| [1]God stands in the assembly of gods; and in the midst of them will judge gods. |
[1]ܐܲܠܵܗܵܐ ܩܵܡ݂ ܒܟܸܢܫܵܐ ܕܡܲܠܲܐܟܹ̈ܐ. |
| [2]How long will ye judge unrighteously, and accept the persons of sinners? Pause. |
[2]ܘܲܒ̣ܓ̣ܵܘ ܡܲܠܲܐܟܹ̈ܐ ܢܕ݂ܘܼܢ. |
| [3]Judge the orphan and poor: do justice to the low and needy. |
[3]ܥܕܲܡܵܐ ܠܐܸܡܲܬ̣ܝ ܕܵܝ̇ܢܝܼܢ ܐܢ̄ܬ̇ܘܿܢ ܥܲܘܠܵܐ. |
| [4]Rescue the needy, and deliver the poor out of the hand of the sinner. |
[4]ܘܒܲܐܦܹ̈ܐ ܕܪ̈ܲܫܝܼܥܹܐ ܢܵܣܒ̇ܝܼܢ ܐܢ̄ܬ̇ܘܿܢ. |
| [5]They know not, nor understand; they walk on in darkness: all the foundations of the earth shall be shaken. |
[5]ܕܘܼܢܘ ܠܝܲܬ̣ܡܹ̈ܐ ܘܲܠܒ̣ܵܝܫܹ̈ܐ. |
| [6]I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you children of the Most High. |
[6]ܘܲܠܡܸܣܟܹ̇ܢܹ̈ܐ ܘܲܠܡܲܟ̇ܝܼܟܹ̈ܐ ܙܲܟܵܘ. |
| [7]But ye die as men, and fall as one of the princes. |
[7]ܦܲܨܵܘ ܠܡܸܣܟܹ̇ܢܹ̈ܐ ܘܲܠܒ̣ܵܝܫܹ̈ܐ ܡ̣ܢ ܐܝܼܕ݂ܵܐ ܕܪ̈ܲܫܝܼܥܹܐ. |
| [8]Arise, O God, judge the earth: for thou shalt inherit all nations. |
[8]ܘܠܵܐ ܝܑܼܕܲܥܘ ܘܠܵܐ ܐܸܣܬܲܟܲܠܘ. |
