Pes(Lam)
[1]And the LORDH3068 spakeH1696[H8762] unto MosesH4872, sayingH559,[H8800] [1]AND the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,
[2]This shall be the lawH8451 of the leperH6879[H8794] in the dayH3117 of his cleansingH2893: He shall be broughtH935[H8717] unto the priestH3548: [2]This shall be the law for the leper in the day of his cleansing: He shall be brought to the priest;
[3]And the priestH3548 shall go forthH3318[H8804] outH2351 of the campH4264; and the priestH3548 shall lookH7200[H8804], and, behold, if the plagueH5061 of leprosyH6883 be healedH7495[H8738] H6879in the leperH8803 [3]And the priest shall go forth out of the camp; and the priest shall look, and if the plague of leprosy is healed in the leper,
[4]Then shall the priestH3548 commandH6680[H8765] to takeH3947[H8804] for him that is to be cleansedH2891[H8693] twoH8147 birdsH6833 aliveH2416 and cleanH2889, and cedarH730 woodH6086, and scarletH8144[H8438], and hyssopH231: [4]Then the priest shall command to take for him who is to be cleansed two birds alive and clean and cedar wood and scarlet material and hyssop;
[5]And the priestH3548 shall commandH6680[H8765] that oneH259 of the birdsH6833 be killedH7819[H8804] in an earthenH2789 vesselH3627 over runningH2416 waterH4325: [5]And the priest shall command that one of the birds be killed in an earthen vessel over running water;
[6]As for the livingH2416 birdH6833, he shall takeH3947[H8799] it, and the cedarH730 woodH6086, and the scarletH8144[H8438], and the hyssopH231, and shall dipH2881[H8804] them and the livingH2416 birdH6833 in the bloodH1818 of the birdH6833 that was killedH7819[H8803] over the runningH2416 waterH4325: [6]Then he shall take the living bird and the cedar wood and the scarlet dye and the hyssop, and shall dip them and the living bird in the blood of the bird that was killed over the running water;
[7]And he shall sprinkleH5137[H8689] upon him that is to be cleansedH2891[H8693] from the leprosyH6883 sevenH7651 timesH6471, and shall pronounce him cleanH2891[H8765], and shall let the livingH2416 birdH6833 looseH7971[H8765] into the openH6440 fieldH7704. [7]And he shall sprinkle upon him who is to be cleansed from the leprosy seven times, and shall pronounce him clean, and shall let the living bird fly into the open field.
[8]And he that is to be cleansedH2891[H8693] shall washH3526[H8765] his clothesH899, and shaveH1548[H8765] off all his hairH8181, and washH7364[H8804] himself in waterH4325, that he may be cleanH2891[H8804]: and afterH310 that he shall comeH935[H8799] into the campH4264, and shall tarryH3427[H8804] abroadH2351 out of his tentH168 sevenH7651 daysH3117. [8]And he who is to be cleansed shall wash his clothes and shave off all his hair and bathe himself in water, that he may be clean; and after that he shall come into the camp but shall tarry outside his tent seven days.
[9]But it shall be on the seventhH7637 dayH3117, that he shall shaveH1548[H8762] all his hairH8181 off his headH7218 and his beardH2206 and his eyebrowsH1354[H5869], even all his hairH8181 he shall shaveH1548[H8762] off: and he shall washH3526[H8765] his clothesH899, also he shall washH7364[H8804] his fleshH1320 in waterH4325, and he shall be cleanH2891.[H8804] [9]And on the seventh day he shall shave all the hair off his head and his beard and his eyebrows, even all his hair he shall shave off; and he shall wash his clothes and bathe his body in water, and he shall be clean
[10]And on the eighthH8066 dayH3117 he shall takeH3947[H8799] twoH8147 he lambsH3532 without blemishH8549, and oneH259 ewe lambH3535 of the firstH1323 yearH8141 without blemishH8549, and threeH7969 tenth dealsH6241 of fine flourH5560 for a meat offeringH4503, mingledH1101[H8803] with oilH8081, and oneH259 logH3849 of oilH8081. [10]And on the eighth day he shall take two male lambs without blemish and one ewe lamb of the first year without blemish and three tenth deals of fine flour, for a meal offering mixed with oil, and one half pint of oil.
