| [5]οὐD ἵστημιVAI-AAI3P ἐνP στερέωμαN3M-DSN καίC συνἄγωVBI-AAI3P ποίμνιονN2N-APN ἐπίP ὁRA-ASM οἶκοςN2-ASM ὁRA-GSM *ἰσραήλN--GSM οὐD ἀναἵστημιVHI-AAI3P ὁRA-NPM λέγωV1-PAPNPM ἐνP ἡμέραN1A-DSF κύριοςN2-GSM |
[5]Ye have not gone up into the breaches, neither made up the hedge for the house of Israel, to stand in the battle in the day of 𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇. |
| [6]βλέπωV1-PAPNPM ψευδήςA3H-APN μαντεύομαιV1-PMPNPM μάταιοςA1A-APN ὁRA-NPM λέγωV1-PAPNPM λέγωV1-PAI3S κύριοςN2-NSM καίC κύριοςN2-NSM οὐD ἀποστέλλωVX-XAI3S αὐτόςRD-APM καίC ἄρχωVAI-AMI3P ὁRA-GSN ἀναἵστημιVA-AAN λόγοςN2-ASM |
[6]They have seen vanity and lying divination, that say: 𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇 saith; and 𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇 hath not sent them, yet they hope that the word would be confirmed! |
| [7]οὐD ὅρασιςN3I-ASF ψευδήςA3H-APN ὁράωVX-XAI2P καίC μαντείαN1A-APF μάταιοςA1A-APF εἶπονVX-XAI2P |
[7]Have ye not seen a vain vision, and have ye not spoken a lying divination, whereas ye say: 𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇 saith; albeit I have n spoken? |
| [8]διάP οὗτοςRD-ASN εἶπονVB-AAD2S ὅδεRD-APN λέγωV1-PAI3S κύριοςN2-NSM ἀντίP ὅςRR-GPM ὁRA-NPM λόγοςN2-NPM σύRP-GP ψευδήςA3H-NPM καίC ὁRA-NPF μαντείαN1A-NPF σύRP-GP μάταιοςA1A-NPF διάP οὗτοςRD-ASN ἰδούI ἐγώRP-NS ἐπίP σύRP-AP λέγωV1-PAI3S κύριοςN2-NSM |
[8]Therefore thus saith the Lord 𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇: Because ye have spoken vanity, and seen lies, therefore, behold, I am against you, saith the Lord 𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇. |
| [9]καίC ἐκτείνωVF2-FAI1S ὁRA-ASF χείρN3-ASF ἐγώRP-GS ἐπίP ὁRA-APM προφήτηςN1M-APM ὁRA-APM ὁράωV3-PAPAPM ψευδήςA3H-APN καίC ὁRA-APM ἀποφθέγγομαιV1-PMPAPM μάταιοςA1A-APN ἐνP παιδείαN1A-DSF ὁRA-GSM λαόςN2-GSM ἐγώRP-GS οὐD εἰμίVF-FMI3P οὐδέC ἐνP γραφήN1-DSF οἶκοςN2-GSM *ἰσραήλN--GSM οὐD γράφωVD-FPI3P καίC εἰςP ὁRA-ASF γῆN1-ASF ὁRA-GSM *ἰσραήλN--GSM οὐD εἰςἔρχομαιVF-FMI3P καίC γιγνώσκωVF-FMI3P διότιC ἐγώRP-NS κύριοςN2-NSM |
[9]And My hand shall be against the prophets that see vanity, and that divine lies; they shall not be in the council of My people, neither shall they be written in the register of the house of Israel, neither shall they enter into the land of Israel; and ye shall know that I am the Lord 𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇. |
| [10]ἀντίP ὅςRR-GPM ὁRA-ASM λαόςN2-ASM ἐγώRP-GS πλανάωVAI-AAI3P λέγωV1-PAPNPM εἰρήνηN1-NSF εἰρήνηN1-NSF καίC οὐD εἰμίV9-IAI3S εἰρήνηN1-NSF καίC οὗτοςRD-NSM οἰκοδομέωV2-PAI3S τοῖχοςN2-ASM καίC αὐτόςRD-NPM ἀλείφωV1-PAI3P αὐτόςRD-ASM εἰC πίπτωVF2-FMI3S |
[10]Because, even because they have led My people astray, saying: Peace, and there is no peace; and when it buildeth up a slight wall, behold, they daub it with whited plaster; |
| [11]εἶπονVB-AAD2S πρόςP ὁRA-APM ἀλείφωV1-PAPAPM πίπτωVF2-FMI3S καίC εἰμίVF-FMI3S ὑετόςN2-NSM κατακλύζωV1-PAPNSM καίC δίδωμιVF-FAI1S λίθοςN2-APM πετροβόλοςA1B-APM εἰςP ὁRA-APM ἔνδεσμοςN2-APM αὐτόςRD-GPM καίC πίπτωVF2-FMI3P καίC πνεῦμαN3M-ASN ἐκαἴρωV1-PAPASN καίC ῥηγνύναιVD-FPI3S |
