PesNT(Mur)
[1]After these things went Ieshu to the other side of the Sea of Galilee of Tiberias [1]After these things, Jesus went to the other side of the sea of Galilee [or] of Tiberias.
[2]And were going after him crowds great because were seeing they the miracles He did on the sick [2]And great multitudes went after him; because they had seen the signs which he wrought upon the sick.
[3]And went up Ieshu to a mountain and there sat down He with His disciples [3]And Jesus ascended a mountain, and there he seated himself with his disciples.
[4]Drawing near was but the feast of The Passover of The Jews [4]And the feast of the Jewish passover was near.
[5]And lifted up His eyes Ieshu and saw crowds great that were coming to him and He said to Phillip from where? shall we buy bread so may eat these [5]And Jesus raised his eyes, and saw a great multitude coming towards him; and he said to Philip: Whence shall we buy bread, that these may eat?
[6]This but He said when testing him He was for knew He what He was going to do [6]And this he said, to try him; for he knew what he was about to do.
[7]Said to Him Phillip two hundred denarii of bread not is enough for them when a very little one to each from them receives [7]Philip said to him: Two hundred denarii in bread would not suffice them, that each might take but a little.
[8]Said to him one from his disciples Andraus brother of Shimeon Kaypha [8]One of his disciples, Andrew, the brother of Simon Cephas, said to him:
[9]There is here a boy one who has upon him five loaves of barley bread and two fish but these what? are they to these all of them [9]There is a lad here, who hath with him five cakes of barley, and two fishes; but what are these for all those [people]?
[10]Said to them Ieshu make the people all of them be seated grass but much there was in it in place that and they were seated the men in number five thousand [10]Jesus said to them: Make all the people recline. Now there was much grass in that place: and the people reclined, in number five thousand.
[11]And took Ieshu the bread and blessed and distributed to them who were seated and thus also from the fish as much as they wanted [11]And Jesus took the bread, and blessed, and distributed to them that reclined. And so also, with the fish; as much as they desired.
[12]And when they were full He said to his disciples gather the fragments that are left over lest should be lost anything [12]And when they were satisfied, he said to his disciples: Gather up the fragments which remain, that nothing be lost.
[13]And they gathered and filled twelve large baskets of fragments which were left over to them who ate from the five loaves of barley bread [13]And they collected and filled twelve baskets, with fragments of what remained to them that had eaten of the five barley cakes.
[14]Those but people who saw the miracle that did Ieshu saying were truly This is The Prophet Who is coming to the world [14]And those people, when they saw the sign which Jesus had wrought, said: Certainly, this is that prophet who was to come into the world.
[15]Ieshu but knew that they were prepared to come seize Him and make Him King and He withdrew Himself to mountain that alone [15]And Jesus knew, that they were about to come and take him by force, and make him king: and he retired into a mountain alone.
[16]And when it was evening went down His disciples to the sea [16]And when it was evening, his disciples went down to the sea,
[17]And they sat in the boat and coming they were to the shore to Kapernakhum and growing dark it was and not come had unto them Ieshu [17]and sat in a ship, and were going over to Capernaum. And darkness came on, and Jesus had not come to them.
[18]The sea but rose up itself against them because a wind great blowing was [18]And the sea was boisterous against them, for a violent wind was blowing.
[19]And they drove about furlongs twenty and five or thirty and they saw Ieshu when He was walking on the lake and when he drew near to the ship they were afraid [19]And they had gone about five and twenty or thirty furlongs, when they saw Jesus walking upon the sea: and as he drew near to the ship, they were afraid.
[20]Himself but Ieshu said to them I am do not be afraid [20]But Jesus said to them: It is I; be not afraid.
[21]And wanted they to receive Him into the boat and immediately boat that was at the land that to which were going they ? [21]And they were glad to receive him into the ship. And, directly, the ship was at the land to which they were going.
[22]And the day after it that crowd that standing was at the shore of the sea saw that boat another not there was there except that on which embarked the disciples and that not entered had with them Ieshu with his disciples into the boat [22]And the next day, the multitude, who had remained on the other side of the sea, saw that there was no other ship there, except that in which the disciples embarked, and that Jesus did not embark in that ship with his disciples;
[23]Come had but ships other from Tiberias on the side of place that in which they ate the bread when blessed it Ieshu [23]yet that other ships had come from Tiberias, near to the place where they ate the bread when Jesus blessed [it].
