Now then we would harm thee more than them. And they pressed hard on the man, even Lot, and they drew nigh to break the door.

[14]ἐκἔρχομαιVBI-AAI3S δέX *λωτN--NSM καίC λαλέωVAI-AAI3S πρόςPRA-APM γαμβρόςN2-APM αὐτόςRD-GSMRA-APM λαμβάνωVX-XAPAPMRA-APF θυγάτηρN3-APF αὐτόςRD-GSM καίC εἶπονVBI-AAI3S ἀναἵστημιVH-AAD2P καίC ἐκἔρχομαιVB-AAD2P ἐκPRA-GSM τόποςN2-GSM οὗτοςRD-GSM ὅτιC ἐκτρίβωV1-PAI3S κύριοςN2-NSMRA-ASF πόλιςN3I-ASF δοκέωVAI-AAI3S δέX γελοιάζωV1-PAN ἐναντίονPRA-GPM γαμβρόςN2-GPM αὐτόςRD-GSM [14]And Lot went out, and spoke to his sons-in-law who had married his daughters, and said, Rise up, and depart out of this place, for the Lord is about to destroy the city; but he seemed to be speaking absurdly before his sons-in-law.
[15]ἡνίκαD δέX ὄρθροςN2-NSM γίγνομαιV1I-IMI3S ἐπισπουδάζωV1I-IAI3PRA-NPM ἄγγελοςN2-NPMRA-ASM *λωτN--ASM λέγωV1-PAPNPM ἀναἵστημιVH-AAPNSM λαμβάνωVB-AAD2SRA-ASF γυνήN3K-ASF σύRP-GS καίCRA-APF δύοM θυγάτηρN3-APF σύRP-GS ὅςRR-APF ἔχωV1-PAI2S καίC ἐκἔρχομαιVB-AAD2S ἵναC μήD συν ἀποὀλλύωV5-PMS2SRA-DPF ἀνομίαN1A-DPFRA-GSF πόλιςN3I-GSF [15]But when it was morning, the angels hastened Lot, saying, Arise and take thy wife, and thy two daughters whom thou hast, and go forth; lest thou also be destroyed with the iniquities of the city.