[11]Say unto them that daub it with whited plaster, that it shall fall; there shall be an overflowing shower, and ye, O great hailstones, shall fall, and a stormy wind shall break forth, |
| [12]καίC ἰδούI πίπτωVX-XAI3S ὁRA-NSM τοῖχοςN2-NSM καίC οὐD εἶπονVF2-FAI3P πρόςP σύRP-AP ποῦD εἰμίV9-PAI3S ὁRA-NSF ἀλοιφήN1-NSF σύRP-GP ὅςRR-ASF ἀλείφωVAI-AAI2P |
[12]And, lo, when the wall is fallen, shall it not be said unto you: Where is the daubing wherewith ye have daubed it? |
| [13]διάP οὗτοςRD-ASN ὅδεRD-APN λέγωV1-PAI3S κύριοςN2-NSM καίC ῥηγνύωVF-FAI1S πνοήN1-ASF ἐκαἴρωV1-PAPASF μετάP θυμόςN2-GSM καίC ὑετόςN2-NSM κατακλύζωV1-PAPNSM ἐνP ὀργήN1-DSF ἐγώRP-GS εἰμίVF-FMI3S καίC ὁRA-APM λίθοςN2-APM ὁRA-APM πετροβόλοςA1B-APM ἐνP θυμόςN2-DSM ἐπιἄγωVF-FAI1S εἰςP συντέλειαN1A-ASF |
[13]Therefore thus saith the Lord 𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇: I will even cause a stormy wind to break forth in My fury; and there shall be an overflowing shower in Mine anger, and great hailstones in fury to consume it. |
| [14]καίC κατασκάπτωVF-FAI1S ὁRA-ASM τοῖχοςN2-ASM ὅςRR-ASM ἀλείφωVAI-AAI2P καίC πίπτωVF2-FMI3S καίC τίθημιVF-FAI1S αὐτόςRD-ASM ἐπίP ὁRA-ASF γῆN1-ASF καίC ἀποκαλύπτωVV-FPI3S ὁRA-NPN θεμέλιονN2N-NPN αὐτόςRD-GSM καίC πίπτωVF2-FMI3S καίC συντελέωVS-FPI2P μετάP ἔλεγχοςN2-GPM καίC ἐπιγιγνώσκωVF-FMI2P διότιC ἐγώRP-NS κύριοςN2-NSM |
[14]So will I break down the wall that ye have daubed with whited plaster, and bring it down to the ground, so that the foundation thereof shall be uncovered; and it shall fall, and ye shall be consumed in the midst thereof; and ye shall know that I am 𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇. |
| [15]καίC συντελέωVF-FAI1S ὁRA-ASM θυμόςN2-ASM ἐγώRP-GS ἐπίP ὁRA-ASM τοῖχοςN2-ASM καίC ἐπίP ὁRA-APM ἀλείφωV1-PAPAPM αὐτόςRD-ASM καίC πίπτωVF2-FMI3S καίC εἶπονVAI-AAI1S πρόςP σύRP-AP οὐD εἰμίV9-PAI3S ὁRA-NSM τοῖχοςN2-NSM οὐδέC ὁRA-NPM ἀλείφωV1-PAPNPM αὐτόςRD-ASM |
[15]Thus will I spend My fury upon the wall, and upon them that have daubed it with whited plaster; and I will say unto you: The wall is no more, neither they that daubed it; |
| [16]προφήτηςN1M-NPM ὁRA-GSM *ἰσραήλN--GSM ὁRA-NPM προφητεύωV1-PAPNPM ἐπίP *ἰερουσαλήμN--ASF καίC ὁRA-NPM ὁράωV3-PAPNPM αὐτόςRD-DSF εἰρήνηN1-ASF καίC εἰρήνηN1-NSF οὐD εἰμίV9-PAI3S λέγωV1-PAI3S κύριοςN2-NSM |
[16]To wit, the prophets of Israel tha prophesy concerning Jerusalem, and that see visions of peace for her, and there is no peace, saith the Lord 𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇. |
| [17]καίC σύRP-NS υἱόςN2-VSM ἄνθρωποςN2-GSM στηρίζωVA-AAD2S ὁRA-ASN πρόσωπονN2N-ASN σύRP-GS ἐπίP ὁRA-APF θυγάτηρN3-APF ὁRA-GSM λαόςN2-GSM σύRP-GS ὁRA-APF προφητεύωV1-PAPAPF ἀπόP καρδίαN1A-GSF αὐτόςRD-GPM καίC προφητεύωVA-AAD2S ἐπίP αὐτόςRD-APF |
[17]And thou, son of man, set thy face against the daughters of thy people, that prophesy out of their own heart; and prophesy thou against them, |
| [18]καίC εἶπονVF2-FAI2S ὅδεRD-APN λέγωV1-PAI3S κύριοςN2-NSM οὐαίI ὁRA-DPF συνῥάπτωV1-PAPDPF προσκεφάλαιονN2N-APN ἐπίP πᾶςA3-ASM ἀγκώνN3W-ASM χείρN3-GSF καίC ποιέωV2-PAPDPF ἐπιβόλαιονN2N-APN ἐπίP πᾶςA1S-ASF κεφαλήN1-ASF πᾶςA1S-GSF ἡλικίαN1A-GSF ὁRA-GSN διαστρέφωV1-PAN ψυχήN1-APF ὁRA-NPF ψυχήN1-NPF διαστρέφωVDI-API3P ὁRA-GSM λαόςN2-GSM ἐγώRP-GS καίC ψυχήN1-APF περιποιέωV2I-IMI3P |