[11]And the priestH3548 that maketh him cleanH2891[H8764] shall presentH5975[H8689] the manH376 that is to be made cleanH2891[H8693], and those things, beforeH6440 the LORDH3068, at the doorH6607 of the tabernacleH168 of the congregationH4150: [11]And the priest who does the cleansing shall present the man who is to be cleansed and those things before the LORD at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation;
[12]And the priestH3548 shall takeH3947[H8804] oneH259 he lambH3532, and offerH7126[H8689] him for a trespass offeringH817, and the logH3849 of oilH8081, and waveH5130[H8689] them for a wave offeringH8573 beforeH6440 the LORDH3068: [12]And the priest shall take one male lamb and offer it for a trespass offering, and the half pint of oil, and wave them for a wave offering before the LORD;
[13]And he shall slayH7819[H8804] the lambH3532 in the placeH4725 where he shall killH7819[H8799] the sin offeringH2403 and the burnt offeringH5930, in the holyH6944 placeH4725: for as the sin offeringH2403 is the priest'sH3548, so is the trespass offeringH817: it is mostH6944 holyH6944: [13]And he shall kill the male lamb in the place where he kills the sin offering and the burnt offering, in the holy place; for as the sin offering belongs to the priest, so does the trespass offering; it is most holy;
[14]And the priestH3548 shall takeH3947[H8804] some of the bloodH1818 of the trespass offeringH817, and the priestH3548 shall putH5414[H8804] it upon the tipH8571 of the rightH3233 earH241 of him that is to be cleansedH2891[H8693], and upon the thumbH931 of his rightH3233 handH3027, and upon the great toeH931 of his rightH3233 footH7272: [14]And the priest shall take some of the blood of the trespass offering, and the priest shall sprinkle it on the tip of the right ear of him who is to be cleansed and on the thumb of his right hand and on the great toe of his right foot;
[15]And the priestH3548 shall takeH3947[H8804] some of the logH3849 of oilH8081, and pourH3332[H8804] it into the palmH3709 of his ownH3548 left handH8042: [15]And the priest shall take some of the oil, and pour it into the palm of his own left hand;
[16]And the priestH3548 shall dipH2881[H8804] his rightH3233 fingerH676 in the oilH8081 that is in his leftH8042 handH3709, and shall sprinkleH5137[H8689] of the oilH8081 with his fingerH676 sevenH7651 timesH6471 beforeH6440 the LORDH3068: [16]Then the priest shall dip his right finger in the oil that is in his left hand and shall sprinkle some of the oil with his finger seven times before the LORD;
[17]And of the restH3499 of the oilH8081 that is in his handH3709 shall the priestH3548 putH5414[H8799] upon the tipH8571 of the rightH3233 earH241 of him that is to be cleansedH2891[H8693], and upon the thumbH931 of his rightH3233 handH3027, and upon the great toeH931 of his rightH3233 footH7272, upon the bloodH1818 of the trespass offeringH817: [17]And of the rest of the oil that is in his hand the priest shall sprinkle it upon the tip of the right ear of him who is to be cleansed and upon the thumb of his right hand and upon the great toe of his right foot, upon the place of the blood of the trespass offering;
[18]And the remnantH3498[H8737] of the oilH8081 that is in the priest'sH3548 handH3709 he shall pourH5414[H8799] upon the headH7218 of him that is to be cleansedH2891[H8693]: and the priestH3548 shall make an atonementH3722[H8765] for him beforeH6440 the LORDH3068. [18]And the rest of the oil that is in the priest's hand he shall pour upon the head of him who is to be cleansed; and the priest shall make an atonement for him before the LORD.