[24]And when saw that the crowd that not was there Ieshu neither his disciples they embarked these ships and they came to Kapernakhum and looking for they were Ieshu [24]And when the multitude saw, that Jesus was not there, nor his disciples; they embarked in ships, and came to Capernaum, and sought for Jesus.
[25]And when they found Him at the other side of the sea they were saying to Him our Master when? did you come here [25]And when they found him on the other side of the sea, they said to him: Our Rabbi, when camest thou hither?
[26]Answered Ieshu and said to them Amen Amen speak I to you that seek you Me not it was because you saw the signs but because you ate bread and you were full [26]Jesus replied and said to them: Verily, verily, I say to you, Ye seek me, not because ye saw the signs, but because ye ate the bread and were satisfied.
[27]Do not work for food that perishes but for food that endures to the Life eternal which the Son of Man shall give to you This One for The Father has sealed Alaha [27]Labor not for the food that perisheth, but for the food that abideth unto life eternal, which the Son of man will give to you; for him hath God the Father sealed.
[28]They were saying to Him what? shall we do that we may work the service of Alaha [28]They said to him: What shall we do, in order to work the works of God?
[29]Answered Ieshu and said to them this is the service of Alaha that you trust in Him Whom He has sent [29]Jesus replied and said to them: This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.
[30]They were saying to Him what? sign will do you that we may see and we may believe in you what? will perform you [30]They say to him: What sign doest thou, that we may see and believe in thee? What workest thou?
[31]Our forefathers manna ate in the wilderness just as it is written that bread from Heaven He gave to them to eat [31]Our fathers ate the manna, in the wilderness; as it is written, He gave them bread from heaven to eat.
[32]Said to them Ieshu Amen Amen speak I to you that not it was Moses giving you the bread from The Heavens but My Father gave you the bread of Truth from Heaven [32]Jesus said to them: Verily, verily, I say to you, Moses gave you not the bread from heaven; but my Father giveth you the real bread from heaven.
[33]The Bread for of Alaha is He Who descended from Heaven and gave life to the world [33]For the bread of God is, he that came down from heaven, and giveth life to the world.
[34]They were saying to Him our Lord always give to us bread this [34]They say to him: Our Lord, give us at all times this bread.
[35]Said to them Ieshu I am The Bread of Life whoever comes to me not will hunger and whoever trusts in me not will thirst for eternity [35]Jesus said to them: I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me, shall not hunger; and he that believeth on me, shall not thirst, for ever.
[36]But I said to you that you have seen Me and not believing you are [36]But I said to you, That ye have seen me, and do not believe.
[37]Everyone whom has given to me My Father to me will come and whoever to me will come not I shall cast outside [37]All that my Father gave me, will come to me: and him, that cometh to me, I will not cast out.
[38]For I came down from Heaven not it was that I might do My will but that I might do the will of Him Who sent Me [38]For I came down from heaven, not to do my own pleasure, but the pleasure of him that sent me.
[39]This is but the will of Him Who sent Me that everyone whom He gave to Me not I shall destroy from Him but I shall raise him in the day the last [39]And this is the pleasure of him that sent me, that whatever he hath given me, I should lose nothing of it, but should raise it up at the last day.
[40]This is for the will of My Father that everyone who sees The Son and trusts in Him there will be to him life eternal and I shall raise Him in the day the last [40]For this is the pleasure of my Father, that every one who seeth the Son, and believeth on him, should have life eternal; and I will raise him up at the last day.
[41]The Jews but murmuring were about him for saying I am The Bread I Who have descended from Heaven [41]Then the Jews murmured at him, because he said: I am the bread, who have descended from heaven.
[42]And saying they were not is? this Ieshu The son of Joseph him of whom we know his father and his mother and in which way? does say this one that from Heaven I have come down [42]And they said: Is not this Jesus the son of Joseph, whose father and mother we know? And how doth he say: I came down from heaven?
[43]Answered Ieshu and said to them Do not mutter one with another [43]Jesus replied and said to them: Murmur not, one with another.
[44]Not a man can come to Me unless will draw him The Father Who has sent Me and I shall raise him in the day the last [44]No man can come to me, unless the Father who sent me, shall draw him; and I will raise him up at the last day.
[45]It is written for in the prophets will be all of them taught of Alaha everyone whoever has heard: therefore from The Father and has learned from Him comes to Me [45]For it is written, in the prophet: And they shall all be taught of God. Whoever, therefore, heareth from the Father, and learneth from him, cometh to me.
[46]Not has seen a man the Father but He Who from Alaha is Himself He has seen The Father [46]Not that any one hath seen the Father, except him who hath come from God; he it is, hath seen the Father.
