[1]καὶ ηὐλόγησεν ὁ θεὸς τὸν νωε καὶ τοὺς υἱοὺς αὐτοῦ καὶ εἶπεν αὐτοῖς αὐξάνεσθε καὶ πληθύνεσθε καὶ πληρώσατε τὴν γῆν καὶ κατακυριεύσατε αὐτῆς |
| [2]And the fear of youH4172 and the dread of youH2844 shall be upon every beastH2416 of the earthH776, and upon every fowlH5775 of the airH8064, upon all that movethH7430 H8799upon the earthH127, and upon all the fishesH1709 of the seaH3220; into your handH3027 are they deliveredH5414.[H8738] |
[2]καὶ ὁ τρόμος ὑμῶν καὶ ὁ φόβος ἔσται ἐπὶ πᾶσιν τοῖς θηρίοις τῆς γῆς καὶ ἐπὶ πάντα τὰ ὄρνεα τοῦ οὐρανοῦ καὶ ἐπὶ πάντα τὰ κινούμενα ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς καὶ ἐπὶ πάντας τοὺς ἰχθύας τῆς θαλάσσης ὑπὸ χεῖρας ὑμῖν δέδωκα |
| [3]Every moving thingH7431 that livethH2416 shall be meatH402 for you; even as the greenH3418 herbH6212 have I givenH5414 you all thingsH8804. |
[3]καὶ πᾶν ἑρπετόν ὅ ἐστιν ζῶν ὑμῖν ἔσται εἰς βρῶσιν ὡς λάχανα χόρτου δέδωκα ὑμῖν τὰ πάντα |
| [4]ButH389 fleshH1320 with the lifeH5315 thereof, which is the bloodH1818 thereof, shall ye not eatH398.[H8799] |
[4]πλὴν κρέας ἐν αἵματι ψυχῆς οὐ φάγεσθε |
| [5]And surelyH389 your bloodH1818 of your livesH5315 will I requireH1875 ; H8799at the handH3027 of every beastH2416 will I require itH1875 , H8799and at the handH3027 of manH120; at the handH3027 of every man'sH376 brotherH251 will I requireH1875 H8799the lifeH5315 of manH120. |
[5]καὶ γὰρ τὸ ὑμέτερον αἷμα τῶν ψυχῶν ὑμῶν ἐκζητήσω ἐκ χειρὸς πάντων τῶν θηρίων ἐκζητήσω αὐτὸ καὶ ἐκ χειρὸς ἀνθρώπου ἀδελφοῦ ἐκζητήσω τὴν ψυχὴν τοῦ ἀνθρώπου |
| [6]Whoso sheddethH8210 H8802man'sH120 bloodH1818, by manH120 shall his bloodH1818 be shedH8210 : H8735for in the imageH6754 of GodH430 madeH6213 H8804he manH120. |
[6]ὁ ἐκχέων αἷμα ἀνθρώπου ἀντὶ τοῦ αἵματος αὐτοῦ ἐκχυθήσεται ὅτι ἐν εἰκόνι θεοῦ ἐποίησα τὸν ἄνθρωπον |
| [7]And you, be ye fruitfulH6509 , H8798and multiplyH7235 ; H8798bring forth abundantlyH8317 H8798in the earthH776, and multiplyH7235 thereinH8798. |
[7]ὑμεῖς δὲ αὐξάνεσθε καὶ πληθύνεσθε καὶ πληρώσατε τὴν γῆν καὶ πληθύνεσθε ἐπ αὐτῆς |
| [8]And GodH430 spakeH559 H8799unto NoahH5146, and to his sonsH1121 with him, sayingH559,[H8800] |
[8]καὶ εἶπεν ὁ θεὸς τῷ νωε καὶ τοῖς υἱοῖς αὐτοῦ μετ αὐτοῦ λέγων |
| [9]And I, behold, I establishH6965 H8688my covenantH1285 with you, and with your seedH2233 after youH310; |
[9]ἐγὼ ἰδοὺ ἀνίστημι τὴν διαθήκην μου ὑμῖν καὶ τῷ σπέρματι ὑμῶν μεθ ὑμᾶς |
| [10]And with every livingH2416 creatureH5315 that is with you, of the fowlH5775, of the cattleH929, and of every beastH2416 of the earthH776 with you; from all that go outH3318 H8802of the arkH8392, to every beastH2416 of the earthH776. |
[10]καὶ πάσῃ ψυχῇ τῇ ζώσῃ μεθ ὑμῶν ἀπὸ ὀρνέων καὶ ἀπὸ κτηνῶν καὶ πᾶσι τοῖς θηρίοις τῆς γῆς ὅσα μεθ ὑμῶν ἀπὸ πάντων τῶν ἐξελθόντων ἐκ τῆς κιβωτοῦ |
