| [1]And it came to pass in the sixth year, in the sixth month, in the fifth day of the month, as I sat in my house, and the elders of Judah sat before me, that the hand of the Lord 𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇 fell there upon me. |

| [2]Then I beheld, and lo a likeness as the appearance of fire: from the appearance of his loins and downward, fire; and from his loins and upward, as the appearance of brightness, as the colour of electrum. |
[2]καίC ὁράωVBI-AAI1S καίC ἰδούI ὁμοίωμαN3M-NSN ἀνήρN3-GSM ἀπόP ὁRA-GSF ὀσφύςN3U-GSF αὐτόςRD-GSM καίC ἕωςD κάτωD πῦρN3-ASN καίC ἀπόP ὁRA-GSF ὀσφύςN3U-GSF αὐτόςRD-GSM ὑπεράνωD ὡςC ὅρασιςN3I-NSF ἠλέκτρονN2N-GSN |
| [3]And the form of a hand was put forth, and I was taken by a lock of my head; and a spirit lifted me up between the earth and the heaven, and brought me in the visions of God to Jerusalem, to the door of the gate of the inner court that looketh toward the north; where was the seat of the image of jealousy, which provoketh to jealousy. |

| [4]And, behold, the glory of the God of Israel was there, according to the vision that I saw in the plain. |
[4]καίC ἰδούI ἐκεῖD εἰμίV9-IAI3S δόξαN1S-NSF κύριοςN2-GSM θεόςN2-GSM *ἰσραήλN--GSM κατάP ὁRA-ASF ὅρασιςN3I-ASF ὅςRR-ASF ὁράωVBI-AAI1S ἐνP ὁRA-DSN πεδίονN2N-DSN |
| [5]Then said He unto me: 'Son of man, lift up thine eyes now the way toward the north.' So I lifted up mine eyes the way toward the north, and behold northward of the gate of the altar this image of jealousy in the entry. |
[5]καίC εἶπονVBI-AAI3S πρόςP ἐγώRP-AS υἱόςN2-VSM ἄνθρωποςN2-GSM ἀναβλέπωVA-AAD2S ὁRA-DPM ὀφθαλμόςN2-DPM σύRP-GS πρόςP βορέαςN1T-ASM καίC ἀναβλέπωVAI-AAI1S ὁRA-DPM ὀφθαλμόςN2-DPM ἐγώRP-GS πρόςP βορέαςN1T-ASM καίC ἰδούI ἀπόP βορέαςN1T-GSM ἐπίP ὁRA-ASF πύληN1-ASF ὁRA-ASF πρόςP ἀνατολήN1-APF |
| [6]And He said unto me: 'Son of man, seest thou what they do? even the great abominations that the house of Israel do commit here, that I should go far off from My sanctuary? but thou shalt again see yet greater abominations.' |
[6]καίC εἶπονVBI-AAI3S πρόςP ἐγώRP-AS υἱόςN2-VSM ἄνθρωποςN2-GSM ὁράωVX-XAI2S τίςRI-ASN οὗτοςRD-NPM ποιέωV2-PAI3P ἀνομίαN1A-APF μέγαςA1-APF ποιέωV2-PAI3P ὧδεD ὁRA-GSN ἀποἔχωV1-PMN ἀπόP ὁRA-GPM ἅγιοςA1A-GPM ἐγώRP-GS καίC ἔτιD ὁράωVF-FMI2S ἀνομίαN1A-APF μέγαςA3C-APF |
| [7]And He brought me to the door of the court; and when I looked, behold a hole in the wall. |
[7]καίC εἰςἄγωVBI-AAI3S ἐγώRP-AS ἐπίP ὁRA-APN πρόθυρονN2N-APN ὁRA-GSF αὐλήN1-GSF |
| [8]Then said He unto me: 'Son of man, dig now in the wall'; and when I had digged in the wall, behold a door. |
[8]καίC εἶπονVBI-AAI3S πρόςP ἐγώRP-AS υἱόςN2-VSM ἄνθρωποςN2-GSM ὀρύσσωVA-AAD2S καίC ὀρύσσωVAI-AAI1S καίC ἰδούI θύραN1A-NSF εἷςA1A-NSF |
| [9]And He said unto me: 'Go in, and see the wicked abominations that they do here.' |
[9]καίC εἶπονVBI-AAI3S πρόςP ἐγώRP-AS εἰςἔρχομαιVB-AAD2S καίC ὁράωVB-AAD2S ὁRA-APF ἀνομίαN1A-APF ὅςRR-APF οὗτοςRD-NPM ποιέωV2-PAI3P ὧδεD |
| [10]So I went in and saw; and behold every detestable form of creeping things and beasts, and all the idols of the house of Israel, portrayed upon the wall round about. |
[10]καίC εἰςἔρχομαιVBI-AAI1S καίC ὁράωVBI-AAI1S καίC ἰδούI μάταιοςA1A-NPN βδέλυγμαN3M-NPN καίC πᾶςA3-NPN ὁRA-NPN εἴδωλονN2N-NPN οἶκοςN2-GSM *ἰσραήλN--GSM διαγράφωVP-XPPNPN ἐπίP αὐτόςRD-GSM κύκλοςN2-DSM |
| [11]And there stood before them seventy men of the elders of the house of Israel, and in the midst of them stood Jaazaniah the son of Shaphan, every man with his censer in his hand; and a thick cloud of incense went up. |
[11]καίC ἑβδομήκονταM ἀνήρN3-NPM ἐκP ὁRA-GPM πρεσβύτεροςA1A-GPMC οἶκοςN2-GSM *ἰσραήλN--GSM καίC *ιεζονιαςN1T-NSM ὁRA-NSM ὁRA-GSM *σαφανN--GSM ἐνP μέσοςA1-DSN αὐτόςRD-GPM ἵστημιVXI-YAI3S πρόP πρόσωπονN2N-GSN αὐτόςRD-GPM καίC ἕκαστοςA1-NSM θυμιατήριονN2N-ASN αὐτόςRD-GSM ἔχωV1I-IAI3S ἐνP ὁRA-DSF χείρN3-DSF καίC ὁRA-NSF ἀτμίςN3D-NSF ὁRA-GSN θυμίαμαN3M-GSN ἀναβαίνωV1I-IAI3S |
| [12]Then said He unto me: 'Son of man, hast thou seen what the elders of the house of Israel do in the dark, every man in his chambers imagery? for they say: 𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇 seeth us not, 𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇 hath forsaken the land.' |
[12]καίC εἶπονVBI-AAI3S πρόςP ἐγώRP-AS υἱόςN2-VSM ἄνθρωποςN2-GSM ὁράωVX-XAI2S ὅςRR-APN ὁRA-NPM πρεσβύτεροςA1A-NPMC ὁRA-GSM οἶκοςN2-GSM *ἰσραήλN--GSM ποιέωV2-PAI3P ἕκαστοςA1-NSM αὐτόςRD-GPM ἐνP ὁRA-DSM κοιτώνN3W-DSM ὁRA-DSM κρυπτόςA1-DSM αὐτόςRD-GPM διότιC εἶπονVAI-AAI3P οὐD ὁράωV3-PAI3S ὁRA-NSM κύριοςN2-NSM ἐν καταλείπωVX-XAI3S κύριοςN2-NSM ὁRA-ASF γῆN1-ASF |
| [13]He said also unto me: 'Thou shalt again see yet greater abominations which they do.' |

