[2]Ye shall keepH8104[H8799] my sabbathsH7676, and reverenceH3372[H8799] my sanctuaryH4720: I am the LORDH3068.
[3]If ye walkH3212[H8799] in my statutesH2708, and keepH8104[H8799] my commandmentsH4687, and doH6213 themH8804;
[4]Then I will giveH5414[H8804] you rainH1653 in due seasonH6256, and the landH776 shall yieldH5414[H8804] her increaseH2981, and the treesH6086 of the fieldH7704 shall yieldH5414[H8799] their fruitH6529.

[14]But if ye will not hearkenH8085[H8799] unto me, and will not doH6213[H8799] all these commandmentsH4687;
[15]And if ye shall despiseH3988[H8799] my statutesH2708, or if your soulH5315 abhorH1602[H8799] my judgmentsH4941, so that ye will not doH6213[H8800] all my commandmentsH4687, but that ye breakH6565[H8687] my covenantH1285:
[16]I also will doH6213[H8799] this unto you; I will even appointH6485[H8689] over you terrorH928, consumptionH7829, and the burning agueH6920, that shall consumeH3615[H8764] the eyesH5869, and cause sorrowH1727[H8688] of heartH5315: and ye shall sowH2232[H8804] your seedH2233 in vainH7385, for your enemiesH341[H8802] shall eatH398 itH8804.

[19]And I will breakH7665[H8804] the prideH1347 of your powerH5797; and I will makeH5414[H8804] your heavenH8064 as ironH1270, and your earthH776 as brassH5154:
[20]And your strengthH3581 shall be spentH8552[H8804] in vainH7385: for your landH776 shall not yieldH5414[H8799] her increaseH2981, neither shall the treesH6086 of the landH776 yieldH5414[H8799] their fruitsH6529.
[21]And if ye walkH3212[H8799] contraryH7147 unto me, and willH14[H8799] not hearkenH8085[H8800] unto me; I will bringH3254 seven timesH7651 moreH3254[H8804] plaguesH4347 upon you according to your sinsH2403.
[22]I will also sendH7971[H8689] wildH7704 beastsH2416 among you, which shall rob you of your childrenH7921[H8765], and destroyH3772[H8689] your cattleH929, and make you few in numberH4591[H8689]; and your high waysH1870 shall be desolateH8074.[H8738]
[23]And if ye will not be reformedH3256[H8735] by me by these things, but will walkH1980[H8804] contrary unto meH7147;
[24]Then will I also walkH1980[H8804] contraryH7147 unto you, and will punishH5221[H8689] you yetH1571 seven timesH7651 for your sinsH2403.
[25]And I will bringH935[H8689] a swordH2719 upon you, that shall avengeH5358[H8802] the quarrelH5359 of my covenantH1285: and when ye are gathered togetherH622[H8738] withinH413 your citiesH5892, I will sendH7971[H8765] the pestilenceH1698 amongH8432 you; and ye shall be deliveredH5414[H8738] into the handH3027 of the enemyH341.[H8802]
[26]And when I have brokenH7665[H8800] the staffH4294 of your breadH3899, tenH6235 womenH802 shall bakeH644[H8804] your breadH3899 in oneH259 ovenH8574, and they shall deliverH7725 you your breadH3899 againH7725[H8689] by weightH4948: and ye shall eatH398[H8804], and not be satisfiedH7646.[H8799]
[27]And if ye will not for all thisH2063 hearkenH8085[H8799] unto me, but walkH1980[H8804] contrary unto meH7147;
[28]Then I will walkH1980[H8804] contraryH7147 unto you also in furyH2534; and I, evenH637 I, will chastiseH3256[H8765] you seven timesH7651 for your sinsH2403.
[29]And ye shall eatH398[H8804] the fleshH1320 of your sonsH1121, and the fleshH1320 of your daughtersH1323 shall ye eatH398.[H8799]
[30]And I will destroyH8045[H8689] your high placesH1116, and cut downH3772[H8689] your imagesH2553, and castH5414[H8804] your carcasesH6297 upon the carcasesH6297 of your idolsH1544, and my soulH5315 shall abhorH1602 youH8804.
