[1]And there is a word of Jehovah unto me, saying: |
| [2]υἱόςN2-VSM ἄνθρωποςN2-GSM στηρίζωVA-AAD2S ὁRA-ASN πρόσωπονN2N-ASN σύRP-GS ἐπίP ὁRA-APN ὄροςN3E-APN *ἰσραήλN--GSM καίC προφητεύωVA-AAD2S ἐπίP αὐτόςRD-APN |
[2]`Son of man, set thy face unto mountains of Israel, and prophesy concerning them: |
| [3]καίC εἶπονVF2-FAI2S ὁRA-APN ὄροςN3E-APN *ἰσραήλN--GSM ἀκούωVA-AAD2P λόγοςN2-ASM κύριοςN2-GSM ὅδεRD-APN λέγωV1-PAI3S κύριοςN2-NSM ὁRA-DPN ὄροςN3E-DPN καίC ὁRA-DPM βουνόςN2-DPM καίC ὁRA-DPF φάραγξN3G-DPF καίC ὁRA-DPF νάπηN1-DPF ἰδούI ἐγώRP-NS ἐπιἄγωV1-PAI1S ἐπίP σύRP-AP ῥομφαίαN1A-ASF καίC ἐκὀλεθρεύωVC-FPI3S ὁRA-NPN ὑψηλόςA1-NPN σύRP-GP |
[3]And thou hast said: Mountains of Israel, Hear ye a word of the Lord Jehovah: Thus said the Lord Jehovah To the mountains, and to the hills, To the streams, and to the valleys, Lo, I, I am bringing in against you a sword, And I have destroyed your high places. |
| [4]καίC συντρίβωVD-FPI3P ὁRA-NPN θυσιαστήριονN2N-NPN σύRP-GP καίC ὁRA-NPN τέμενοςN3E-NPN σύRP-GP καίC καταβάλλωVF2-FAI1S τραυματίαςN1T-APM σύRP-GP ἐνώπιονP ὁRA-GPN εἴδωλονN2N-GPN σύRP-GP |
[4]And desolated have been your altars, And broken your images, And I have caused your wounded to fall before your idols, |
| [5]καίC διασκορπίζωVF2-FAI1S ὁRA-APN ὀστέονN2N-APN σύRP-GP κύκλοςN2-DSM ὁRA-GPN θυσιαστήριονN2N-GPN σύRP-GP |
[5]And put the carcases of the sons of Israel before their idols, And scattered your bones round about your altars. |
| [6]ἐνP πᾶςA1S-DSF ὁRA-DSF κατοικίαN1A-DSF σύRP-GP ὁRA-NPF πόλιςN3I-NPF ἐκἐρημόωVC-FPI3P καίC ὁRA-NPN ὑψηλόςA1-NPN ἀπο ἀναἵζωVS-FPI3S ὅπωςC ἐκὀλεθρεύωVC-APS3S ὁRA-NPN θυσιαστήριονN2N-NPN σύRP-GP καίC συντρίβωVD-FPI3P ὁRA-NPN εἴδωλονN2N-NPN σύRP-GP καίC ἐκαἴρωVC-FPI3S ὁRA-NPN τέμενοςN3E-NPN σύRP-GP |
[6]In all your dwellings the cities are laid waste, And the high places are desolate, So that waste and desolate are your altars, And broken and ceased have your idols, And cut down have been your images, And blotted out have been your works. |
| [7]καίC πίπτωVF2-FMI3P τραυματίαςN1T-NPM ἐνP μέσοςA1-DSN σύRP-GP καίC ἐπιγιγνώσκωVF-FMI2P ὅτιC ἐγώRP-NS κύριοςN2-NSM |
[7]And fallen hath the wounded in your midst, And ye have known that I [am] Jehovah. |
| [8]ἐνP ὁRA-DSN γίγνομαιVB-AMN ἐκP σύRP-GP ἀνασώζωV1-PMPAPM ἐκP ῥομφαίαN1A-GSF ἐνP ὁRA-DPN ἔθνοςN3E-DPN καίC ἐνP ὁRA-DSM διασκορπισμόςN2-DSM σύRP-GP ἐνP ὁRA-DPF χώραN1A-DPF |
[8]And I have caused [some] to remain, In their being to you the escaped of the sword among nations, In your being scattered through lands. |
| [9]καίC μιμνήσκωVS-FPI3P ἐγώRP-GS ὁRA-NPM ἀνασώζωV1-PMPNPM ἐκP σύRP-GP ἐνP ὁRA-DPN ἔθνοςN3E-DPN ὅςRR-GSM αἰχμαλωτεύωVCI-API3P ἐκεῖD ὄμνυμιVX-XAI1S ὁRA-DSF καρδίαN1A-DSF αὐτόςRD-GPM ὁRA-DSF ἐκπορνεύωV1-PAPDSF ἀπόP ἐγώRP-GS καίC ὁRA-DPM ὀφθαλμόςN2-DPM αὐτόςRD-GPM ὁRA-DPM πορνεύωV1-PAPDPM ὀπίσωP ὁRA-GPN ἐπιτήδευμαN3M-GPN αὐτόςRD-GPM καίC κόπτωVF-FMI3P πρόσωπονN2N-APN αὐτόςRD-GPM ἐνP πᾶςA3-DPN ὁRA-DPN βδέλυγμαN3M-DPN αὐτόςRD-GPM |
