| [1]At that time Marodach Baladan, the son of Baladan, the king of Babylonia, sent letters and ambassadors and gifts to Ezekias: for he had heard that he had been sick even to death, and was recovered. |

| [2]And Ezekias was glad of their coming, and he shewed them the house of his spices, and of silver, and gold, and myrrh, and incense, and ointment, and all the houses of his treasures, and all that he had in his stores: and there was nothing in his house, nor in all his dominion, which Ezekias did not shew. |
[2]καίC χαίρωVDI-API3S ἐπίP αὐτόςRD-DPM *εζεκιαςN1T-NSM χαράN1A-ASF μέγαςA1-ASF καίC δεικνύωVAI-AAI3S αὐτόςRD-DPM ὁRA-ASM οἶκοςN2-ASM ὁRA-GSM νεχωθαN--GSM καίC ὁRA-GSF στακτήN1-GSF καίC ὁRA-GPN θυμίαμαN3M-GPN καίC ὁRA-GSN μύρονN2N-GSN καίC ὁRA-GSN ἀργύριονN2N-GSN καίC ὁRA-GSN χρυσίονN2N-GSN καίC πᾶςA1S-APM ὁRA-APM οἶκοςN2-APM ὁRA-GPN σκεῦοςN3E-GPN ὁRA-GSF γάζαN1S-GSF καίC πᾶςA1S-ASN ὅσοςA1-APN εἰμίV9-IAI3S ἐνP ὁRA-DPM θησαυρόςN2-DPM αὐτόςRD-GSM καίC οὐD εἰμίV9-IAI3S οὐδείςA3-ASN ὅςRR-NSM οὐD δεικνύωVAI-AAI3S *εζεκιαςN1T-NSM ἐνP ὁRA-DSM οἶκοςN2-DSM αὐτόςRD-GSM |
| [3]And Esaias the prophet came to king Ezekias, and said to him, What say these men? and whence came they to thee? and Ezekias said, They are come to me from a land afar off, from Babylon. |
[3]καίC ἔρχομαιVBI-AAI3S *ησαιαςN1T-NSM ὁRA-NSM προφήτηςN1M-NSM πρόςP ὁRA-ASM βασιλεύςN3V-ASM *εζεκιαςN1T-ASM καίC εἶπονVBI-AAI3S πρόςP αὐτόςRD-ASM τίςRI-ASM λέγωV1-PAI3P ὁRA-NPM ἄνθρωποςN2-NPM οὗτοςRD-NPM καίC πόθενD ἥκωV1-PAI3P πρόςP σύRP-AS καίC εἶπονVBI-AAI3S *εζεκιαςN1T-NSM ἐκP γῆN1-GSF πόρρωθενD ἥκωV1-PAI3P πρόςP ἐγώRP-AS ἐκP *βαβυλώνN3W-GSF |
| [4]And Esaias said, What have they seen in thine house? and Ezekias said, They have seen everything in my house; and there is nothing in my house which they have not seen: yea, also the possessions in my treasuries. |
[4]καίC εἶπονVBI-AAI3S *ησαιαςN1T-NSM τίςRI-ASM ὁράωVBI-AAI3P ἐνP ὁRA-DSM οἶκοςN2-DSM σύRP-GS καίC εἶπονVBI-AAI3S *εζεκιαςN1T-NSM πᾶςA1S-APN ὁRA-APN ἐνP ὁRA-DSM οἶκοςN2-DSM ἐγώRP-GS ὁράωVBI-AAI3P καίC οὐD εἰμίV9-PAI3S ἐνP ὁRA-DSM οἶκοςN2-DSM ἐγώRP-GS ὅςRR-NSM οὐD ὁράωVBI-AAI3P ἀλλάC καίC ὁRA-APN ἐνP ὁRA-DPM θησαυρόςN2-DPM ἐγώRP-GS |
| [5]And Esaias said to him, Hear the word of the Lord of hosts: |
[5]καίC εἶπονVBI-AAI3S αὐτόςRD-DSM *ησαιαςN1T-NSM ἀκούωVA-AAD2S ὁRA-ASM λόγοςN2-ASM κύριοςN2-GSM σαβαωθN--G |
| [6]Behold, the days come, when they shall take all the things that are in thine house, and all that thy fathers have gathered until this day, shall go to Babylon; and they shall not leave anything at all: and God hath said, |
[6]ἰδούI ἡμέραN1A-NPF ἔρχομαιV1-PMI3P λέγωV1-PAI3S κύριοςN2-NSM καίC λαμβάνωVF-FMI3P πᾶςA3-ASN ὁRA-APN ἐνP ὁRA-DSM οἶκοςN2-DSM σύRP-GS καίC ὅσοςA1-APN συνἄγωVBI-AAI3P ὁRA-NPM πατήρN3-NPM σύRP-GS ἕωςP ὁRA-GSF ἡμέραN1A-GSF οὗτοςRD-GSF εἰςP *βαβυλώνN3W-ASF ἥκωVF-FAI3S καίC οὐδείςA3-ASN οὐD μήD καταλείπωVF-FAI3P εἶπονVBI-AAI3S δέX ὁRA-NSM θεόςN2-NSM |
| [7]that they shall take also of thy children whom thou shalt beget; and they shall make them eunuchs in the house of the king of the Babylonians. |
[7]ὅτιC καίC ἀπόP ὁRA-GPN τέκνονN2N-GPN σύRP-GS ὅςRR-GPM γεννάωVAI-AAI2S λαμβάνωVF-FMI3P καίC ποιέωVF-FAI3P σπάδωνN3-APM ἐνP ὁRA-DSM οἶκοςN2-DSM ὁRA-GSM βασιλεύςN3V-GSM ὁRA-GPM *βαβυλώνιοςN2-GPM |
| [8]And Ezekias said to Esaias, Good is the word of the Lord, which he hath spoken: let there, I pray, be peace and righteousness in my days. |