| [14]Then He brought me to the door of the gate of 𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇'S house which was toward the north; and, behold, there sat the women weeping Tammuz. |
[14]καίC εἰςἄγωVBI-AAI3S ἐγώRP-AS ἐπίP ὁRA-APN πρόθυρονN2N-APN ὁRA-GSF πύληN1-GSF οἶκοςN2-GSM κύριοςN2-GSM ὁRA-GSF βλέπωV1-PAPGSF πρόςP βορέαςN1T-ASM καίC ἰδούI ἐκεῖD γυνήN3K-NPF καταἧμαιV5-PMPNPF θρηνέωV2-PAPNPF ὁRA-ASM *θαμμουζN--ASM |
| [15]Then said He unto me: 'Hast thou seen this, O son of man? thou shalt again see yet greater abominations than these.' |
[15]καίC εἶπονVBI-AAI3S πρόςP ἐγώRP-AS υἱόςN2-VSM ἄνθρωποςN2-GSM ὁράωVX-XAI2S καίC ἔτιD ὁράωVF-FMI2S ἐπιτήδευμαN3M-APN μέγαςA3C-APN οὗτοςRD-GPM |
| [16]And He brought me into the inner court of 𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇'S house, and behold, at the door of the temple of 𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇, between the porch and the altar, were about five and twenty men, with their backs toward the temple of 𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇, and their faces toward the east; and the worshipped the sun toward the east. |
[16]καίC εἰςἄγωVBI-AAI3S ἐγώRP-AS εἰςP ὁRA-ASF αὐλήN1-ASF οἶκοςN2-GSM κύριοςN2-GSM ὁRA-ASF ἐσώτεροςA1A-ASF καίC ἰδούI ἐπίP ὁRA-GPN πρόθυρονN2N-GPN ὁRA-GSM ναόςN2-GSM κύριοςN2-GSM ἀνάP μέσοςA1-ASN ὁRA-GPM αιλαμN--GPN καίC ἀνάP μέσοςA1-ASN ὁRA-GSN θυσιαστήριονN2N-GSN ὡςC εἴκοσιM ἀνήρN3-NPM ὁRA-NPN ὀπίσθιοςA1A-NPN αὐτόςRD-GPM πρόςP ὁRA-ASM ναόςN2-ASM ὁRA-GSM κύριοςN2-GSM καίC ὁRA-NPN πρόσωπονN2N-NPN αὐτόςRD-GPM ἀπέναντιD καίC οὗτοςRD-NPM προςκυνέωV2-PAI3P ὁRA-DSM ἥλιοςN2-DSM |
| [17]Then He said unto me: 'Hast thou seen this, O son of man? Is it a light thing to the house of Judah that they commit the abominations which they commit here in that they fill the land with violence, and provoke Me still more, and, lo, they put the branch to their nose? |
[17]καίC εἶπονVBI-AAI3S πρόςP ἐγώRP-AS ὁράωVX-XAI2S υἱόςN2-VSM ἄνθρωποςN2-GSM μήD μικρόςA1A-APN ὁRA-DSM οἶκοςN2-DSM *ιουδαN--GSM ὁRA-GSN ποιέωV2-PAN ὁRA-APF ἀνομίαN1A-APF ὅςRR-APF ποιέωVX-XAI3P ὧδεD διότιC πίμπλημιVAI-AAI3P ὁRA-ASF γῆN1-ASF ἀνομίαN1A-APF καίC ἰδούI αὐτόςRD-NPM ὡςC μυκτηρίζωV1-PPPNPM |
| [18]Therefore will I also deal in fury; Mine eye shall not spare, neither will I have pity; and though they cry in Mine ears with a loud voice, yet will I not hear them.' |
