[1]καίC συντελέωVSI-API3PRA-NSM οὐρανόςN2-NSM καίCRA-NSF γῆN1-NSF καίC πᾶςA3-NSMRA-NSM κόσμοςN2-NSM αὐτόςRD-GPM [1]Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them.
[2]καίC συντελέωVAI-AAI3SRA-NSM θεόςN2-NSM ἐνPRA-DSF ἡμέραN1A-DSFRA-DSF ἕκτοςA1-DSFRA-APN ἔργονN2N-APN αὐτόςRD-GSM ὅςRR-APN ποιέωVAI-AAI3S καίC καταπαύωVAI-AAI3SRA-DSF ἡμέραN1A-DSFRA-DSF ἕβδομοςA1-DSF ἀπόP πᾶςA3-GPNRA-GPN ἔργονN2N-GPN αὐτόςRD-GSM ὅςRR-GPN ποιέωVAI-AAI3S [2]And on the six day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.

[5]καίC πᾶςA3-ASN χλωρόςA1A-ASN ἀγρόςN2-GSM πρόPRA-GSN γίγνομαιVB-AMN ἐπίPRA-GSF γῆN1-GSF καίC πᾶςA3-ASM χόρτοςN2-ASM ἀγρόςN2-GSM πρόPRA-GSN ἀνατέλλωVA-AAN οὐD γάρX βρέχωVAI-AAI3SRA-NSM θεόςN2-NSM ἐπίPRA-ASF γῆN1-ASF καίC ἄνθρωποςN2-NSM οὐD εἰμίV9-IAI3S ἐργάζομαιV1-PMNRA-ASF γῆN1-ASF [5]And every plant of the field before it was in the earth, and every herb of the field before it grew: for the LORD God had not caused it to rain upon the earth, and [there was] not a man to till the ground.
[6]πηγήN1-NSF δέX ἀναβαίνωV1I-IAI3S ἐκPRA-GSF γῆN1-GSF καίC ποτίζωV1I-IAI3S πᾶςA3-ASNRA-ASN πρόσωπονN2N-ASNRA-GSF γῆN1-GSF [6]But there went up a mist from the earth, and watered the whole face of the ground.
[7]καίC πλάσσωVAI-AAI3SRA-NSM θεόςN2-NSMRA-ASM ἄνθρωποςN2-ASM χοῦςN3-ASM ἀπόPRA-GSF γῆN1-GSF καίC ἐνφυσάωVAI-AAI3S εἰςPRA-ASN πρόσωπονN2N-ASN αὐτόςRD-GSM πνοήN1-ASF ζωήN1-GSF καίC γίγνομαιVBI-AMI3SRA-NSM ἄνθρωποςN2-NSM εἰςP ψυχήN1-ASF ζάωV3-PAPASF [7]And the LORD God formed man [of] the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.
[8]καίC φυτεύωVAI-AAI3S κύριοςN2-NSMRA-NSM θεόςN2-NSM παράδεισοςN2-ASM ἐνP *εδεμN--DS κατάP ἀνατολήN1-APF καίC τίθημιVEI-AMI3S ἐκεῖDRA-ASM ἄνθρωποςN2-ASM ὅςRR-ASM πλάσσωVAI-AAI3S [8]And the LORD God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed.
[9]καίC ἐκ ἀνατέλλωVAI-AAI3SRA-NSM θεόςN2-NSM ἔτιD ἐκPRA-GSF γῆN1-GSF πᾶςA3-ASN ξύλονN2N-ASN ὡραῖοςA1A-ASN εἰςP ὅρασιςN3I-ASF καίC καλόςA1-ASM εἰςP βρῶσιςN3I-ASF καίCRA-NSN ξύλονN2N-NSNRA-GSF ζωήN1-GSF ἐνP μέσοςA1-DSMRA-DSM παράδεισοςN2-DSM καίCRA-ASN ξύλονN2N-ASNRA-GSN οἶδαVX-XAN γνωστόςA1-ASN καλόςA1-GSM καίC πονηρόςA1A-GSM [9]And out of the ground made the LORD God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil.