[31]And I will makeH5414[H8804] your citiesH5892 wasteH2723, and bringH8074 your sanctuariesH4720 unto desolationH8074[H8689], and I will not smellH7306[H8686] the savourH7381 of your sweet odoursH5207.
[32]And I will bringH8074 the landH776 into desolationH8074[H8689]: and your enemiesH341[H8802] which dwellH3427[H8802] therein shall be astonishedH8074 at itH8804.
[33]And I will scatterH2219[H8762] you among the heathenH1471, and will draw outH7324[H8689] a swordH2719 afterH310 you: and your landH776 shall be desolateH8077, and your citiesH5892 wasteH2723.
[34]Then shall the landH776 enjoyH7521[H8799] her sabbathsH7676, as longH3117 as it lieth desolateH8074[H8715], and ye be in your enemiesH341'H8802 landH776; even then shall the landH776 restH7673[H8799], and enjoyH7521[H8689] her sabbathsH7676.
[35]As long asH3117 it lieth desolateH8074[H8715] it shall restH7673[H8799]; because it did not restH7673[H8804] in your sabbathsH7676, when ye dweltH3427 upon itH8800.
[36]And upon them that are leftH7604[H8737] alive of you I will sendH935[H8689] a faintnessH4816 into their heartsH3824 in the landsH776 of their enemiesH341[H8802]; and the soundH6963 of a shakenH5086[H8737] leafH5929 shall chaseH7291[H8804] them; and they shall fleeH5127[H8804], as fleeingH4499 from a swordH2719; and they shall fallH5307[H8804] when none pursuethH7291.[H8802]
[37]And they shall fallH3782[H8804] oneH376 upon anotherH251, as it were beforeH6440 a swordH2719, when none pursuethH7291[H8802]: and ye shall have no power to standH8617 beforeH6440 your enemiesH341.[H8802]
[38]And ye shall perishH6[H8804] among the heathenH1471, and the landH776 of your enemiesH341[H8802] shall eat you upH398.[H8804]
[39]And they that are leftH7604[H8737] of you shall pine awayH4743[H8735] in their iniquityH5771 in your enemiesH341'H8802 landsH776; and also in the iniquitiesH5771 of their fathersH1 shall they pine awayH4743 with themH8735.
[40]If they shall confessH3034[H8694] their iniquityH5771, and the iniquityH5771 of their fathersH1, with their trespassH4604 which they trespassedH4603[H8804] against me, and that also they have walkedH1980[H8804] contrary unto meH7147;
[41]And that I also have walkedH3212[H8799] contraryH7147 unto them, and have broughtH935[H8689] them into the landH776 of their enemiesH341[H8802]; if thenH176 their uncircumcisedH6189 heartsH3824 be humbledH3665[H8735], and they then acceptH7521[H8799] of the punishment of their iniquityH5771:
[42]Then will I rememberH2142[H8804] my covenantH1285 with JacobH3290, and also my covenantH1285 with IsaacH3327, and also my covenantH1285 with AbrahamH85 will I rememberH2142[H8799]; and I will rememberH2142[H8799] the landH776.
[43]The landH776 also shall be leftH5800[H8735] of them, and shall enjoyH7521[H8799] her sabbathsH7676, while she lieth desolateH8074[H8715] without them: and they shall acceptH7521[H8799] of the punishment of their iniquityH5771: becauseH3282, even becauseH3282 they despisedH3988[H8804] my judgmentsH4941, and because their soulH5315 abhorredH1602[H8804] my statutesH2708.
[44]And yetH637 for all thatH2063, when they beH1571 in the landH776 of their enemiesH341[H8802], I will not cast them awayH3988[H8804], neither will I abhorH1602[H8804] them, to destroy them utterlyH3615[H8763], and to breakH6565[H8687] my covenantH1285 with them: for I am the LORDH3068 their GodH430.
[45]But I will for their sakes rememberH2142[H8804] the covenantH1285 of their ancestorsH7223, whom I brought forthH3318[H8689] out of the landH776 of EgyptH4714 in the sightH5869 of the heathenH1471, that I might be their GodH430: I am the LORDH3068.
[46]These are the statutesH2706 and judgmentsH4941 and lawsH8451, which the LORDH3068 madeH5414[H8804] between him and the childrenH1121 of IsraelH3478 in mountH2022 SinaiH5514 by the handH3027 of MosesH4872.