[47]Amen Amen speak I to you that whoever trusts in me there is for him life eternal [47]Verily, verily, I say to you: That, to him who believeth in me, there is life eternal.
[48]I am The Bread of Life [48]I am the bread of life.
[49]Your Fathers ate Manna in the wilderness and they died [49]Your fathers ate the manna, in the wilderness, and they died.
[50]This is but The Bread that came down from Heaven that may eat a man from it and not will die [50]But this is the bread which cometh from heaven, that a man may eat of it, and not die.
[51]I am The Bread living Who from Heaven I have descended and if a man will eat from this bread he will live for eternity and the bread that which I shall give my body is that for the sake of the life of the world give I [51]I am the bread of life, who have come down from heaven: and if a man shall eat of this bread, he will live for ever. And the bread which I shall give, is my body, which I give for the life of the world.
[52]Arguing they were but The Jews one with another and they were saying how? is able This one His body to give to us to eat [52]Then the Jews contended one with another, and said: How can he give us his body to eat?
[53]And said to them Ieshu Amen Amen speak I to you that unless you will eat the body of The Son of Man and you will drink His blood there is not for you life in yourselves [53]And Jesus said to them: Verily, verily, I say to you, That, unless ye eat the body of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life within you.
[54]Whoever eats but from My body and drinks from my blood there is for him life eternal and I will raise him in the day the last [54]But he that eateth of my body, and drinketh of my blood, to him is life eternal; and I will raise him up at the last day
[55]My body for truly is food and My blood truly is drink [55]For my body truly is food, and my blood truly is drink.
[56]Whoever eats My body and drinks My blood in Me abides and I in Him [56]He that eateth my body, and drinketh my blood, abideth in me, and I in him
[57]Just as has sent Me The Father The Living One and I living am because of The Father and whoever will eat me also he will live because of Me [57]As the living Father hath sent me, and I live because of the Father; so he that shall eat me, he also will live because of me.
[58]This is The Bread that came down from Heaven not it is as ate your fathers Manna and have died whoever eats this bread shall live for eternity [58]This is the bread that came down from heaven: not as your fathers ate the manna, and died; whoever shall eat of this bead, will live for ever.
[59]These things He said in the synagogue when He taught in Kapernakhum [59]These things he uttered in the synagogue, while teaching at Capernaum.
[60]And many who heard among his disciples were saying "Hard is saying this who is? able to hear it" [60]And many of his disciples who heard [him], said: This is a hard speech, who can hear it.
[61]Ieshu but knew in His Soul that were murmuring about this His disciples and He said to them this stumbles? you [61]And Jesus knew in himself, that his disciples murmured at this; and he said to them, Doth this stumble you?
[62]Truly you will see therefore The Son of Man ascending to the place where was He from the first [62]If then, ye were to see the Son of man ascend, to where he was from the beginning!
[63]The Spirit is The Life Giver the body does not benefit anything the words that I speak with you Spirit are and Life [63]It is the Spirit that vivifieth; the body profiteth nothing. The words which I have used with you, they are spirit, and they are life.
[64]But there are men from you that not are believing knew Himself for Ieshu from the first who they were whoever not were believing and who was he who would betray Him [64]But there are some of you, that believe not. For Jesus knew, from the beginning, who they were that believed not, and who it was that would betray him.
[65]And said He to them because of this I said to you that no man can come to me unless it has been given to him from My Father [65]And he said to them: For this reason, I said to you, That no one can come to me, unless it be given to him by my Father.
[66]Because of this saying many of His disciples went back of them and not walking were with Him [66]On account of this speech, many of his disciples turned back, and walked not with him.
[67]And said Ieshu to the twelve ? also are? desiring you to leave [67]And Jesus said to the twelve: Are ye also disposed to go away?
[68]Answered Shimeon Kaypha and said my Lord to whom? shall we go] the words of life eternal are with You [68]Simon Cephas replied, and said: My Lord, to whom shall we go? The words of life eternal are with thee.
[69]And we believe and know that You are The Messiah The Son of Alaha The Living [69]And we believe, and know, that thou art the Messiah, the Son of the living God.
[70]Said to them Ieshu not? was it I have chosen you twelve and of you one a satan is [70]Jesus said to them: Have not I chosen you twelve? Yet one of you is a devil.
[71]He said This but about Jehudah son of Shimeon Scariota he for going to be was he who would betray Him one from the twelve [71]This he spoke of Judas Iscariot, the son of Simon; for he was afterwards to betray him, being one of the twelve.
