| [1]Hear my words, O Lord: understand my meditation. |
[1]למנצח אל־הנחילות מזמור לדוד |
| [2]Hearken unto the voice of my cry, my King and my God: for unto thee do I pray. |
[2]אמרי האזינה יהוה בינה הגיגי |
| [3]Hear my voice in the morning, O Lord : for in the morning will I direct me unto thee, and I will wait. |
[3]הקשיבה לקול שועי־מלכי ואלהי כי־אליך אתפלל |
| [4]For thou art not a God that loveth wickedness: neither shall evil dwell with thee. |
[4]יהוה־בקר תשמע קולי בקר אערך־לך ואצפה |
| [5]The foolish shall not stand in thy sight: for thou hatest all them that work iniquity. |
[5]כי לא אל חפץ רשע אתה לא יגרך רע |
| [6]Thou shalt destroy them that speak lies: the Lord will abhor the bloody man and deceitful. |
[6]לא־יתיצבו הוללים לנגד עיניך שנאת כל־פעלי און |
| [7]But I will come into thine house in the multitude of thy mercy: and in thy fear will I worship toward thine holy temple. |
[7]תאבד דברי כזב איש־דמים ומרמה יתעב יהוה |
| [8]Lead me, O Lord, in thy righteousness, because of mine enemies: make thy way plain before my face. |
[8]ואני־ברב חסדך אבוא ביתך אשתחוה אל־היכל־קדשך ביראתך |
| [9]For no constancy is in their mouth: within, they are very corruption: their throat is an open sepulcher, and they flatter with their tongue. |
[9]יהוה נחני בצדקתך־למען שוררי הושר [Q: הישר] לפני דרכך |
| [10]Destroy them, O God: let them fall from their counsels: cast them out for the multitude of their iniquities, because they have rebelled against thee. |
[10]כי אין בפיהו נכונה־קרבם הוות קבר־פתוח גרנם לשונם יחליקון |
| [11]And let all them that trust in thee, rejoice and triumph forever, and cover thou them: and let them, that love thy name, rejoice in thee. |
[11]האשימם אלהים יפלו ממעצותיהם ברב פשעיהם הדיחמו כי־מרו בך |
| [12]For thou Lord wilt bless the righteous, and with favor wilt compass him, as with a shield. |
[12]וישמחו כל־חוסי בך לעולם ירננו ותסך עלימו ויעלצו בך אהבי שמך |

[13]כי־אתה תברך צדיק יהוה־כצנה רצון תעטרנו |
