[2]καίC διαγογγύζωV1I-IAI3P ἐπίP *μωυσῆςN1M-ASM καίC *ἀαρώνN--ASM πᾶςA3-NPMRA-NPM υἱόςN2-NPM *ἰσραήλN--GSM καίC εἶπονVAI-AAI3P πρόςP αὐτόςRD-APM πᾶςA1S-NSFRA-NSF συναγωγήN1-NSF ὀφείλωVB-AAPNSN ἀποθνήσκωVBI-AAI1P ἐνP γῆN1-DSF *αἴγυπτοςN2-DSFC ἐνPRA-DSF ἔρημοςN2-DSF οὗτοςRD-DSF εἰC ἀποθνήσκωVBI-AAI1P [2]And all the children of Israel murmured against Moses and against Aaron; and the whole congregation said to them, Would God we had died in the land of Egypt! Or would God that we had died in this wilderness!

We were better off when we dwelt in Egypt.
[4]καίC εἶπονVAI-AAI3P ἕτεροςA1A-NSMRA-DSM ἕτεροςA1A-DSM δίδωμιVO-AAS1P ἀρχηγόςN2-ASM καίC ἀποστρέφωVA-AAS1P εἰςP *αἴγυπτοςN2-ASF [4]And they said one to another, Let us appoint a leader, and let us return to Egypt
[5]καίC πίπτωVAI-AAI3S *μωυσῆςN1M-NSM καίC *ἀαρώνN--NSM ἐπίP πρόσωπονN2N-ASN ἐναντίονP πᾶςA1S-GSF συναγωγήN1-GSF υἱόςN2-GPM *ἰσραήλN--GSM [5]Then Moses and Aaron fell on their faces before all the assembly of the congregation of the children of Israel.
[6]*ἰησοῦςN--NSM δέXRA-NSMRA-GSM *ναυηN--GSM καίC *χαλεβN--NSMRA-NSMRA-GSM *ιεφοννηN--GSMRA-GPM κατασκέπτομαιVA-AMPGPMRA-ASF γῆN1-ASF διαῥήγνυμιVAI-AAI3PRA-APN ἱμάτιονN2N-APN αὐτόςRD-GPM [6]And Joshua the son of Nun, and Caleb the son of Jophaniah, who were of those who had spied out the land, rent their clothes;
[7]καίC εἶπονVAI-AAI3P πρόςP πᾶςA1S-ASF συναγωγήN1-ASF υἱόςN2-GPM *ἰσραήλN--GSM λέγωV1-PAPNPMRA-NSF γῆN1-NSF ὅςRR-ASF κατασκέπτομαιVAI-AMI1P αὐτόςRD-ASF ἀγαθόςA1-NSF εἰμίV9-PAI3S σφόδραD σφόδραD [7]And they said to all the congregation of the children of Israel, The land through which we passed to spy it out is an exceedingly good land.
[8]εἰC αἱρετίζωV1-PAI3S ἐγώRP-AP κύριοςN2-NSM εἰςἄγωVF-FAI3S ἐγώRP-AP εἰςPRA-ASF γῆN1-ASF οὗτοςRD-ASF καίC δίδωμιVF-FAI3S αὐτόςRD-ASF ἐγώRP-DP γῆN1-NSF ὅστιςRX-NSF εἰμίV9-PAI3S ῥέωV2-PAPNSF γάλαN3-ASN καίC μέλιN3T-ASN [8]If the LORD delights in us, he will bring us into this land and give it to us, a land which flows indeed with milk and honey.
[9]ἀλλάC ἀπόPRA-GSM κύριοςN2-GSM μήD ἀποστάτηςN1M-NPM γίγνομαιV1-PMD2P σύRP-NP δέX μήD φοβέωVC-APD2PRA-ASM λαόςN2-ASMRA-GSF γῆN1-GSF ὅτιC κατάβρωμαN3M-ASN ἐγώRP-DP εἰμίV9-PAI3S ἀποἵστημιVXI-XAI3S γάρXRA-NSM καιρόςN2-NSM ἀπόP αὐτόςRD-GPMRA-NSM δέX κύριοςN2-NSM ἐνP ἐγώRP-DP μήD φοβέωVC-APS2P αὐτόςRD-APM [9]Only do not rebel against the LORD, neither be afraid of the people of the land; for their conquest will be as easy as eating bread; their strength has left them, and the LORD is with us; fear them not.
