[1]Give ye thanks to Jehovah -- call ye in His name, Make known among the peoples His acts. [1]αλληλουια ἐξομολογεῖσθε τῷ κυρίῳ ὅτι χρηστός ὅτι εἰς τὸν αἰῶνα τὸ ἔλεος αὐτοῦ
[2]Sing ye to Him -- sing praise to Him, Meditate ye on all His wonders. [2]τίς λαλήσει τὰς δυναστείας τοῦ κυρίου ἀκουστὰς ποιήσει πάσας τὰς αἰνέσεις αὐτοῦ
[3]Boast yourselves in His Holy Name, The heart of those seeking Jehovah rejoiceth. [3]μακάριοι οἱ φυλάσσοντες κρίσιν καὶ ποιοῦντες δικαιοσύνην ἐν παντὶ καιρῷ
[4]Seek ye Jehovah and His strength, Seek ye His face continually. [4]μνήσθητι ἡμῶν κύριε ἐν τῇ εὐδοκίᾳ τοῦ λαοῦ σου ἐπίσκεψαι ἡμᾶς ἐν τῷ σωτηρίῳ σου
[5]Remember His wonders that He did, His signs and the judgments of His mouth. [5]τοῦ ἰδεῖν ἐν τῇ χρηστότητι τῶν ἐκλεκτῶν σου τοῦ εὐφρανθῆναι ἐν τῇ εὐφροσύνῃ τοῦ ἔθνους σου τοῦ ἐπαινεῖσθαι μετὰ τῆς κληρονομίας σου
[6]O seed of Abraham, His servant, O sons of Jacob, His chosen ones. [6]ἡμάρτομεν μετὰ τῶν πατέρων ἡμῶν ἠνομήσαμεν ἠδικήσαμεν
[7]He [is] Jehovah our God, In all the earth [are] His judgments. [7]οἱ πατέρες ἡμῶν ἐν αἰγύπτῳ οὐ συνῆκαν τὰ θαυμάσιά σου οὐκ ἐμνήσθησαν τοῦ πλήθους τοῦ ἐλέους σου καὶ παρεπίκραναν ἀναβαίνοντες ἐν τῇ ἐρυθρᾷ θαλάσσῃ
[8]He hath remembered to the age His covenant, The word He commanded to a thousand generations, [8]καὶ ἔσωσεν αὐτοὺς ἕνεκεν τοῦ ὀνόματος αὐτοῦ τοῦ γνωρίσαι τὴν δυναστείαν αὐτοῦ
[9]That He hath made with Abraham, And His oath to Isaac, [9]καὶ ἐπετίμησεν τῇ ἐρυθρᾷ θαλάσσῃ καὶ ἐξηράνθη καὶ ὡδήγησεν αὐτοὺς ἐν ἀβύσσῳ ὡς ἐν ἐρήμῳ
[10]And doth establish it to Jacob for a statute, To Israel -- a covenant age-during, [10]καὶ ἔσωσεν αὐτοὺς ἐκ χειρὸς μισούντων καὶ ἐλυτρώσατο αὐτοὺς ἐκ χειρὸς ἐχθροῦ
[11]Saying, `To thee I give the land of Canaan, The portion of your inheritance,' [11]καὶ ἐκάλυψεν ὕδωρ τοὺς θλίβοντας αὐτούς εἷς ἐξ αὐτῶν οὐχ ὑπελείφθη
[12]In their being few in number, But a few, and sojourners in it. [12]καὶ ἐπίστευσαν ἐν τοῖς λόγοις αὐτοῦ καὶ ᾖσαν τὴν αἴνεσιν αὐτοῦ
[13]And they go up and down, from nation unto nation, From a kingdom unto another people. [13]ἐτάχυναν ἐπελάθοντο τῶν ἔργων αὐτοῦ οὐχ ὑπέμειναν τὴν βουλὴν αὐτοῦ
[14]He hath not suffered any to oppress them And He reproveth for their sakes kings. [14]καὶ ἐπεθύμησαν ἐπιθυμίαν ἐν τῇ ἐρήμῳ καὶ ἐπείρασαν τὸν θεὸν ἐν ἀνύδρῳ
[15]`Strike not against Mine anointed, And to My prophets do not evil.' [15]καὶ ἔδωκεν αὐτοῖς τὸ αἴτημα αὐτῶν καὶ ἐξαπέστειλεν πλησμονὴν εἰς τὰς ψυχὰς αὐτῶν