[9]And remembered Me have your escaped among nations, Whither they have been taken captive, Because I have been broken with their heart that is going a-whoring, That hath turned aside from off Me, And with their eyes they are going a-whoring after their idols, And they have been loathsome in their own faces, For the evils that they have done -- all their abominations. |
| [10]καίC ἐπιγιγνώσκωVF-FMI3P διότιC ἐγώRP-NS κύριοςN2-NSM λαλέωVX-XAI1S |
[10]And they have known that I [am] Jehovah, Not for nought have I spoken to do to them this evil. |
| [11]ὅδεRD-APN λέγωV1-PAI3S κύριοςN2-NSM κροτέωVA-AAD2S ὁRA-DSF χείρN3-DSF καίC ψοφέωVA-AAD2S ὁRA-DSM πούςN3D-DSM καίC εἶπονVB-AAD2S εὖγεD εὖγεD ἐπίP πᾶςA3-DPN ὁRA-DPN βδέλυγμαN3M-DPN οἶκοςN2-GSM *ἰσραήλN--GSM ἐνP ῥομφαίαN1A-DSF καίC ἐνP θάνατοςN2-DSM καίC ἐνP λιμόςN2-DSM πίπτωVF2-FMI3P |
[11]Thus said the Lord Jehovah: `Smite with thy palm, and stamp with thy foot, And say: Alas, for all the evil abominations of the house of Israel, Who by sword, by famine, and by pestilence do fall. |
| [12]ὁRA-NSM ἐγγύςD ἐνP ῥομφαίαN1A-DSF πίπτωVF2-FMI3S ὁRA-NSM δέX μακράνD ἐνP θάνατοςN2-DSM τελευτάωVF-FAI3S καίC ὁRA-NSM περιἔχωV1-PMPNSM ἐνP λιμόςN2-DSM συντελέωVS-FPI3S καίC συντελέωVF-FAI1S ὁRA-ASF ὀργήN1-ASF ἐγώRP-GS ἐπίP αὐτόςRD-APM |
[12]The far-off by pestilence dieth, And the near by sword falleth, And the left and the besieged by famine dieth, And I have completed my fury upon them. |
| [13]καίC γιγνώσκωVF-FMI2P διότιC ἐγώRP-NS κύριοςN2-NSM ἐνP ὁRA-DSN εἰμίV9-PAN ὁRA-APM τραυματίαςN1T-APM σύRP-GP ἐνP μέσοςA1-DSN ὁRA-GPN εἴδωλονN2N-GPN σύRP-GP κύκλοςN2-DSM ὁRA-GPN θυσιαστήριονN2N-GPN σύRP-GP ἐπίP πᾶςA3-ASM βουνόςN2-ASM ὑψηλόςA1-ASM καίC ὑποκάτωP δένδρονN2N-GSN συσκίοςA1B-GSN ὅςRR-GSM δίδωμιVAI-AAI3P ἐκεῖD ὀσμήN1-ASF εὐωδίαN1A-GSF πᾶςA3-DPN ὁRA-DPN εἴδωλονN2N-DPN αὐτόςRD-GPM |
[13]And ye have known that I [am] Jehovah, In their wounded being in the midst of their idols, Round about their altars, On every high hill, on all tops of mountains, And under every green tree, and under every thick oak, The place where they gave sweet fragrance to all their idols. |
| [14]καίC ἐκτείνωVF2-FAI1S ὁRA-ASF χείρN3-ASF ἐγώRP-GS ἐπίP αὐτόςRD-APM καίC τίθημιVF-FMI1S ὁRA-ASF γῆN1-ASF εἰςP ἀφανισμόςN2-ASM καίC εἰςP ὄλεθροςN2-ASM ἀπόP ὁRA-GSF ἔρημοςN2-GSF *δεβλαθαN--GS ἐκP πᾶςA1S-GSF ὁRA-GSF κατοικίαN1A-GSF καίC ἐπιγιγνώσκωVF-FMI2P ὅτιC ἐγώRP-NS κύριοςN2-NSM |
[14]And I have stretched out my hand against them, And have made the land a desolation, Even a desolation from the wilderness to Diblath, In all their dwellings, And they have known that I [am] Jehovah!' |