[10]καίC εἶπονVBI-AAI3S πᾶςA1S-NSFRA-NSF συναγωγήN1-NSF καταλιθοβολέωVA-AAN αὐτόςRD-APM ἐνP λίθοςN2-DPM καίCRA-NSF δόξαN1S-NSF κύριοςN2-GSM ὁράωVVI-API3S ἐνP νεφέληN1-DSF ἐπίPRA-GSF σκηνήN1-GSFRA-GSN μαρτύριονN2N-GSN ἐνP πᾶςA3-DPMRA-DPM υἱόςN2-DPM *ἰσραήλN--GSM [10]But the whole congregation said to stone them with stones. And the glory of the LORD appeared in the cloud in the tabernacle of the congregation before all the children of Israel
[11]καίC εἶπονVBI-AAI3S κύριοςN2-NSM πρόςP *μωυσῆςN1M-ASM ἕωςP τίςRI-GSN παραὀξύνωV1-PAI3S ἐγώRP-ASRA-NSM λαόςN2-NSM οὗτοςRD-NSM καίC ἕωςP τίςRI-GSN οὐD πιστεύωV1-PAI3P ἐγώRP-DS ἐνP πᾶςA3-DPNRA-DPN σημεῖονN2N-DPN ὅςRR-DPN ποιέωVAI-AAI1S ἐνP αὐτόςRD-DPM [11]And the LORD said to Moses, How long will this people provoke me? And how long will they not believe me, for all the signs which I have done among them?
[12]πατάσσωVF-FAI1S αὐτόςRD-APM θάνατοςN2-DSM καίC ἀποὀλλύωVF2-FAI1S αὐτόςRD-APM καίC ποιέωVA-AAS1S σύRP-AS καίCRA-ASM οἶκοςN2-ASMRA-GSM πατήρN3-GSM σύRP-GS εἰςP ἔθνοςN3E-ASN μέγαςA1P-ASN καίC πολύςA1P-ASN μᾶλλονDC οὗτοςRD-ASN [12]I will smite them with pestilence, and destroy them, and I will make of you a nation which is greater and mightier than they.
[13]καίC εἶπονVBI-AAI3S *μωυσῆςN1M-NSM πρόςP κύριοςN2-ASM καίD ἀκούωVF-FMI3S *αἴγυπτοςN2-NSF ὅτιC ἀναἄγωVBI-AAI2SRA-DSF ἰσχύςN3U-DSF σύRP-GSRA-ASM λαόςN2-ASM οὗτοςRD-ASM ἐκP αὐτόςRD-GPM [13]And Moses said to the LORD, Then the Egyptians shall hear it (for thou didst bring up this people in thy might from among them),
[14]ἀλλάC καίD πᾶςA3-NPMRA-NPM καταοἰκέωV2-PAPNPM ἐπίPRA-GSF γῆN1-GSF οὗτοςRD-GSF ἀκούωVX-XAI3P ὅτιC σύRP-NS εἰμίV9-PAI2S κύριοςN2-NSM ἐνPRA-DSM λαόςN2-DSM οὗτοςRD-DSM ὅστιςRX-NSM ὀφθαλμόςN2-DPM κατάP ὀφθαλμόςN2-APM ὀπτάζομαιV1-PPI2S κύριοςN2-VSM καίCRA-NSF νεφέληN1-NSF σύRP-GS ἐπιἵστημιVXI-XAI3S ἐπίP αὐτόςRD-GPM καίC ἐνP στῦλοςN2-DSM νεφέληN1-GSF σύRP-NS πορεύομαιV1-PMI2S πρότεροςA1A-NSMC αὐτόςRD-GPMRA-ASF ἡμέραN1A-ASF καίC ἐνP στῦλοςN2-DSM πῦρN3-GSNRA-ASF νύξN3-ASF [14]And they will tell it to the inhabitants of this land; for they have heard that thou LORD art in the midst of this people, that thou LORD art seen face to face, and that thy cloud stands over them, and that thou goest before them in a pillar of cloud by day and in a pillar of fire by night.