[10]ποταμόςN2-NSM δέX ἐκπορεύομαιV1-PMI3S ἐκP *εδεμN--GS ποτίζωV1-PANRA-ASM παράδεισοςN2-ASM ἐκεῖθενD ἀποὁρίζωV1-PMI3S εἰςP τέσσαρεςA3-APF ἀρχήN1-APF [10]And a river went out of Eden to water the garden; and from thence it was parted, and became into four heads.
[11]ὄνομαN3M-NSNRA-DSM εἷςA3-DSM *φισωνN--NS οὗτοςRD-NSMRA-NSM κυκλόωV4-PAPNSM πᾶςA1S-ASFRA-ASF γῆN1-ASF *ευιλατN--GS ἐκεῖD ὅςRR-GSM εἰμίV9-PAI3SRA-NSN χρυσίονN2N-NSN [11]The name of the first [is] Pison: that [is] it which compasseth the whole land of Havilah, where [there is] gold;
[12]RA-ASN δέX χρυσίονN2N-ASNRA-GSF γῆN1-GSF ἐκεῖνοςRD-GSF καλόςA1-ASM καίC ἐκεῖD εἰμίV9-PAI3SRA-NSM ἄνθραξN3K-NSM καίCRA-NSM λίθοςN2-NSMRA-NSM πράσινοςN2-NSM [12]And the gold of that land is good very: there is bdellium and the onyx stone.
[13]καίC ὄνομαN3M-ASNRA-DSM ποταμόςN2-DSMRA-DSM δεύτεροςA1A-DSM *γηωνN--NS οὗτοςRD-NSMRA-NSM κυκλόωV4-PAPNSM πᾶςA1S-ASFRA-ASF γῆN1-ASF *αἰθιοπίαN1A-GSF [13]And the name of the second river [is] Gihon: the same [is] it that compasseth the whole land of Ethiopia.
[14]καίCRA-NSM ποταμόςN2-NSMRA-NSM τρίτοςA1-NSM *τίγριςN--NS οὗτοςRD-NSMRA-NSM πορεύομαιV1-PMPNSM κατέναντιP *ἀσσύριοςN2-GPMRA-NSM δέX ποταμόςN2-NSMRA-NSM τέταρτοςA1-NSM οὗτοςRD-NSM *εὐφράτηςN1M-NSM [14]And the name of the third river [is] Hiddekel: that [is] it which goeth toward the east of Assyria. And the fourth river [is] Euphrates.
[15]καίC λαμβάνωVBI-AAI3S κύριοςN2-NSMRA-NSM θεόςN2-NSMRA-ASM ἄνθρωποςN2-ASM ὅςRR-ASM πλάσσωVAI-AAI3S καίC τίθημιVEI-AMI3S αὐτόςRD-ASM ἐνPRA-DSM παράδεισοςN2-DSM ἐργάζομαιV1-PMN αὐτόςRD-ASM καίC φυλάσσωV1-PAN [15]And the LORD God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it.
[16]καίC ἐντέλλομαιVAI-AMI3S κύριοςN2-NSMRA-NSM θεόςN2-NSMRA-DSM *αδαμN--DSM λέγωV1-PAPNSM ἀπόP πᾶςA3-GSN ξύλονN2N-GSNRA-GSN ἐνPRA-DSM παράδεισοςN2-DSM βρῶσιςN3I-DSF ἐσθίωVF-FMI2S [16]And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:
[17]ἀπόP δέXRA-GSN ξύλονN2N-GSNRA-GSN γιγνώσκωV1-PAN καλόςA1-ASN καίC πονηρόςA1A-ASN οὐD ἐσθίωVF-FMI2P ἀπόP αὐτόςRD-GSM ὅςRR-DSF δέX ἄνX ἡμέραN1A-DSF ἐσθίωVB-AAS2P ἀπόP αὐτόςRD-GSM θάνατοςN2-DSM ἀποθνήσκωVF2-FMI2P [17]But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.
[18]καίC εἶπονVBI-AAI3S κύριοςN2-NSMRA-NSM θεόςN2-NSM οὐD καλόςA1-ASN εἰμίV9-PANRA-ASM ἄνθρωποςN2-ASM μόνονD ποιέωVA-AAS1P αὐτόςRD-DSM βοηθόςN2-ASM κατάP αὐτόςRD-ASM [18]And the LORD God said, [It is] not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.
