[4]μεγαλόφρωνN3N-NSM ἐπίP ὕβριςN3I-DSF θρασυκάρδιοςA1B-NSM λαμπτήρN3-NSM δέX ἀσεβήςA3H-GPM ἁμαρτίαN1A-NSF [4]A haughty look, and a proud heart—the tillage of the wicked is sin.
5[No verse] [5]The thoughts of the diligent tend only to plenteousness; but every one that is hasty hasteth only to want.
[6]RA-NSM ἐνἐργέωV2-PAPNSM θησαύρισμαN3M-APN γλῶσσαN1S-DSF ψευδήςA3H-DSM μάταιοςA1A-APN διώκωV1-PAI3S ἐπίP παγίςN3D-GSF θάνατοςN2-GSM [6]The getting of treasures by a lying tongue is a vapour driven to and fro; they that seek them seek death.
[7]ὄλεθροςN2-NSM ἀσεβήςA3H-DPM ἐπιξενόωVC-FPI3S οὐD γάρX βούλομαιV1-PMI3P πράσσωV1-PANRA-APN δίκαιοςA1A-APN [7]The violence of the wicked shall drag them away; because they refuse to do justly.

[10]ψυχήN1-NSF ἀσεβήςA3H-GSM οὐD ἐλεέωVC-FPI3S ὑπόP οὐδείςA3-GSMRA-GPM ἄνθρωποςN2-GPM [10]The soul of the wicked desireth evil; his neighbour findeth no favour in his eyes.
[11]ζημιόωV4-PMPGSM ἀκόλαστοςA1B-GSM πανοῦργοςA1B-NSMC γίγνομαιV1-PMI3SRA-NSM ἄκακοςA1B-NSM συνἵημιV7-PAPNSM δέX σοφόςA1-NSM δέχομαιVF-FMI3S γνῶσιςN3I-ASF [11]When the scorner is punished, the thoughtless is made wise; and when the wise is instructed, he receiveth knowledge.
[12]συνἵημιV7-PAI3S δίκαιοςA1A-NSM καρδίαN1A-APF ἀσεβήςA3H-GPM καίC φαυλίζωV1-PAI3S ἀσεβήςA3H-APM ἐνP κακόςA1-DPM [12]The Righteous One considereth the house of the wicked; overthrowing the wicked to their ruin.

[14]δόσιςN3I-NSF λάθριοςA1B-NSF ἀνατρέπωV1-PAI3S ὀργήN1-APF δῶρονN2N-GPN δέXRA-NSM φείδομαιV1-PMPNSM θυμόςN2-ASM ἐγείρωV1-PAI3S ἰσχυρόςA1A-ASM [14]A gift in secret pacifieth anger, and a present in the bosom strong wrath.
[15]εὐφροσύνηN1-NSF δίκαιοςA1A-GPM ποιέωV2-PAN κρίμαN3M-ASN ὅσιοςA1A-NSM δέX ἀκάθαρτοςA1B-NSM παράP κακοῦργοςA1B-DPM [15]To do justly is joy to the righteous, but ruin to the workers of iniquity.
[16]ἀνήρN3-NSM πλανάωV3-PMPNSM ἐκP ὁδόςN2-GSF δικαιοσύνηN1-GSF ἐνP συναγωγήN1-DSF γίγαςN3-GPM ἀναπαύωVF-FMI3S [16]The man that strayeth out of the way of understanding shall rest in the congregation of the shades.
[17]ἀνήρN3-NSM ἐνδεήςA3H-NSM ἀγαπάωV3-PAI3S εὐφροσύνηN1-ASF φιλέωV2-PAPNSM οἶνοςN2-ASM καίC ἔλαιονN2N-ASN εἰςP πλοῦτοςN2-ASM [17]He that loveth pleasure shall be a poor man; he that loveth wine and oil shall not be rich.
[18]περικάθαρμαN3M-NSN δέX δίκαιοςA1A-GSM ἄνομοςA1B-NSM [18]The wicked is a ransom for the righteous; and the faithless cometh in the stead of the upright.
[19]κρείσσωνA3C-NSN οἰκέωV2-PAN ἐνP γῆN1-DSF ἔρημοςN2-DSFC μετάP γυνήN3K-GSF μάχιμοςA1B-GSF καίC γλωσσώδηςA3H-GSF καίC ὀργίλοςA1B-GSF [19]It is better to dwell in a desert land, than with a contentious and fretful woman.