[15]καίC ἐκτρίβωVF-FAI2SRA-ASM λαόςN2-ASM οὗτοςRD-ASM ὡσείD ἄνθρωποςN2-ASM εἷςA3-ASM καίC εἶπονVF2-FAI3PRA-NPN ἔθνοςN3E-NPN ὅσοςA1-NPM ἀκούωVX-XAI3PRA-ASN ὄνομαN3M-ASN σύRP-GS λέγωV1-PAPNPM [15]And if thou shalt kill all this people as one man, then the nations who have heard the fame of thee will say,
[16]παράPRA-ASN μήD δύναμαιV6-PMN κύριοςN2-ASM εἰςἄγωVB-AANRA-ASM λαόςN2-ASM οὗτοςRD-ASM εἰςPRA-ASF γῆN1-ASF ὅςRR-ASF ὄμνυμιVAI-AAI3S αὐτόςRD-DPM καταστρώννυμιVAI-AAI3S αὐτόςRD-APM ἐνPRA-DSF ἔρημοςN2-DSF [16]Because the LORD was not able to bring this people into the land which he swore to them, therefore he has slain them in the wilderness.
[17]καίC νῦνD ὑψόωVC-APD3SRA-NSF ἰσχύςN3U-NSF σύRP-GS κύριοςN2-VSM ὅςRR-ASM τρόποςN2-ASM εἶπονVAI-AAI2S λέγωV1-PAPNSM [17]And now, let thy power, O LORD, be great according as thou hast spoken, saying,
[18]κύριοςN2-NSM μακρόθυμοςA1B-NSM καίC πολυέλεοςA1B-NSM καίC ἀληθινόςA1-NSM ἀποαἱρέωV2-PAPNSM ἀνομίαN1A-GSF καίC ἀδικίαN1A-GSF καίC ἁμαρτίαN1A-GSF καίC καθαρισμόςN2-DSM οὐD καθαρίζωVF2-FAI3SRA-ASM ἔνοχοςA1B-ASM ἀποδίδωμιV8-PAPNSM ἁμαρτίαN1A-GSF πατήρN3-GPM ἐπίP τέκνονN2N-APN ἕωςC τρίτοςA1-GSF καίC τέταρτοςA1-GSF [18]The LORD is longsuffering and of great mercy, and thou forgivest iniquity and transgression, by no means clearing the guilty, but visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children and upon their children's children to the third and fourth generation.
[19]ἀποἵημιVB-AAD2SRA-ASF ἁμαρτίαN1A-ASFRA-DSM λαόςN2-DSM οὗτοςRD-DSM κατάPRA-ASN μέγαςA1P-ASN ἔλεοςN3E-ASN σύRP-GS καθάπερD ἵλεωςA1B-NSM αὐτόςRD-DPM γίγνομαιVBI-AMI2S ἀπόP *αἴγυπτοςN2-GSF ἕωςPRA-GSM νῦνD [19]Pardon the iniquity of this people according to the greatness of thy mercy, and as thou hast forgiven them from Egypt even until now
[20]καίC εἶπονVBI-AAI3S κύριοςN2-NSM πρόςP *μωυσῆςN1M-ASM ἵλεωςA1B-NSM αὐτόςRD-DPM εἰμίV9-PAI1S κατάPRA-ASN ῥῆμαN3M-ASN σύRP-GS [20]And the LORD said to Moses, I have forgiven them according to your word;
[21]ἀλλάC ζάωV3-PAI1S ἐγώRP-NS καίC ζάωV3-PAPNSNRA-NSN ὄνομαN3M-NSN ἐγώRP-GS καίC ἐνπίμπλημιVF-FAI3SRA-NSF δόξαN1S-NSF κύριοςN2-GSM πᾶςA1S-ASFRA-ASF γῆN1-ASF [21]But as truly as I live, the whole earth shall be filled with the glory of the LORD.