| [11]And I will establishH6965 H8689my covenantH1285 with you; neither shall all fleshH1320 be cut offH3772 H8735any more by the watersH4325 of a floodH3999; neither shall there any more be a floodH3999 to destroyH7843 H8763the earthH776. |
[11]καὶ στήσω τὴν διαθήκην μου πρὸς ὑμᾶς καὶ οὐκ ἀποθανεῖται πᾶσα σὰρξ ἔτι ἀπὸ τοῦ ὕδατος τοῦ κατακλυσμοῦ καὶ οὐκ ἔσται ἔτι κατακλυσμὸς ὕδατος τοῦ καταφθεῖραι πᾶσαν τὴν γῆν |
| [12]And GodH430 saidH559 , H8799This is the tokenH226 of the covenantH1285 which IH589 makeH5414 H8802between me and you and every livingH2416 creatureH5315 that is with you, for perpetualH5769 generationsH1755: |
[12]καὶ εἶπεν κύριος ὁ θεὸς πρὸς νωε τοῦτο τὸ σημεῖον τῆς διαθήκης ὃ ἐγὼ δίδωμι ἀνὰ μέσον ἐμοῦ καὶ ὑμῶν καὶ ἀνὰ μέσον πάσης ψυχῆς ζώσης ἥ ἐστιν μεθ ὑμῶν εἰς γενεὰς αἰωνίους |
| [13]I do setH5414 H8804my bowH7198 in the cloudH6051, and it shall be for a tokenH226 of a covenantH1285 between me and the earthH776. |
[13]τὸ τόξον μου τίθημι ἐν τῇ νεφέλῃ καὶ ἔσται εἰς σημεῖον διαθήκης ἀνὰ μέσον ἐμοῦ καὶ τῆς γῆς |
| [14]And it shall come to pass, when I bringH6049 H8763a cloudH6051 over the earthH776, that the bowH7198 shall be seenH7200 H8738in the cloudH6051: |
[14]καὶ ἔσται ἐν τῷ συννεφεῖν με νεφέλας ἐπὶ τὴν γῆν ὀφθήσεται τὸ τόξον μου ἐν τῇ νεφέλῃ |
| [15]And I will rememberH2142 H8804my covenantH1285, which is between me and you and every livingH2416 creatureH5315 of all fleshH1320; and the watersH4325 shall no moreH5750 become a floodH3999 to destroyH7843 H8763all fleshH1320. |
[15]καὶ μνησθήσομαι τῆς διαθήκης μου ἥ ἐστιν ἀνὰ μέσον ἐμοῦ καὶ ὑμῶν καὶ ἀνὰ μέσον πάσης ψυχῆς ζώσης ἐν πάσῃ σαρκί καὶ οὐκ ἔσται ἔτι τὸ ὕδωρ εἰς κατακλυσμὸν ὥστε ἐξαλεῖψαι πᾶσαν σάρκα |
| [16]And the bowH7198 shall be in the cloudH6051; and I will look upon itH7200 , H8804that I may rememberH2142 H8800the everlastingH5769 covenantH1285 betweenH996 GodH430 andH996 every livingH2416 creatureH5315 of all fleshH1320 that is upon the earthH776. |
[16]καὶ ἔσται τὸ τόξον μου ἐν τῇ νεφέλῃ καὶ ὄψομαι τοῦ μνησθῆναι διαθήκην αἰώνιον ἀνὰ μέσον ἐμοῦ καὶ ἀνὰ μέσον πάσης ψυχῆς ζώσης ἐν πάσῃ σαρκί ἥ ἐστιν ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς |
| [17]And GodH430 saidH559 H8799unto NoahH5146, This is the tokenH226 of the covenantH1285, which I have establishedH6965 H8689between me and all fleshH1320 that is upon the earthH776. |
[17]καὶ εἶπεν ὁ θεὸς τῷ νωε τοῦτο τὸ σημεῖον τῆς διαθήκης ἧς διεθέμην ἀνὰ μέσον ἐμοῦ καὶ ἀνὰ μέσον πάσης σαρκός ἥ ἐστιν ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς |
| [18]And the sonsH1121 of NoahH5146, that went forthH3318 H8802of the arkH8392, were ShemH8035, and HamH2526, and JaphethH3315: and HamH2526 H1931is the fatherH1 of CanaanH3667. |
