[1]A Song of Ascents. 𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇, remember unto David all his affliction; |
| [2]How he swore to the LORD, and vowed to the mighty God of Jacob; |
[2]How he swore unto 𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇, and vowed unto the Mighty One of Jacob: |
| [3]Surely I will not come into the tabernacle of my house, nor go up into my bed; |
[3]'Surely I will not come into the tent of my house, nor go up into the bed that is spread for me; |
| [4]I will not give sleep to my eyes, or slumber to my eyelids, |
[4]I will not give sleep to mine eyes, nor slumber to mine eyelids; |
| [5]Until I find a place for the LORD, a habitation for the mighty God of Jacob. |
[5]Until I find out a place for 𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇, a dwelling-place for the Mighty One of Jacob.' |
