[1]O LORD, rebuke me not in thy wrath; neither chasten me in the heat of thine anger. [No book]
[2]For thine arrows stick fast in me, and thy hand rests heavily upon me. [No book]
[3]There is no peace in my flesh because of thine anger; neither is there any rest in my bones because of my sins. [No book]
[4]For mine iniquities are gone over my head; as a great burden they are too heavy for me. [No book]
[5]My wounds are loathsome and corrupt because of my foolishness. [No book]
[6]I am greatly troubled; all the day long I walk sadly. [No book]
[7]My loins are filled with trembling, and there is no peace in my body. [No book]
[8]I am feeble and miserable; I have groaned because of the despair of my heart. [No book]
[9]O LORD, all my desire is before thee; and my groaning is not hidden from thee. [No book]