[20]θησαυρόςN2-NSM ἐπιθυμητόςA1-NSM ἀναπαύωVF-FMI3S ἐπίP στόμαN3M-GSN σοφόςA1-GSM ἄφρωνA3N-NPM δέX ἀνήρN3-NPM καταπίνωVF-FMI3P αὐτόςRD-ASM [20]There is desirable treasure and oil in the dwelling of the wise; but a foolish man swalloweth it up.
[21]ὁδόςN2-NSF δικαιοσύνηN1-GSF καίC ἐλεημοσύνηN1-GSF εὑρίσκωVF-FAI3S ζωήN1-ASF καίC δόξαN1S-ASF [21]He that followeth after righteousness and mercy findeth life, prosperity, and honour.
[22]πόλιςN3I-APF ὀχυρόςA1A-APF ἐπιβαίνωVZI-AAI3S σοφόςA1-NSM καίC κατααἱρέωVBI-AAI3SRA-ASN ὀχύρωμαN3M-ASN ἐπίP ὅςRR-DSM πείθωVXI-YAI3PRA-NPM ἀσεβήςA3H-NPM [22]A wise man scaleth the city of the mighty, and bringeth down the stronghold wherein it trusteth.
[23]ὅςRR-NSM φυλάσσωV1-PAI3SRA-ASN στόμαN3M-ASN αὐτόςRD-GSM καίCRA-ASF γλῶσσαN1S-ASF διατηρέωV2-PAI3S ἐκP θλῖψιςN3I-GSFRA-ASF ψυχήN1-ASF αὐτόςRD-GSM [23]Whoso keepeth his mouth and his tongue keepeth his soul from troubles.
[24]θρασύςA3U-NSM καίC αὐθάδηςA3H-NSM καίC ἀλαζώνN3N-NSM λοιμόςA1B-NSM καλέωV2-PMI3S ὅςRR-NSM δέX μνησικακέωV2-PAI3S παράνομοςA1B-NSM [24]A proud and haughty man, scorner is his name, even he that dealeth in overbearing pride.
[25]ἐπιθυμίαN1A-NPF ὀκνηρόςA1A-ASM ἀποκτείνωV1-PAI3P οὐD γάρX προαἱρέωV2-PMI3PRA-NPF χείρN3-NPF αὐτόςRD-GSM ποιέωV2-PAN τιςRI-ASN [25]The desire of the slothful killeth him; for his hands refuse to labour.
[26]ἀσεβήςA3H-NSM ἐπιθυμέωV2-PAI3S ὅλοςA1-ASFRA-ASF ἡμέραN1A-ASF ἐπιθυμίαN1A-APF κακόςA1-APFRA-NSM δέX δίκαιοςA1A-NSM ἐλεάωV3-PAI3S καίC οἰκτείρωV1-PAI3S ἀφειδῶςD [26]There is that coveteth greedily all the day long; but the righteous giveth and spareth not.
[27]θυσίαN1A-NPF ἀσεβήςA3H-GPM βδέλυγμαN3M-NSN κύριοςN2-DSM καίC γάρX παρανόμωςD προςφέρωV1-PAI3P αὐτόςRD-APF [27]Th sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination; how much more, when he bringeth it with the proceed wickedness?
[28]μάρτυςN3-NSM ψευδήςA3H-NSM ἀποὀλλύωVF2-FMI3S ἀνήρN3-NSM δέX ὑπήκοοςN2-NSM φυλάσσωV1-PMPNSM λαλέωVF-FAI3S [28]A false witness shall perish; but the man that obeyeth shall speak unchallenged.
[29]ἀσεβήςA3H-NSM ἀνήρN3-NSM ἀναιδῶςD ὑποἵστημιV6-PMI3S πρόσωπονN2N-DSNRA-NSM δέX εὐθήςA3H-NSM αὐτόςRD-NSM συνἵημιV7-PAI3SRA-APF ὁδόςN2-APF αὐτόςRD-GSM [29]A wicked man hardeneth his face; but as for the upright, he looketh well to his way.
[30]οὐD εἰμίV9-PAI3S σοφίαN1A-NSF οὐD εἰμίV9-PAI3S ἀνδρείαN1A-NSF οὐD εἰμίV9-PAI3S βουλήN1-NSF πρόςPRA-ASM ἀσεβήςA3H-ASM [30]There is no wisdom nor understanding nor counsel against ‏𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇‎.
[31]ἵπποςN2-NSM ἑτοιμάζωV1-PMI3S εἰςP ἡμέραN1A-ASF πόλεμοςN2-GSM παράP δέX κύριοςN2-GSMRA-NSF βοήθειαN1A-NSF [31]The horse is prepared against the day of battle; but victory is of ‏𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇‎.