[18]ἦσαν δὲ οἱ υἱοὶ νωε οἱ ἐξελθόντες ἐκ τῆς κιβωτοῦ σημ χαμ ιαφεθ χαμ ἦν πατὴρ χανααν |
| [19]These are the threeH7969 sonsH1121 of NoahH5146: and of them was the whole earthH776 overspreadH5310.[H8804] |
[19]τρεῖς οὗτοί εἰσιν οἱ υἱοὶ νωε ἀπὸ τούτων διεσπάρησαν ἐπὶ πᾶσαν τὴν γῆν |
| [20]And NoahH5146 beganH2490 H8686to be an husbandmanH376 , H127and he plantedH5193 H8799a vineyardH3754: |
[20]καὶ ἤρξατο νωε ἄνθρωπος γεωργὸς γῆς καὶ ἐφύτευσεν ἀμπελῶνα |
| [21]And he drankH8354 H8799of the wineH3196, and was drunkenH7937 ; H8799and he was uncoveredH1540 H8691withinH8432 his tentH168. |
[21]καὶ ἔπιεν ἐκ τοῦ οἴνου καὶ ἐμεθύσθη καὶ ἐγυμνώθη ἐν τῷ οἴκῳ αὐτοῦ |
| [22]And HamH2526, the fatherH1 of CanaanH3667, sawH7200 H8799the nakednessH6172 of his fatherH1, and toldH5046 H8686his twoH8147 brethrenH251 withoutH2351. |
[22]καὶ εἶδεν χαμ ὁ πατὴρ χανααν τὴν γύμνωσιν τοῦ πατρὸς αὐτοῦ καὶ ἐξελθὼν ἀνήγγειλεν τοῖς δυσὶν ἀδελφοῖς αὐτοῦ ἔξω |
| [23]And ShemH8035 and JaphethH3315 tookH3947 H8799a garmentH8071, and laidH7760 H8799it upon bothH8147 their shouldersH7926, and wentH3212 H8799backwardH322, and coveredH3680 H8762the nakednessH6172 of their fatherH1; and their facesH6440 were backwardH322, and they sawH7200 H8804not their father'sH1 nakednessH6172. |
[23]καὶ λαβόντες σημ καὶ ιαφεθ τὸ ἱμάτιον ἐπέθεντο ἐπὶ τὰ δύο νῶτα αὐτῶν καὶ ἐπορεύθησαν ὀπισθοφανῶς καὶ συνεκάλυψαν τὴν γύμνωσιν τοῦ πατρὸς αὐτῶν καὶ τὸ πρόσωπον αὐτῶν ὀπισθοφανές καὶ τὴν γύμνωσιν τοῦ πατρὸς αὐτῶν οὐκ εἶδον |
| [24]And NoahH5146 awokeH3364 H8799from his wineH3196, and knewH3045 H8799what his youngerH6996 sonH1121 had doneH6213 unto himH8804. |
[24]ἐξένηψεν δὲ νωε ἀπὸ τοῦ οἴνου καὶ ἔγνω ὅσα ἐποίησεν αὐτῷ ὁ υἱὸς αὐτοῦ ὁ νεώτερος |
| [25]And he saidH559 , H8799CursedH779 H8803be CanaanH3667; a servantH5650 of servantsH5650 shall he be unto his brethrenH251. |
[25]καὶ εἶπεν ἐπικατάρατος χανααν παῖς οἰκέτης ἔσται τοῖς ἀδελφοῖς αὐτοῦ |
| [26]And he saidH559 , H8799BlessedH1288 H8803be the LORDH3068 GodH430 of ShemH8035; and CanaanH3667 shall beH1961 H8799his servantH5650. |
[26]καὶ εἶπεν εὐλογητὸς κύριος ὁ θεὸς τοῦ σημ καὶ ἔσται χανααν παῖς αὐτοῦ |
| [27]GodH430 shall enlargeH6601 H8686JaphethH3315, and he shall dwellH7931 H8799in the tentsH168 of ShemH8035; and CanaanH3667 shall be his servantH5650. |
[27]πλατύναι ὁ θεὸς τῷ ιαφεθ καὶ κατοικησάτω ἐν τοῖς οἴκοις τοῦ σημ καὶ γενηθήτω χανααν παῖς αὐτῶν |
| [28]And NoahH5146 livedH2421 H8799afterH310 the floodH3999 threeH7969 hundredH3967 H8141and fiftyH2572 yearsH8141. |
[28]ἔζησεν δὲ νωε μετὰ τὸν κατακλυσμὸν τριακόσια πεντήκοντα ἔτη |
| [29]And all the daysH3117 of NoahH5146 were nineH8672 hundredH3967 H8141and fiftyH2572 yearsH8141: and he diedH4191.[H8799] |
[29]καὶ ἐγένοντο πᾶσαι αἱ ἡμέραι νωε ἐννακόσια πεντήκοντα ἔτη καὶ ἀπέθανεν |