[22]ὅτιC πᾶςA3-NPMRA-NPM ἀνήρN3-NPMRA-NPM ὁράωV3-PAPNPMRA-ASF δόξαN1S-ASF ἐγώRP-GS καίCRA-APN σημεῖονN2N-APN ὅςRR-APN ποιέωVAI-AAI1S ἐνP *αἴγυπτοςN2-DSF καίC ἐνPRA-DSF ἔρημοςN2-DSF οὗτοςRD-DSF καίC πειράζωVAI-AAI3P ἐγώRP-AS οὗτοςRD-ASN δέκατοςA1-ASN καίC οὐD εἰςἀκούωV1-PAPASF ἐγώRP-GSRA-GSF φωνήN1-GSF [22]And yet all the men who have seen my glory and the signs which I did in Egypt and in the wilderness have tempted me, behold now, these ten times, and have not hearkened to my voice;
[23]C μήνX οὐD ὁράωVF-FMI3PRA-ASF γῆN1-ASF ὅςRR-ASF ὄμνυμιVAI-AAI1SRA-DPM πατήρN3R-DPM αὐτόςRD-GPM ἀλλάCCRA-APN τέκνονN2N-APN αὐτόςRD-GPM ὅςRR-APN εἰμίV9-PAI3S μετάP ἐγώRP-GS ὧδεD ὅσοςA1-NPM οὐD οἶδαVX-XAI3P ἀγαθόςA1-ASN οὐδέC κακόςA1-ASN πᾶςA3-NSM νέοςA1A-NSMC ἄπειροςA1B-NSM οὗτοςRD-DPM δίδωμιVF-FAI1SRA-ASF γῆN1-ASF πᾶςA3-NPM δέXRA-NPM παραὀξύνωVA-AAPNPM ἐγώRP-AS οὐD ὁράωVF-FMI3P αὐτόςRD-ASF [23]Surely they shall not see the land which I swore to their fathers, neither shall any one of those who provoked me see it;
[24]RA-NSM δέX παῖςN3D-NSM ἐγώRP-GS *χαλεβN--NSM ὅτιC γίγνομαιVCI-API3S πνεῦμαN3M-ASN ἕτεροςA1A-ASN ἐνP αὐτόςRD-DSM καίC ἐπιἀκολουθέωVAI-AAI3S ἐγώRP-DS εἰςἄγωVF-FAI1S αὐτόςRD-ASM εἰςPRA-ASF γῆN1-ASF εἰςP ὅςRR-ASF εἰςἔρχομαιVBI-AAI3S ἐκεῖD καίCRA-ASN σπέρμαN3M-ASN αὐτόςRD-GSM κληρονομέωVF-FAI3S αὐτόςRD-ASF [24]But my servant Caleb, because he has my spirit with him and has followed me fully, I will bring into the land into which he went; and his descendants shall possess it.
[25]RA-NSM δέX *αμαληκN--NSM καίCRA-NSM *χαναναῖοςN2-NSM καταοἰκέωV2-PAI3P ἐνPRA-DSF κοιλάςN3D-DSF αὔριονD ἐπιστρέφωVD-APS2P σύRP-NP καίC ἀποαἴρωVA-AAD2P εἰςPRA-ASF ἔρημοςN2-ASF ὁδόςN2-ASF θάλασσαN1S-ASF ἐρυθρόςA1A-ASF [25](Now the Amalekites and the Canaanites dwelt in the mountains.) Tomorrow turn and set out for the wilderness by the way of the Red Sea.