[16]And He calleth a famine on the land, The whole staff of bread He hath broken. [16]καὶ παρώργισαν μωυσῆν ἐν τῇ παρεμβολῇ καὶ ααρων τὸν ἅγιον κυρίου
[17]He hath sent before them a man, For a servant hath Joseph been sold. [17]ἠνοίχθη ἡ γῆ καὶ κατέπιεν δαθαν καὶ ἐκάλυψεν ἐπὶ τὴν συναγωγὴν αβιρων
[18]They have afflicted with fetters his feet, Iron hath entered his soul, [18]καὶ ἐξεκαύθη πῦρ ἐν τῇ συναγωγῇ αὐτῶν φλὸξ κατέφλεξεν ἁμαρτωλούς
[19]Till the time of the coming of His word The saying of Jehovah hath tried him. [19]καὶ ἐποίησαν μόσχον ἐν χωρηβ καὶ προσεκύνησαν τῷ γλυπτῷ
[20]The king hath sent, and looseth him, The ruler of the peoples, and draweth him out. [20]καὶ ἠλλάξαντο τὴν δόξαν αὐτῶν ἐν ὁμοιώματι μόσχου ἔσθοντος χόρτον
[21]He hath made him lord of his house, And ruler over all his possessions. [21]ἐπελάθοντο τοῦ θεοῦ τοῦ σῴζοντος αὐτούς τοῦ ποιήσαντος μεγάλα ἐν αἰγύπτῳ
[22]To bind his chiefs at his pleasure, And his elders he maketh wise. [22]θαυμαστὰ ἐν γῇ χαμ φοβερὰ ἐπὶ θαλάσσης ἐρυθρᾶς
[23]And Israel cometh in to Egypt, And Jacob hath sojourned in the land of Ham. [23]καὶ εἶπεν τοῦ ἐξολεθρεῦσαι αὐτούς εἰ μὴ μωυσῆς ὁ ἐκλεκτὸς αὐτοῦ ἔστη ἐν τῇ θραύσει ἐνώπιον αὐτοῦ τοῦ ἀποστρέψαι τὴν ὀργὴν αὐτοῦ τοῦ μὴ ἐξολεθρεῦσαι
[24]And He maketh His people very fruitful, And maketh it mightier than its adversaries. [24]καὶ ἐξουδένωσαν γῆν ἐπιθυμητήν οὐκ ἐπίστευσαν τῷ λόγῳ αὐτοῦ
[25]He turned their heart to hate His people, To conspire against His servants. [25]καὶ ἐγόγγυσαν ἐν τοῖς σκηνώμασιν αὐτῶν οὐκ εἰσήκουσαν τῆς φωνῆς κυρίου
[26]He hath sent Moses His servant, Aaron whom He had fixed on. [26]καὶ ἐπῆρεν τὴν χεῖρα αὐτοῦ αὐτοῖς τοῦ καταβαλεῖν αὐτοὺς ἐν τῇ ἐρήμῳ
[27]They have set among them the matters of His signs, And wonders in the land of Ham. [27]καὶ τοῦ καταβαλεῖν τὸ σπέρμα αὐτῶν ἐν τοῖς ἔθνεσιν καὶ διασκορπίσαι αὐτοὺς ἐν ταῖς χώραις
[28]He hath sent darkness, and it is dark, And they have not provoked His word. [28]καὶ ἐτελέσθησαν τῷ βεελφεγωρ καὶ ἔφαγον θυσίας νεκρῶν
[29]He hath turned their waters to blood, And putteth to death their fish. [29]καὶ παρώξυναν αὐτὸν ἐν τοῖς ἐπιτηδεύμασιν αὐτῶν καὶ ἐπληθύνθη ἐν αὐτοῖς ἡ πτῶσις
[30]Teemed hath their land [with] frogs, In the inner chambers of their kings. [30]καὶ ἔστη φινεες καὶ ἐξιλάσατο καὶ ἐκόπασεν ἡ θραῦσις
[31]He hath said, and the beetle cometh, Lice into all their border. [31]καὶ ἐλογίσθη αὐτῷ εἰς δικαιοσύνην εἰς γενεὰν καὶ γενεὰν ἕως τοῦ αἰῶνος
[32]He hath made their showers hail, A flaming fire [is] in their land. [32]καὶ παρώργισαν αὐτὸν ἐφ ὕδατος ἀντιλογίας καὶ ἐκακώθη μωυσῆς δι αὐτούς