[19]And the priestH3548 shall offerH6213[H8804] the sin offeringH2403, and make an atonementH3722[H8765] for him that is to be cleansedH2891[H8693] from his uncleannessH2932; and afterwardH310 he shall killH7819[H8799] the burnt offeringH5930: [19]And the priest shall offer the sin offering and make an atonement for the man who is to be cleansed from his uncleanness; and afterward he shall kill the burnt offering;
[20]And the priestH3548 shall offerH5927[H8689] the burnt offeringH5930 and the meat offeringH4503 upon the altarH4196: and the priestH3548 shall make an atonementH3722[H8765] for him, and he shall be cleanH2891.[H8804] [20]And the priest shall offer the burnt offering and the meal offering upon the altar; and the priest shall make an atonement for him and he shall be clean
[21]And if he be poorH1800, and cannot getH3027[H5381][H8688] so much; then he shall takeH3947[H8804] oneH259 lambH3532 for a trespass offeringH817 to be wavedH8573, to make an atonementH3722[H8763] for him, and oneH259 tenth dealH6241 of fine flourH5560 mingledH1101[H8803] with oilH8081 for a meat offeringH4503, and a logH3849 of oilH8081; [21]And if he is poor and cannot afford so much, then he shall take one lamb for a trespass offering to be waved, to make an atonement for him, and one tenth of an ephah of fine flour mixed with oil for a meal offering, and a half pint of oil,
[22]And twoH8147 turtledovesH8449, or twoH8147 youngH1121 pigeonsH3123, such as he is able to getH3027[H5381][H8686]; and the oneH259 shall be a sin offeringH2403, and the otherH259 a burnt offeringH5930. [22]And two turtledoves or two young pigeons such as he can afford; and the one shall be a sin offering and the other a burnt offering.
[23]And he shall bringH935[H8689] them on the eighthH8066 dayH3117 for his cleansingH2893 unto the priestH3548, unto the doorH6607 of the tabernacleH168 of the congregationH4150, beforeH6440 the LORDH3068. [23]And he shall bring them on the eighth day for his cleansing to the priest, to the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, before the LORD.
[24]And the priestH3548 shall takeH3947[H8804] the lambH3532 of the trespass offeringH817, and the logH3849 of oilH8081, and the priestH3548 shall waveH5130[H8689] them for a wave offeringH8573 beforeH6440 the LORDH3068: [24]And the priest shall take one lamb and the half pint of oil, and the priest shall wave them for a wave offering before the LORD;
[25]And he shall killH7819[H8804] the lambH3532 of the trespass offeringH817, and the priestH3548 shall takeH3947[H8804] some of the bloodH1818 of the trespass offeringH817, and putH5414[H8804] it upon the tipH8571 of the rightH3233 earH241 of him that is to be cleansedH2891[H8693], and upon the thumbH931 of his rightH3233 handH3027, and upon the great toeH931 of his rightH3233 footH7272: [25]Then he shall kill the lamb of the trespass offering, and the priest shall take some of the blood of the trespass offering, and sprinkle it upon the tip of the right ear of him who is to be cleansed and upon the thumb of his right hand and upon the great toe of his right foot;
[26]And the priestH3548 shall pourH3332[H8799] of the oilH8081 into the palmH3709 of his ownH3548 left handH8042: [26]And the priest shall pour some of the oil into the palm of his own left hand;
[27]And the priestH3548 shall sprinkleH5137[H8689] with his rightH3233 fingerH676 some of the oilH8081 that is in his leftH8042 handH3709 sevenH7651 timesH6471 beforeH6440 the LORDH3068: [27]And the priest shall sprinkle with his right finger some of the oil that is in his left hand seven times before the LORD;
[28]And the priestH3548 shall putH5414[H8804] of the oilH8081 that is in his handH3709 upon the tipH8571 of the rightH3233 earH241 of him that is to be cleansedH2891[H8693], and upon the thumbH931 of his rightH3233 handH3027, and upon the great toeH931 of his rightH3233 footH7272, upon the placeH4725 of the bloodH1818 of the trespass offeringH817: [28]And the priest shall sprinkle some of the oil that is in his hand upon the tip of the right ear of him who is to be cleansed and upon the thumb of his right hand and upon the great toe of his right foot, in the place of the blood of the trespass offering;
[29]And the restH3498[H8737] of the oilH8081 that is in the priest'sH3548 handH3709 he shall putH5414[H8799] upon the headH7218 of him that is to be cleansedH2891[H8693], to make an atonementH3722[H8763] for him beforeH6440 the LORDH3068. [29]And the rest of the oil that is in the priest's hand he shall sprinkle upon the head of him who is to be cleansed, to make an atonement for him before the LORD.
