| [1]Not unto us, O 𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇, not unto us, but unto Thy name give glory, for Thy mercy, and for Thy truth's sake. |
[1]ܪܸܚܡܹܬ̣ ܕܢܸܫܡܲܥ ܡܵܪܝܵܐ ܩܵܠܵܐ ܕܒ̣ܵܥܘܼܬ̣ܝ. |
| [2]Wherefore should the nations say: 'Where is now their God?' |
[2]ܘܢܸܨܠܸܐ ܐܸܕ݂ܢܹܗ ܠܘܵܬ̣ܝ ܒܝܲܘܡܵܐ ܕܐܸܩܪܹܝܘܗܝ. |
| [3]But our God is in t heavens; whatsoever pleased Him He hath done. |
[3]ܡܸܛܠ ܕܚܲܕ݂ܪܘܼܢܝ ܚܸܒ̣ܠܹ̈ܐ ܕܡܲܘܬܵܐ. |
| [4]Their idols are silver and gold, the work of men's hands. |
[4]ܘܐܘܼܠܨܵܢܹ̈ܐ ܕܲܫܝܘܿܠ ܡܲܛܝܘܼܢܝ. |
| [5]They have mouths, but they speak not; eyes have they, but they see not; |
[5]ܐܘܼܠܨܵܢܵܐ ܘܕ݂ܵܘܘܿܢܵܐ ܐܸܫܟ̇ܚܹܬ̣. |
| [6]They have ears, but they hear not; noses have they, but they smell not; |
[6]ܘܒܲܫܡܹܗ ܕܡܵܪܝܵܐ ܩܪܹܝܬ̣. |
| [7]They have hands, but they handle not; feet have they, but they walk not; neither speak they with their throat. |
[7]ܐܘܿ ܡܵܪܝܵܐ ܦܲܨܵܗ̇ ܠܢܲܦ̮ܫܝ. |
| [8]They that make them shall be like unto them; yea, every one that trusteth in them. |
[8]ܡܪܲܚܡܵܢ ܐܲܢ̄ܬ̇ ܡܵܪܝܵܐ ܘܙܲܕ̇ܝܼܩ. |
| [9]O Israel, trust thou in 𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇! He is their help and their shield! |
[9]ܘܐܲܠܵܗܵܐ ܐܲܢ̄ܬ̇ ܡܪܲܚܡܵܢܵܐ. |
| [10]O house of Aaron, trust ye in 𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇! He is their help and their shield! |
[10]ܢܵܛܲܪ ܠܫܲܒ̣ܪܹ̈ܐ ܡܵܪܝܵܐ. |
| [11]Ye that fear 𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇, trust in 𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇! He is their help and their shield. |
[11]ܡܲܟ̇ܟܲܢܝ ܘܦܲܪܩܲܢܝ. |
| [12]𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇 hath been mindful of us, He will bless—He will bless the house of Israel; He will bless the house of Aaron. |
[12]ܐܸܬ̣ܦܢܵܝ ܢܲܦ̮ܫܝ ܠܲܢܝܵܚܹܟ̣ܝ. |
| [13]He will bless them that fear 𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇, both small and great. |
[13]ܡܸܛܠ ܕܡܵܪܝܵܐ ܦܲܪܥܹܟ̣ܝ. |
| [14]𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇 increase you more and more, you and your children. |
[14]ܡܸܛܠ ܕܦܲܨܝܼ ܢܲܦ̮ܫܝ ܡ̣ܢ ܡܲܘܬܵܐ. |
| [15]Blessed be ye of 𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇 who made heaven and earth. |
[15]ܘܪܸ̈ܓ̣ܠܲܝ ܡ̣ܢ ܫܲܪ̈ܥܵܬ̣ܵܐ. |
| [16]The heavens are the heavens of 𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇; but the earth hath He given to the children of men. |
[16]ܕܐܸܫܦܲܪ ܩܕ݂ܵܡܲܝܟ ܡܵܪܝܵܐ ܒܐܲܪܥܵܐ ܕܚܲܝܹ̈ܐ. |
| [17]The dead praise not 𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇, neither any that go down into silence; |
[17]ܗܲܝܡ̱ܢܹ݁ܬ̣ ܘܡܲܠܠܹ݁ܬ̣ ܘܐܸܬ̣ܡܲܟ̇ܟܹܬ̣ ܛܵܒ̣. |
| [18]But we will bless 𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇 from this time forth and for ever. Hallelujah. |