[33]And He smiteth their vine and their fig, And shivereth the trees of their border. [33]ὅτι παρεπίκραναν τὸ πνεῦμα αὐτοῦ καὶ διέστειλεν ἐν τοῖς χείλεσιν αὐτοῦ
[34]He hath said, and the locust cometh, And the cankerworm -- innumerable, [34]οὐκ ἐξωλέθρευσαν τὰ ἔθνη ἃ εἶπεν κύριος αὐτοῖς
[35]And it consumeth every herb in their land, And it consumeth the fruit of their ground. [35]καὶ ἐμίγησαν ἐν τοῖς ἔθνεσιν καὶ ἔμαθον τὰ ἔργα αὐτῶν
[36]And He smiteth every first-born in their land, The first-fruit of all their strength, [36]καὶ ἐδούλευσαν τοῖς γλυπτοῖς αὐτῶν καὶ ἐγενήθη αὐτοῖς εἰς σκάνδαλον
[37]And bringeth them out with silver and gold, And there is not in its tribes a feeble one. [37]καὶ ἔθυσαν τοὺς υἱοὺς αὐτῶν καὶ τὰς θυγατέρας αὐτῶν τοῖς δαιμονίοις
[38]Rejoiced hath Egypt in their going forth, For their fear had fallen upon them. [38]καὶ ἐξέχεαν αἷμα ἀθῷον αἷμα υἱῶν αὐτῶν καὶ θυγατέρων ὧν ἔθυσαν τοῖς γλυπτοῖς χανααν καὶ ἐφονοκτονήθη ἡ γῆ ἐν τοῖς αἵμασιν
[39]He hath spread a cloud for a covering, And fire to enlighten the night. [39]καὶ ἐμιάνθη ἐν τοῖς ἔργοις αὐτῶν καὶ ἐπόρνευσαν ἐν τοῖς ἐπιτηδεύμασιν αὐτῶν
[40]They have asked, and He bringeth quails, And [with] bread of heaven satisfieth them. [40]καὶ ὠργίσθη θυμῷ κύριος ἐπὶ τὸν λαὸν αὐτοῦ καὶ ἐβδελύξατο τὴν κληρονομίαν αὐτοῦ
[41]He hath opened a rock, and waters issue, They have gone on in dry places -- a river. [41]καὶ παρέδωκεν αὐτοὺς εἰς χεῖρας ἐθνῶν καὶ ἐκυρίευσαν αὐτῶν οἱ μισοῦντες αὐτούς
[42]For He hath remembered His holy word, With Abraham His servant, [42]καὶ ἔθλιψαν αὐτοὺς οἱ ἐχθροὶ αὐτῶν καὶ ἐταπεινώθησαν ὑπὸ τὰς χεῖρας αὐτῶν
[43]And He bringeth forth His people with joy, With singing His chosen ones. [43]πλεονάκις ἐρρύσατο αὐτούς αὐτοὶ δὲ παρεπίκραναν αὐτὸν ἐν τῇ βουλῇ αὐτῶν καὶ ἐταπεινώθησαν ἐν ταῖς ἀνομίαις αὐτῶν
[44]And He giveth to them the lands of nations, And the labour of peoples they possess, [44]καὶ εἶδεν ἐν τῷ θλίβεσθαι αὐτοὺς ἐν τῷ αὐτὸν εἰσακοῦσαι τῆς δεήσεως αὐτῶν
[45]That they may observe His statutes, And His laws may keep. Praise ye Jehovah! [45]καὶ ἐμνήσθη τῆς διαθήκης αὐτοῦ καὶ μετεμελήθη κατὰ τὸ πλῆθος τοῦ ἐλέους αὐτοῦ
46[No verse] [46]καὶ ἔδωκεν αὐτοὺς εἰς οἰκτιρμοὺς ἐναντίον πάντων τῶν αἰχμαλωτισάντων αὐτούς
47[No verse] [47]σῶσον ἡμᾶς κύριε ὁ θεὸς ἡμῶν καὶ ἐπισυνάγαγε ἡμᾶς ἐκ τῶν ἐθνῶν τοῦ ἐξομολογήσασθαι τῷ ὀνόματι τῷ ἁγίῳ σου τοῦ ἐγκαυχᾶσθαι ἐν τῇ αἰνέσει σου
48[No verse] [48]εὐλογητὸς κύριος ὁ θεὸς ισραηλ ἀπὸ τοῦ αἰῶνος καὶ ἕως τοῦ αἰῶνος καὶ ἐρεῖ πᾶς ὁ λαός γένοιτο γένοιτο