[30]And he shall offerH6213[H8804] the oneH259 of the turtledovesH8449, or of the youngH1121 pigeonsH3123, such asH834 he can getH3027[H5381][H8686] [30]And he shall offer one of the turtledoves or of the young pigeons such as he can afford;
[31]Even such as heH3027 is able to getH5381[H8686], the oneH259 for a sin offeringH2403, and the otherH259 for a burnt offeringH5930, with the meat offeringH4503: and the priestH3548 shall make an atonementH3722[H8765] for him that is to be cleansedH2891[H8693] beforeH6440 the LORDH3068. [31]One shall be for a sin offering and the other for a burnt offering, with the meal offering; and the priest shall make an atonement for him who is to be cleansed before the LORD.
[32]This is the lawH8451 of him in whom is the plagueH5061 of leprosyH6883, whose handH3027 is not able to getH5381[H8686] that which pertaineth to his cleansingH2893. [32]This is the law of him in whom is the plague of leprosy who cannot afford the regular offerings for his cleansing
[33]And the LORDH3068 spakeH1696[H8762] unto MosesH4872 and unto AaronH175, sayingH559,[H8800] [33]And the LORD spoke to Moses and Aaron, saying,
[34]When ye be comeH935[H8799] into the landH776 of CanaanH3667, which I giveH5414[H8802] to you for a possessionH272, and I putH5414[H8804] the plagueH5061 of leprosyH6883 in a houseH1004 of the landH776 of your possessionH272; [34]Speak to the children of Israel and say to them, When you come into the land of Canaan which I give to you for a possession, and I put the plague of leprosy in a house of the land of your possession,
[35]And he that owneth the houseH1004 shall comeH935[H8804] and tellH5046[H8689] the priestH3548, sayingH559[H8800], It seemethH7200[H8738] to me there is as it were a plagueH5061 in the houseH1004: [35]The owner of the house shall come and tell the priest, saying, It seems to me that there is a plague of leprosy in the house.
[36]Then the priestH3548 shall commandH6680[H8765] that they emptyH6437[H8765] the houseH1004, before the priestH3548 goH935[H8799] into it to seeH7200[H8800] the plagueH5061, that all that is in the houseH1004 be not made uncleanH2930[H8799]: and afterwardH310 the priestH3548 shall goH935[H8799] in to seeH7200[H8800] the houseH1004: [36]Then the priest shall command that they empty the house before the priest shall go into it to see the plague, that all that is in the house may not be made unclean; and afterward the priest shall go in to see the house;
[37]And he shall lookH7200[H8804] on the plagueH5061, and, behold, if the plagueH5061 be in the wallsH7023 of the houseH1004 with hollow strakesH8258, greenishH3422 or reddishH125, which in sightH4758 are lowerH8217 thanH4480 the wallH7023; [37]And he shall look on the plague, and, behold, if the plague be in the walls of the house with greenish or reddish scales, and appear to be deeper than the wall;
[38]Then the priestH3548 shall goH3318[H8804] out of the houseH1004 to the doorH6607 of the houseH1004, and shutH5462[H8689] up the houseH1004 sevenH7651 daysH3117: [38]Then the priest shall go out of the house and stand at the door and observe the house seven days;
[39]And the priestH3548 shall come againH7725[H8804] the seventhH7637 dayH3117, and shall lookH7200[H8804]: and, behold, if the plagueH5061 be spreadH6581[H8804] in the wallsH7023 of the houseH1004; [39]And the priest shall come back again on the seventh day and shall see if the plague has spread in the walls of the house;
[40]Then the priestH3548 shall commandH6680[H8765] that they takeH2502[H8765] away the stonesH68 in whichH2004 the plagueH5061 is, and they shall castH7993[H8689][H853] them into an uncleanH2931 placeH4725 withoutH2351 the cityH5892: [40]Then the priest shall command that they take away the stones in which the plague of leprosy is, and they shall cast them into an unclean place outside the city;
[41]And he shall cause the houseH1004 to be scrapedH7106[H8686] withinH1004 round aboutH5439, and they shall pourH8210[H8804] out the dustH6083 that they scrapeH7096[H8689] off withoutH2351 the cityH5892 into an uncleanH2931 placeH4725: [41]And they shall scrape the house within round about, and they shall throw out the dust that they scrape off outside the city into an unclean place;
[42]And they shall takeH3947[H8804] otherH312 stonesH68, and putH935[H8689] them in the placeH8478 of those stonesH68; and he shall takeH3947[H8799] otherH312 morterH6083, and shall plaisterH2902[H8804] the houseH1004. [42]And they shall take other stones and put them in the place of those stones; and they shall take other mortar and plaster the house.