[26]καίC εἶπονVBI-AAI3S κύριοςN2-NSM πρόςP *μωυσῆςN1M-ASM καίC *ἀαρώνN--ASM λέγωV1-PAPNSM [26]And the LORD spoke to Moses and to Aaron, saying,
[27]ἕωςP τίςRI-GSNRA-ASF συναγωγήN1-ASFRA-ASF πονηρόςA1A-ASF οὗτοςRD-ASF ὅςRR-APN αὐτόςRD-NPM γογγύζωV1-PAI3P ἐναντίονP ἐγώRP-GSRA-ASF γόγγυσιςN3I-ASFRA-GPM υἱόςN2-GPM *ἰσραήλN--GSM ὅςRR-ASF γογγύζωVAI-AAI3P περίP σύRP-GP ἀκούωVX-XAI1S [27]How long shall this wicked congregation murmur in my presence? I have heard the complaints of the children of Israel which they murmur in my presence.
[28]εἶπονVBI-AAI3P αὐτόςRD-DPM ζάωV3-PAI1S ἐγώRP-NS λέγωV1-PAI3S κύριοςN2-NSMC μήνX ὅςRR-ASM τρόποςN2-ASM λαλέωVX-XAI2P εἰςPRA-APN οὖςN3T-APN ἐγώRP-GS οὕτωςD ποιέωVA-AAS1S σύRP-DP [28]Say to them, As I live, says the LORD, as you have spoken in my presence, so will I do to you;
[29]ἐνPRA-DSF ἔρημοςN2-DSF οὗτοςRD-DSF πίπτωVF2-FMI3SRA-APN κῶλονN2N-APN σύRP-GP καίC πᾶςA1S-NSFRA-NSF ἐπισκοπήN1-NSF σύRP-GP καίCRA-NPM καταἀριθμέωVX-XMPNPM σύRP-GP ἀπόP εἰκοσαετήςA3H-GSM καίC ἐπάνωD ὅσοςA1-NPM γογγύζωVAI-AAI3P ἐπίP ἐγώRP-DS [29]Your corpses shall fall in this wilderness; and all that were numbered of you, according to your whole number, from twenty years old and upward, because you have murmured against me.
[30]εἰC σύRP-NP εἰςἔρχομαιVF-FMI2P εἰςPRA-ASF γῆN1-ASF ἐπίP ὅςRR-ASF ἐκτείνωVAI-AAI1SRA-ASF χείρN3-ASF ἐγώRP-GS κατασκηνόωVA-AAN σύRP-AP ἐπίP αὐτόςRD-GSF ἀλλάCC *χαλεβN--NSM υἱόςN2-NSM *ιεφοννηN--GSM καίC *ἰησοῦςN--NSMRA-NSMRA-GSM *ναυηN--GSM [30]You shall not come into the land concerning which I swore to make you dwell therein, except Caleb the son of Jophaniah, and Joshua the son of Nun.
[31]καίCRA-APN παιδίονN2N-APN ὅςRR-APN εἶπονVAI-AAI2P ἐνP διαρπαγήN1-DSF εἰμίVF-FMN εἰςἄγωVF-FAI1S αὐτόςRD-APM εἰςPRA-ASF γῆN1-ASF καίC κληρονομέωVF-FAI3PRA-ASF γῆN1-ASF ὅςRR-ASF σύRP-NP ἀποἵστημιVHI-AAI2P ἀπόP αὐτόςRD-GSF [31]But your little ones, who you said would become the prey, and your sons who today do not know good and evil, they shall enter into the land, and I will bring them there, and they shall know the land which you have despised.
[32]καίCRA-APN κῶλονN2N-APN σύRP-GP πίπτωVF2-FMI3S ἐνPRA-DSF ἔρημοςN2-DSF οὗτοςRD-DSF [32]But as for you, your corpses shall fall in this wilderness.