[18]And say: Thus saith the Lord 𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇: Woe to the women that sew cushions upon all elbows, and make pads for the head of persons of every stature to hunt souls! Will ye hunt the souls of My people, and save souls alive for yourselves? |
| [19]καίC βεβηλόωV4I-IAI3P ἐγώRP-AS πρόςP ὁRA-ASM λαόςN2-ASM ἐγώRP-GS ἕνεκενP δράξN3K-GSF κριθήN1-GPF καίC ἕνεκενP κλάσμαN3M-GPN ἄρτοςN2-GSM ὁRA-GSN ἀποκτείνωVA-AAN ψυχήN1-APF ὅςRR-APF οὐD ἐσθίωVF-FAI3S ἀποθνήσκωVB-AAN καίC ὁRA-GSN περιποιέωVA-AMN ψυχήN1-APF ὅςRR-APF οὐD ἐσθίωVF-FAI3S ζάωVA-AAN ἐνP ὁRA-DSN ἀποφθέγγομαιV1-PMN σύRP-AP λαόςN2-DSM εἰςἀκούωV1-PAPDSM μάταιοςA1A-APN ἀπόφθεγμαN3M-APN |
[19]And ye have profaned Me among My people for handfuls of barley and for crumbs of bread, to slay the souls that should not die, and to save the souls alive that should not live, by your lying to My people that hearken unto lies. |
| [20]διάP οὗτοςRD-ASN ὅδεRD-APN λέγωV1-PAI3S κύριοςN2-NSM κύριοςN2-NSM ἰδούI ἐγώRP-NS ἐπίP ὁRA-APN προσκεφάλαιονN2N-APN σύRP-GP ἐπίP ὅςRR-APN σύRP-NP συνστρέφωV1-PAI2P ἐκεῖD ψυχήN1-APF καίC διαῥήγνυμιVF-FAI1S αὐτόςRD-APN ἀπόP ὁRA-GPM βραχίωνN3N-GPM σύRP-GP καίC ἐκ ἀποστέλλωVF2-FAI1S ὁRA-APF ψυχήN1-APF ὅςRR-APF σύRP-NP ἐκστρέφωV1-PAI2P ὁRA-APF ψυχήN1-APF αὐτόςRD-GPM εἰςP διασκορπισμόςN2-ASM |
[20]Wherefore thus saith the Lord 𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇: Behold, I am against your cushions, wherewith ye hunt the souls as birds, and I will tear them from your arms; and I will let the souls go, even the souls that ye hunt as birds. |
| [21]καίC διαῥήγνυμιVF-FAI1S ὁRA-APN ἐπιβόλαιονN2N-APN σύRP-GP καίC ῥύομαιVF-FMI1S ὁRA-ASM λαόςN2-ASM ἐγώRP-GS ἐκP χείρN3-GSF σύRP-GP καίC οὐκέτιD εἰμίVF-FMI3P ἐνP χείρN3-DPF σύRP-GP εἰςP συστροφήN1-ASF καίC ἐπιγιγνώσκωVF-FMI2P διότιC ἐγώRP-NS κύριοςN2-NSM |
[21]Your pads also will I tear, and deliver My people out of your hand, and they shall be no more in your hand to be hunted; and ye shall know that I am 𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇. |
| [22]ἀντίP ὅςRR-GPM διαστρέφωV1I-IAI2P καρδίαN1A-ASF δίκαιοςA1A-GSM ἀδίκωςD καίC ἐγώRP-NS οὐD διαστρέφωV1I-IAI1S αὐτόςRD-ASM καίC ὁRA-GSN καταἰσχύωVA-AAN χείρN3-APF ἄνομοςA1B-GSM ὁRA-ASN καθόλουD μήD ἀποστρέφωVA-AAN ἀπόP ὁRA-GSF ὁδόςN2-GSF αὐτόςRD-GSM ὁRA-GSF πονηρόςA1A-GSF καίC ζάωVA-AAN αὐτόςRD-ASM |
[22]Because with lies ye have cowed the heart of the righteous, when I have not grieved him; and strengthened the hands of the wicked, that he should not return from his wicked way, that he be saved alive; |
| [23]διάP οὗτοςRD-ASN ψευδήςA3H-APN οὐD μήD ὁράωVB-AAS2P καίC μαντείαN1A-APF οὐD μήD μαντεύομαιVA-AMS2P ἔτιD καίC ῥύομαιVF-FMI1S ὁRA-ASM λαόςN2-ASM ἐγώRP-GS ἐκP χείρN3-GSF σύRP-GP καίC γιγνώσκωVF-FMI2P ὅτιC ἐγώRP-NS κύριοςN2-NSM |
[23]Therefore ye shall no more see vanity, nor divine divinations; and I will deliver My people out of your hand; and ye shall know that I am 𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇.' |
