[1]Therfore holy brethren, partakers of the celestiall callyng, consider the apostle and hye priest of our profession Christe Iesus |
[1]Therefore my brothers holy who are called with a calling that is from Heaven consider this Apostle and High Priest of our confession Ieshu The Messiah |
[2]Beyng faythfull to hym that appoynted hym, as also [was] Moyses in all his house |
[2]Who is faithful to The One Who appointed Him as Moses in whole in his household |
[3]For this [man] is counted worthy of more glorie then Moyses, inasmuch as he which hath buylded the house, hath more honour then the house |
[3]Greater is for His glory of This One much more than of Moses just as much the honor of the builder of the house much more than his building |
[4]For euery house is buylded of some man: But he that buylded all thynges, is God |
[4]Every house for from a man is is built He but who built all Alaha is |
[5]And Moyses veryly [was] faythfull in al his house, as a minister, for a witnesse of those thynges whiche were to be spoken after |
[5]And Moses as a servant was entrusted with the house all for the testimony of those things that going were to be spoken by him |
[6]But Christe as a sonne [hath rule] ouer his owne house, whose house are we, yf we holde fast the confidence and the reioycyng of that hope vnto the ende |
[6]The Messiah but as The Son over His house and is His house we if until the end we will hold with openness of face and pride of His Gospel |
[7]Wherfore, as the holy ghost saith: Today yf ye wyll heare his voyce |
[7]Because said The Spirit of Holiness "today if of His voice you will hear |
[8]Harden not your heartes, as in the prouokyng, in the day of the temptation in the wyldernesse |
[8]Not harden your hearts to anger Him as the rebellious and as the day of temptation in the wilderness |
[9]Where your fathers tempted me, proued me, and sawe my workes 40 yeres |
[9]When tempted Me your fathers and they proved they saw My works forty years |
[10]Wherfore I was greeued with that generation, and sayde: they do alway erre in heart, they veryly haue not knowen my wayes |
[10]Because of this I was weary to Me with generation that and I said "a people that is whose errs heart and those not they have known My ways |
[11]So that I sware in my wrath, yf they shall enter into my rest |
[11]And as I swore in My anger "not they shall enter My rest |
[12]Take heede brethren, lest at any tyme there be in you an euyll heart of vnbeliefe, to depart from the lyuyng God |
[12]Beware therefore my brothers lest there be in any of you an heart evil that not is faithful and you would depart from Alaha The Living |
[13]But exhort ye one another dayly, whyle it is called to day, lest any of you be hardened, through the deceytfulnesse of sinne |
[13]But inquire of yourselves all of the days until the day that is called Today lest be hardened a man of you by the deception of sin |
[14]For we are made partakers of Christe, yf we kepe sure vnto the ende the begynnyng of the substaunce |
[14]We have been joined for with The Messiah if from The Beginning and unto The End to it to covenant this true we shall hold fast |
[15]So long as it is said: to day yf ye wyll heare his voyce, harden not your heartes, as in the prouokyng |
[15]Just as what is said that today if daughter of His voice you will hear not harden your hearts to anger Him |
[16]For some when they had hearde, dyd prouoke: howe be it, not all that came out of Egypt by Moyses |
[16]Who? are for those who heard and angered Him not? all of these who went out from Egypt by Moses |
[17]But with whom was he displeased fourtie yeres? Not with them that had sinned, whose carkases fell in the desert |
[17]And with whom was wearied He forty years but with them who sinned and their bones fell in the wilderness |
[18]And to who sware he that they should not enter into his rest, but vnto them that were not obedient |
[18]And about whom He swore that not they would enter His rest but about those who not were convinced |
[19]And we see that they coulde not enter in, because of vnbeliefe |
[19]We see that not they could enter because that not they believed |