[33]RA-NPM δέX υἱόςN2-NPM σύRP-GP εἰμίVF-FMI3P νέμωV1-PMPNPM ἐνPRA-DSF ἔρημοςN2-DSF τεσσαράκονταM ἔτοςN3E-APN καίC ἀναφέρωVF-FAI3PRA-ASF πορνείαN1A-ASF σύRP-GP ἕωςC ἄνX ἀναἁλίσκωVC-APS3SRA-APN κῶλονN2N-APN σύRP-GP ἐνPRA-DSF ἔρημοςN2-DSF [33]And your sons shall be shepherds forty years in this wilderness, and shall suffer for your whoredom until your corpses are consumed in this wilderness.
[34]κατάPRA-ASM ἀριθμόςN2-ASMRA-GPF ἡμέραN1A-GPF ὅσοςA1-APF κατασκέπτομαιVAI-AMI2PRA-ASF γῆN1-ASF τεσσαράκονταM ἡμέραN1A-APF ἡμέραN1A-ASFRA-GSM ἐνιαυτόςN2-GSM λαμβάνωVF-FMI2PRA-APF ἁμαρτίαN1A-APF σύRP-GP τεσσαράκονταM ἔτοςN3E-APN καίC γιγνώσκωVF-FMI2PRA-ASM θυμόςN2-ASMRA-GSF ὀργήN1-GSF ἐγώRP-GS [34]According to the number of the days in which you spied out the land, even forty days, a year for each day, shall you suffer for your iniquities, forty years; then you shall know that it is because you have murmured before me.
[35]ἐγώRP-NS κύριοςN2-NSM λαλέωVAI-AAI1SC μήνX οὕτωςD ποιέωVA-AAS1SRA-DSF συναγωγήN1-DSFRA-DSF πονηρόςA1A-DSF οὗτοςRD-DSFRA-DSF ἐπι συνἵστημιVH-AMPDSF ἐπίP ἐγώRP-AS ἐνPRA-DSF ἔρημοςN2-DSF οὗτοςRD-DSF ἐκ ἀναἁλίσκωVC-FPI3P καίC ἐκεῖD ἀποθνήσκωVF2-FMI3P [35]I the LORD have said, I will surely do it to all this evil congregation that are gathered together before me; in this wilderness they shall be consumed, and there they shall die
[36]καίCRA-NPM ἄνθρωποςN2-NPM ὅςRR-APM ἀποστέλλωVAI-AAI3S *μωυσῆςN1M-NSM κατασκέπτομαιVA-AMNRA-ASF γῆN1-ASF καίC παραγίγνομαιVC-APPNPM διαγογγύζωVAI-AAI3P κατάP αὐτόςRD-GSF πρόςPRA-ASF συναγωγήN1-ASF ἐκφέρωVA-AAN ῥῆμαN3M-APN πονηρόςA1A-APN περίPRA-GSF γῆN1-GSF [36]And the men whom Moses sent to spy out the land, who returned and made all the congregation murmur against him by publishing an evil report concerning the land,
[37]καίC ἀποθνήσκωVBI-AAI3PRA-NPM ἄνθρωποςN2-NPMRA-NPM καταεἶπονVB-AAPNDM κατάPRA-GSF γῆN1-GSF πονηρόςA1A-APN ἐνPRA-DSF πληγήN1-DSF ἔναντιP κύριοςN2-GSM [37]These men who published an evil report of the land died by a sudden plague before the LORD.
[38]καίC *ἰησοῦςN--NSM υἱόςN2-NSM *ναυηN--GSM καίC *χαλεβN--NSM υἱόςN2-NSM *ιεφοννηN--GSM ζάωVAI-AAI3P ἀπόPRA-GPM ἄνθρωποςN2-GPM ἐκεῖνοςRD-GPMRA-GPM πορεύομαιVM-XMPGPM κατασκέπτομαιVA-AMNRA-ASF γῆN1-ASF [38]But Joshua the son of Nun, and Caleb the son of Jophaniah, who were of the men who went to spy out the land, still lived.
