| [1]לַמְנַצֵּ֬חַ ׀ עַֽל־נְגִינַ֬ת לְדָוִֽד׃ |
[1]Hear my cry, O God: give ear unto my prayer. |
| [2]שִׁמְעָ֣ה אֱ֭לֹהִים רִנָּתִ֑י הַ֝קְשִׁ֗יבָה תְּפִלָּתִֽי׃ |
[2]From the ends of the earth will I cry unto thee: when mine heart is oppressed, bring me upon the rock that is higher then I. |
| [3]מִקְצֵ֤ה הָאָ֨רֶץ ׀ אֵלֶ֣יךָ אֶ֭קְרָא בַּעֲטֹ֣ף לִבִּ֑י בְּצוּר־יָר֖וּם מִמֶּ֣נִּי תַנְחֵֽנִי׃ |
[3]For thou hast been mine hope, and a strong tower against the enemy. |
| [4]כִּֽי־הָיִ֣יתָ מַחְסֶ֣ה לִ֑י מִגְדַּל־עֹ֝֗ז מִפְּנֵ֥י אֹויֵֽב׃ |
[4]I will dwell in thy tabernacle forever, and my trust shall be under the covering of thy wings. Selah. |
| [5]אָג֣וּרָה בְ֭אָהָלְךָ עֹולָמִ֑ים אֶֽחֱסֶ֨ה בְסֵ֖תֶר כְּנָפֶ֣יךָ סֶּֽלָה׃ |
[5]For thou, O God, hast heard my desires: thou hast given an heritage unto those that fear thy name. |
| [6]כִּֽי־אַתָּ֣ה אֱ֭לֹהִים שָׁמַ֣עְתָּ לִנְדָרָ֑י נָתַ֥תָּ יְ֝רֻשַּׁ֗ת יִרְאֵ֥י שְׁמֶֽךָ׃ |
[6]Thou shalt give the king a long life: his years shall be as many ages. |
| [7]יָמִ֣ים עַל־יְמֵי־מֶ֣לֶךְ תֹּוסִ֑יף נֹותָ֗יו כְּמֹו־דֹ֥ר וָדֹֽר׃ |
[7]He shall dwell before God forever: prepare mercy and faithfulness that they may preserve him. |
| [8]יֵשֵׁ֣ב עֹ֭ולָם לִפְנֵ֣י אֱלֹהִ֑ים חֶ֥סֶד וֶ֝אֱמֶ֗ת מַ֣ן יִנְצְרֻֽהוּ׃ |
[8]So will I alway sing praise unto thy name in performing daily my vows. |
| [9]כֵּ֤ן אֲזַמְּרָ֣ה שִׁמְךָ֣ לָעַ֑ד לְֽשַׁלְּמִ֥י נְדָרַ֗י יֹ֣ום ׀ יֹֽום׃ |