[17]καίC γίγνομαιVBI-AMI3S ἡνίκαD ἐκἄγωVBI-AAI3P αὐτόςRD-APM ἔξωD καίC εἶπονVAI-AAI3P σώζωV1-PAPNSM σώζωV1-PAD2SRA-ASF σεαυτοῦRD-GSM ψυχήN1-ASF μήD περιβλέπωVA-AAS2S εἰςPRA-APN ὀπίσωP μηδέC ἵστημιVH-AAS2S ἐνP πᾶςA1S-DSFRA-DSF περίχωροςA1B-DSF εἰςPRA-ASN ὄροςN3E-ASN σώζωV1-PMD2S μήποτεD συν παραλαμβάνωVV-APS2S [17]And it came to pass when they brought them out, that they said, Save thine own life by all means; look not round to that which is behind, nor stay in all the country round about, escape to the mountain, lest perhaps thou be overtaken together with them.
[18]εἶπονVBI-AAI3S δέX *λωτN--NSM πρόςP αὐτόςRD-APM δέομαιV1-PMI1S κύριοςN2-VSM [18]And Lot said to them, I pray, Lord,
[19]ἐπειδήC εὑρίσκωVB-AAI3SRA-NSM παῖςN3D-NSM σύRP-GS ἔλεοςN3E-ASN ἐναντίονP σύRP-GS καίC μεγαλύνωVAI-AAI2SRA-ASF δικαιοσύνηN1-ASF σύRP-GS ὅςRR-ASN ποιέωV2-PAI2S ἐπίP ἐγώRP-ASRA-GSN ζάωV3-PANRA-ASF ψυχήN1-ASF ἐγώRP-GS ἐγώRP-NS δέX οὐD δύναμαιVF-FMI1S διασώζωVC-APN εἰςPRA-ASN ὄροςN3E-ASN μήD καταλαμβάνωVB-AAS3S ἐγώRP-ASRA-NPN κακόςA1-NPN καίC ἀποθνήσκωVB-AAS1S [19]since thy servant has found mercy before thee, and thou hast magnified thy righteousness, in what thou doest towards me that my soul may live,—but I shall not be able to escape to the mountain, lest perhaps the calamity overtake me and I die.
[20]ἰδούIRA-NSF πόλιςN3I-NSF οὗτοςRD-NSF ἐγγύςDRA-GSN καταφεύγωVB-AAN ἐγώRP-AS ἐκεῖD ὅςRR-NSF εἰμίV9-PAI3S μικρόςA1A-NSF ἐκεῖD σώζωVC-FPI1S οὐD μικρόςA1A-NSF εἰμίV9-PAI3S καίC ζάωVF-FMI3SRA-NSF ψυχήN1-NSF ἐγώRP-GS [20]Behold this city is near for me to escape thither, which is a small one, and there shall I be preserved, is it not little? and my soul shall live because of thee.
[21]καίC εἶπονVBI-AAI3S αὐτόςRD-DSM ἰδούI θαυμάζωVAI-AAI1S σύRP-GSRA-ASN πρόσωπονN2N-ASN καίC ἐπίPRA-DSN ῥῆμαN3M-DSN οὗτοςRD-DSNRA-GSN μήD καταστρέφωVA-AANRA-ASF πόλιςN3I-ASF περίP ὅςRR-GSF λαλέωVAI-AAI2S [21]And he said to him, Behold, I have had respect to thee also about this thing, that I should not overthrow the city about which thou hast spoken.
[22]σπεύδωVA-AAD2S οὖνXRA-GSN σώζωVC-APN ἐκεῖD οὐD γάρX δύναμαιVF-FMI1S ποιέωVA-AAN πρᾶγμαN3M-ASN ἕωςPRA-GSN σύRP-AS εἰςἔρχομαιVB-AAN ἐκεῖD διάP οὗτοςRD-ASN καλέωVAI-AAI3SRA-ASN ὄνομαN3M-ASNRA-GSF πόλιςN3I-GSF ἐκεῖνοςRD-GSF *σηγωρN--AS [22]Hasten therefore to escape thither, for I shall not be able to do anything until thou art come thither; therefore he called the name of that city, Segor.
[23]RA-NSM ἥλιοςN2-NSM ἐκἔρχομαιVBI-AAI3S ἐπίPRA-ASF γῆN1-ASF καίC *λωτN--NSM εἰςἔρχομαιVBI-AAI3S εἰςP *σηγωρN--AS [23]The sun was risen upon the earth, when Lot entered into Segor.
[24]καίC κύριοςN2-NSM βρέχωVAI-AAI3S ἐπίP *σοδομαN1-AS καίC *γομορραN--AS θεῖοςA1A-ASM καίC πῦρN3-ASN παράP κύριοςN2-GSM ἐκPRA-GSM οὐρανόςN2-GSM [24]And the Lord rained on Sodom and Gomorrha brimstone and fire from the Lord out of heaven.
[25]καίC καταστρέφωVAI-AAI3SRA-APF πόλιςN3I-APF οὗτοςRD-APF καίC πᾶςA1S-ASFRA-ASF περίοικοςA1B-ASF καίC πᾶςA3-APMRA-APM καταοἰκέωV2-PAPAPM ἐνPRA-DPF πόλιςN3I-DPF καίC πᾶςA3-APNRA-APN ἀνατέλλωV1-PAPAPN ἐκPRA-GSF γῆN1-GSF [25]And he overthrew these cities, and all the country round about, and all that dwelt in the cities, and the plants springing out of the ground.
[26]καίC ἐπιβλέπωVAI-AAI3SRA-NSF γυνήN3K-NSF αὐτόςRD-GSM εἰςPRA-APN ὀπίσωP καίC γίγνομαιVBI-AMI3S στήληN1-NSF ἅλςN3-GSM [26]And his wife looked back, and she became a pillar of salt.
[27]ὀρθρίζωVAI-AAI3S δέX *αβρααμN--NSMRA-ASN πρωΐD εἰςPRA-ASM τόποςN2-ASM οὗD ἵστημιVXI-YAI3S ἐναντίονP κύριοςN2-GSM [27]And Abraam rose up early to go to the place, where he had stood before the Lord.
[28]καίC ἐπιβλέπωVAI-AAI3S ἐπίP πρόσωπονN2N-ASN *σοδομαN1-GS καίC *γομορραN--GS καίC ἐπίP πρόσωπονN2N-ASNRA-GSF γῆN1-GSFRA-GSF περίχωροςA1B-GSF καίC ὁράωVBI-AAI3S καίC ἰδούI ἀναβαίνωV1I-IAI3S φλόξN3G-NSFRA-GSF γῆN1-GSF ὡσείD ἀτμίςN3D-NSF κάμινοςN2-GSM [28]And he looked towards Sodom and Gomorrha, and towards the surrounding country, and saw, and behold a flame went up from the earth, as the smoke of a furnace.

[31]εἶπονVBI-AAI3S δέXRA-NSF πρεσβύτεροςA1A-NSFC πρόςPRA-ASF νέοςA1A-ASFCRA-NSM πατήρN3-NSM ἐγώRP-GP πρεσβύτεροςA1A-NSMC καίC οὐδείςA3-NSM εἰμίV9-PAI3S ἐπίPRA-GSF γῆN1-GSF ὅςRR-NSM εἰςἔρχομαιVF-FMI3S πρόςP ἐγώRP-AP ὡςC καταἥκωV1-PAI3S πᾶςA1S-DSFRA-DSF γῆN1-DSF [31]And the elder said to the younger, Our father is old, and there is no one on the earth who shall come in to us, as it is fit in all the earth.
[32]δεῦροD καίC ποτίζωVA-AAS1PRA-ASM πατήρN3-ASM ἐγώRP-GP οἶνοςN2-ASM καίC κοιμάωVC-APS1P μετάP αὐτόςRD-GSM καίC ἐκ ἀναἵστημιVA-AAS1P ἐκPRA-GSM πατήρN3-GSM ἐγώRP-GP σπέρμαN3M-ASN [32]Come and let us make our father drink wine, and let us sleep with him, and let us raise up seed from our father.
[33]ποτίζωVAI-AAI3P δέXRA-ASM πατήρN3-ASM αὐτόςRD-GPF οἶνοςN2-ASM ἐνPRA-DSF νύξN3-DSF οὗτοςRD-DSF καίC εἰςἔρχομαιVB-AAPNSFRA-NSF πρεσβύτεροςA1A-NSFC κοιμάωVCI-API3S μετάPRA-GSM πατήρN3-GSM αὐτόςRD-GSFRA-ASF νύξN3-ASF ἐκεῖνοςRD-ASF καίC οὐD οἶδαVXI-YAI3S ἐνPRA-DSN κοιμάωVC-APN αὐτόςRD-ASF καίC ἀναἵστημιVH-AAN [33]So they made their father drink wine in that night, and the elder went in and lay with her father that night, and he knew not when he slept and when he rose up.

This is the father of the Moabites to this present day.