[39]καίC λαλέωVAI-AAI3S *μωυσῆςN1M-NSMRA-APN ῥῆμαN3M-APN οὗτοςRD-APN πρόςP πᾶςA3-APM υἱόςN2-APM *ἰσραήλN--GSM καίC πενθέωVAI-AAI3SRA-NSM λαόςN2-NSM σφόδραD [39]And Moses told these sayings to all the children of Israel; and the people mourned greatly.
[40]καίC ὀρθρίζωVA-AAPNPMRA-ASN πρωΐD ἀναβαίνωVZI-AAI3P εἰςPRA-ASF κορυφήN1-ASFRA-GSN ὄροςN3E-GSN λέγωV1-PAPNPM ἰδούI ὅδεRD-NPM ἐγώRP-NP ἀναβαίνωVF-FMI1P εἰςPRA-ASM τόποςN2-ASM ὅςRR-ASM εἶπονVBI-AAI3S κύριοςN2-NSM ὅτιC ἁμαρτάνωVBI-AAI1P [40]And they rose up early in the morning and went up to the top of the mountain, saying, Behold, we will go up to the place which the LORD has promised us; for we have sinned.
[41]καίC εἶπονVBI-AAI3S *μωυσῆςN1M-NSM ἵναC τίςRI-ASN σύRP-NP παραβαίνωV1-PAI2PRA-ASN ῥῆμαN3M-ASN κύριοςN2-GSM οὐD εὔοδοςA1B-NPN εἰμίVF-FMI3S σύRP-DP [41]And Moses said to them, Why now do you transgress the commandment of the LORD? Therefore you shall not succeed.
[42]μήD ἀναβαίνωV1-PAI2P οὐD γάρX εἰμίV9-PAI3S κύριοςN2-NSM μετάP σύRP-GP καίC πίπτωVF2-FMI2P πρόP πρόσωπονN2N-GSNRA-GPM ἐχθρόςN2-GPM σύRP-GP [42]Do not go up, for the LORD is not with you; lest you be defeated before your enemies.
[43]ὅτιCRA-NSM *αμαληκN--NSM καίCRA-NSM *χαναναῖοςN2-NSM ἐκεῖD ἔμπροσθενP σύRP-GP καίC πίπτωVF2-FMI2P μάχαιραN1A-DSF ὅςRR-GSM εἵνεκενP ἀποστρέφωVDI-API2P ἀπειθέωV2-PAPNPM κύριοςN2-DSM καίC οὐD εἰμίVF-FMI3S κύριοςN2-NSM ἐνP σύRP-DP [43]For the Canaanites and the Amalekites are there before you, and you shall fall by the sword; because you are turned away from following the LORD, therefore the LORD will not be with you.
[44]καίC διαβιάζομαιVA-AMPNPM ἀναβαίνωVZI-AAI3P ἐπίPRA-ASF κορυφήN1-ASFRA-GSN ὄροςN3E-GSNRA-NSF δέX κιβωτόςN2-NSFRA-GSF διαθήκηN1-GSF κύριοςN2-GSM καίC *μωυσῆςN1M-NSM οὐD κινέωVCI-API3P ἐκPRA-GSF παρεμβολήN1-GSF [44]Yet they started to go up to the top of the mountain; but neither the ark of the covenant of the LORD nor Moses departed out of the camp.
[45]καίC καταβαίνωVZI-AAI3SRA-NSM *αμαληκN--NSM καίCRA-NSM *χαναναῖοςN2-NSMRA-NSM ἐν καταἧμαιV5-PMPNSM ἐνPRA-DSN ὄροςN3E-DSN ἐκεῖνοςRD-DSN καίC τρέπωVAI-AMI3P αὐτόςRD-APM καίC κατακόπτωVAI-AAI3P αὐτόςRD-APM ἕωςP *ερμανN--GSM καίC ἀποστρέφωVDI-API3P εἰςPRA-ASF παρεμβολήN1-ASF [45]Then the Amalekites and the Canaanites who dwelt in that mountain came down and smote them and pursued them as far as Hirmah