[19]καίC πλάσσωVAI-AAI3SRA-NSM θεόςN2-NSM ἔτιD ἐκPRA-GSF γῆN1-GSF πᾶςA3-APNRA-APN θηρίονN2N-APNRA-GSM ἀγρόςN2-GSM καίC πᾶςA3-APNRA-APN πετεινόνN2N-APNRA-GSM οὐρανόςN2-GSM καίC ἄγωVBI-AAI3S αὐτόςRD-APN πρόςPRA-ASM *αδαμN--ASM ὁράωVB-AAN τίςRI-ASN καλέωVF-FAI3S αὐτόςRD-APN καίC πᾶςA3-NSN ὅςRR-ASN ἐάνC καλέωVAI-AAI3S αὐτόςRD-ASN *αδαμN--NSM ψυχήN1-ASF ζάωV3-PAPASF οὗτοςRD-ASN ὄνομαN3M-ASN αὐτόςRD-GSM [19]And moreover, out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought unto Adam to see what he would call them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that is the name thereof.
[20]καίC καλέωVAI-AAI3S *αδαμN--NSM ὄνομαN3M-APN πᾶςA3-DPNRA-DPN κτῆνοςN3E-DPN καίC πᾶςA3-DPNRA-DPN πετεινόνN2N-DPNRA-GSM οὐρανόςN2-GSM καίC πᾶςA3-DPNRA-DPN θηρίονN2N-DPNRA-GSM ἀγρόςN2-GSMRA-DSM δέX *αδαμN--DSM οὐD εὑρίσκωVC-API3S βοηθόςN2-NSM ὅμοιοςA1A-NSM αὐτόςRD-DSM [20]And Adam gave names to all cattle, and to the fowl of the air, and to every beast of the field; but for Adam there was not found an help meet for him.
[21]καίC ἐπιβάλλωVBI-AAI3SRA-NSM θεόςN2-NSM ἔκστασιςN3I-ASF ἐπίPRA-ASM *αδαμN--NSM καίC ὑπνόωVAI-AAI3S καίC λαμβάνωVBI-AAI3S εἷςA1A-ASFRA-GPF πλευράN1A-GPF αὐτόςRD-GSM καίC ἀναπληρόωVAI-AAI3S σάρξN3K-ASF ἀντίP αὐτόςRD-GSF [21]And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof;
[22]καίC οἰκοδομέωVAI-AAI3S κύριοςN2-NSMRA-NSM θεόςN2-NSMRA-ASF πλευράN1A-ASF ὅςRR-ASF λαμβάνωVBI-AAI3S ἀπόPRA-GSM *αδαμN--GSM εἰςP γυνήN3K-ASF καίC ἄγωVBI-AAI3S αὐτόςRD-ASF πρόςPRA-ASM *αδαμN--ASM [22]And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man.
[23]καίC εἶπονVBI-AAI3S *αδαμN--NSM οὗτοςRD-NSN νῦνD ὀστέονN2N-NSN ἐκPRA-GPN ὀστέονN2N-GPN ἐγώRP-GS καίC σάρξN3K-NSF ἐκPRA-GSF σάρξN3K-GSF ἐγώRP-GS οὗτοςRD-NSF καλέωVC-FPI3S γυνήN3K-NSF ὅτιC ἐκPRA-GSM ἀνήρN3-GSM αὐτόςRD-GSF λαμβάνωVVI-API3S οὗτοςRD-NSF [23]And Adam said, This [is] now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.
[24]ἕνεκενP οὗτοςRD-GSN καταλείπωVF-FAI3S ἄνθρωποςN2-NSMRA-ASM πατήρN3-ASM αὐτόςRD-GSM καίCRA-ASF μήτηρN3-ASF αὐτόςRD-GSM καίC προςκολλάωVC-FPI3S πρόςPRA-ASF γυνήN3K-ASF αὐτόςRD-GSM καίC εἰμίVF-FMI3PRA-NPM δύοM εἰςP σάρξN3K-ASF εἷςA1A-ASF [24]Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be two of them one flesh.
[25]καίC εἰμίV9-IAI3PRA-NPM δύοM γυμνόςA1-NPM ὅςRR-NSN τεX *αδαμN--NSM καίCRA-NSF γυνήN3K-NSF αὐτόςRD-GSM καίC οὐD αἰσχύνωV1I-IMI3P [25]And they were both naked, the man and his wife, and were not ashamed.
