| [1]MAY the LORD answer you in the day of trouble; the name of the God of Jacob defend you; |
[1]ܢܸܥܢܹܝܟ݂ ܡܵܪܝܵܐ ܒܝܲܘܡܵܐ ܕܐܘܼܠܨܵܢܵܐ. |
| [2]Send you help from his sanctuary, and strengthen you out of Zion. |
[2]ܘܲܢܥܲܕ̇ܪܵܟ݂ ܫܡܹܗ ܕܐܲܠܵܗܹܗ ܕܝܲܥܩܘܿܒ̣. |
| [3]Let the LORD remember all your offerings, and make acceptable your burnt sacrifices. |
[3]ܢܫܲܕܲܪ ܠܵܟ݂ ܥܘܼܕ݂ܪܵܢܵܐ ܡ̣ܢ ܡܲܩܕܫܹܗ. |
| [4]May the LORD grant you according to your own heart, and fulfil all your counsel. |
[4]ܘܡ̣ܢ ܨܸܗܝܘܿܢ ܢܣܲܝܥܵܟ݂. |
| [5]We will be glorified in your salvation, and in the name of our God we will be exalted; the LORD fulfil all your petitions. |
[5]ܢܸܬ̇ܕ̇ܟܲܪ ܠܵܟ݂ ܡܵܪܝܵܐ ܟܠܗܘܿܢ ܩܘܼܪ̈ܒܵܢܲܝܟ. |
| [6]Henceforth it is known that the LORD has saved his anointed; and has heard him from his holy heaven and saved with the strength of his right hand. |
[6]ܘܝܲܩܕܲܝ̈ܟ ܗܘ̤ ܢܲܕ݂ܗܸܢ. |
| [7]Some trust in chariots, and some in horses; but we will prevail through the name of the LORD our God. |
[7]ܢܸܬܸܠ ܠܵܟ݂ ܡܵܪܝܵܐ ܐܲܝܟ݂ ܠܸܒܵܟ݂. |
| [8]They are bowed down and fallen; but we are risen and stand ready. |
[8]ܘܐܲܝܟ݂ ܟܠܵܗ̇ ܬܲܪܥܝܼܬ̣ܵܟ݂ ܢܫܲܡܠܸܐ. |
| [9]O LORD, save us, and let our King answer us in the day when we call upon him. |
[9]ܘܲܢܫܲܒܲܚ ܒܦܘܼܪܩܵܢܵܟ݂. |
