PesNT(Mur)
Peshitta NT (literal)
PesNT(lit)
[1]What shall we then say? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? [1]What? therefore shall we say shall we dwell in it in sin that grace may abound
[2]Far be it: for if we are persons that have died to sin, how can we again live in it? [2]Alaha forbid! those for of us who are dead to sin how? shall we live in it again
[3]Or do ye not know, that we who are baptized into Jesus Messiah, are baptized into his death? [3]Or not? know you that those of us who were baptized in Ieshu The Messiah in His death were we baptized
[4]For we are buried with him in baptism unto death; that as Jesus Messiah arose from the dead into the glory of his Father, so also we, to walk in a new life. [4]We were buried with Him in baptism to death for as arose Ieshu The Messiah from among the dead in the glory of His Father in this way also we in Life new we shall walk
[5]For if we have been planted together with him into the likeness of his death, so shall we be also into his resurrection. [5]If for as one we have been planted with Him in the image of His death in this way also in His resurrection we shall be
[6]For we know, that our old man is crucified with him; that the body of sin might be abolished, and we be no more servants to sin: [6]We know for that our person old was crucified with Him that shall be destroyed the body of sin that again not we shall serve sin
[7]for he that is dead [to it], is emancipated from sin. [7]Whoever is dead for has been freed himself from sin
[8]If then we are dead with Messiah, let us believe that we shall live with the same Messiah. [8]If therefore we are dead with The Messiah let us believe that with Him with The Messiah we shall live
[9]For we know that Messiah rose from the dead, and no more dieth; death hath no dominion over him. [9]We know for that The Messiah arose from house of the dead and again not He shall die and death no has authority over Him
[10]For in dying, he died for sin, once; and in living, he liveth unto God. [10]He who died for to sin He died one time and because He lives living He is to Alaha
[11]So also do ye account yourselves as being dead to sin, and alive to God, through our Lord Jesus Messiah. [11]In this way also you consider yourselves that dead you are to sin and living you are to Alaha in our Lord Ieshu The Messiah
[12]Therefore let not sin reign in your dead body, so that ye obey its lusts. [12]Not therefore shall reign sin in your body dead as if that you would obey its desires
[13]And also give not up your members as instruments of evil unto sin, but give up yourselves to God, as those who have been resuscitated from the dead; and let your members be instruments for the righteousness of God. [13]And also do not present your members weapons of evil for sin but present yourselves to Alaha as people who from the dead are alive and your members weapons shall be for the justice of Alaha
[14]And sin shall not have dominion over you; for ye are not under the law, but under grace. [14]And sin not has authority over you not for you are under The Written Law but under grace
[15]What then? Shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? Far be it. [15]What? therefore we shall sin because not we are under The Written Law but under grace Alaha forbid!
[16]Know ye not, that to whomsoever ye give up yourselves to serve in bondage, his servants ye are, whom ye serve; whether it be to sin, or whether it be to righteousness, that ye give ear? [16]Not? know you that to whom present you yourselves to obey it to bondage His you are servants of that one whom obeying you are to him if to sin or if to the hearing ear of righteousness
[17]But thanks be to God, that ye were [once] the servants of sin but have [now] from the heart obeyed that form of doctrine to which ye are devoted. [17]Thank but to Alaha that servants you were of sin and you obeyed from the heart the form of the teaching you are devoted to which
[18]And when ye were emancipated from sin, ye became servants to righteousness. [18]And when you were freed from sin you became servants to righteousness
[19]-(I speak as among men, because of the infirmity of your flesh.)-As ye [once] gave up your members to the servitude of pollution and iniquity, so also now give ye up your members to the servitude of righteousness and sanctity. [19]As of the house of children of men say I because of the weakness of your flesh that as you presented your members to the servitude of defilement and of evil in this way also now present your members to the servitude
[20]For when ye were the servants of sin, ye were emancipated from righteousness. [20]When servants you became for of sin free you became from righteousness
[21]And what harvest had ye then, in that of which ye are now ashamed? For the result thereof is death. [21]And what? fruit existing was to you then which of today ashamed you are of it its end for is death
[22]And now, as ye have been emancipated from sin, and have become servants to God, your fruits are holy; and the result thereof is life everlasting. [22]And now because you have been freed from sin and you are servants to Alaha is to you fruit holy for the result of those is life eternal
[23]For the wages of sin is death; but the free gift of God is life eternal, through our Lord Jesus Messiah. [23]The merchandise but of sin death is and the gift of Alaha life eternal in our Lord Ieshu The Messiah