[43]And if the plagueH5061 come againH7725[H8799], and breakH6524[H8804] out in the houseH1004, afterH310 that he hath takenH2502[H8765] away the stonesH68, and afterH310 he hath scrapedH7096[H8687] the houseH1004, and afterH310 H2902it is plaisteredH8736 [43]And if the plague spreads and breaks out in the house after the stones have been taken away and after the house has been scraped and plastered,
[44]Then the priestH3548 shall comeH935[H8804] and lookH7200[H8804], and, behold, if the plagueH5061 be spreadH6581[H8804] in the houseH1004, it is a frettingH3992[H8688] leprosyH6883 in the houseH1004: it is uncleanH2931. [44]Then the priest shall go in and look, and if the plague has spread in the house, it is a malignant leprosy in the house; it is unclean.
[45]And he shall break downH5422[H8804] the houseH1004, the stonesH68 of it, and the timberH6086 thereof, and all the morterH6083 of the houseH1004; and he shall carry them forthH3318[H8689] outH2351 of the cityH5892 into an uncleanH2931 placeH4725. [45]And they shall demolish the house, its stones and its timber and all the mortar of the house; and they shall carry them forth out of the town into an unclean place and burn it with fire.
[46]Moreover he that goethH935[H8802] into the houseH1004 all the whileH3117 that it is shutH5462[H8689] up shall be uncleanH2930[H8799] until the evenH6153. [46]Moreover, he who enters the house while it is shut up shall be unclean until the evening.
[47]And he that liethH7901[H8802] in the houseH1004 shall washH3526[H8762] his clothesH899; and he that eatethH398[H8802] in the houseH1004 shall washH3526[H8762] his clothesH899. [47]And he who lies in the house shall wash his clothes; and he who eats in the house shall wash his clothes.
[48]And if the priestH3548 shall come inH935[H8799][H935][H8800], and lookH7200[H8804] upon it, and, behold, the plagueH5061 hath not spreadH6581[H8804] in the houseH1004, afterH310 the houseH1004 was plaisteredH2902[H8736]: then the priestH3548 shall pronounce the houseH1004 cleanH2891[H8765], because the plagueH5061 is healedH7495.[H8738] [48]And if the priest shall come in and look upon it, and, behold, the plague has not spread in the house after the house was plastered, then the priest shall pronounce the house clean, because the plague has been healed.
[49]And he shall takeH3947[H8804] to cleanseH2398[H8763] the houseH1004 twoH8147 birdsH6833, and cedarH730 woodH6086, and scarletH8144[H8438], and hyssopH231: [49]And he shall take to cleanse the house two birds alive and clean and cedar wood and hyssop and scarlet material;
[50]And he shall killH7819[H8804] the oneH259 of the birdsH6833 in an earthenH2789 vesselH3627 over runningH2416 waterH4325: [50]And the priest shall command and they shall kill one of the birds in an earthen vessel over running water;
