[2]Follow not thine own mind and thy strength, to walk in the ways of thy heart: [2]μήD ἐκἀκολουθέωV2-PAD2SRA-DSF ψυχήN1-DSF σύRP-GS καίCRA-DSF ἰσχύςN3U-DSF σύRP-GS πορεύομαιV1-PMN ἐνP ἐπιθυμίαN1A-DPF καρδίαN1A-GSF σύRP-GS
[3]And say not, Who shall controul me for my works? for the Lord will surely revenge thy pride. [3]καίC μήD εἶπονVB-AAS2S τίςRI-NSM ἐγώRP-AS δυναστεύωVF-FAI3SRA-NSM γάρX κύριοςN2-NSM ἐκδικέωV2-PAPNSM ἐκδίκησιςN3I-DSF
[4]Say not, I have sinned, and what harm hath happened unto me? for the Lord is longsuffering, he will in no wise let thee go. [4]μήD εἶπονVB-AAS2S ἁμαρτάνωVBI-AAI1S καίC τίςRI-NSN ἐγώRP-DS γίγνομαιVBI-AMI3SRA-NSM γάρX κύριοςN2-NSM εἰμίV9-PAI3S μακρόθυμοςA1B-NSM
[5]Concerning propitiation, be not without fear to add sin unto sin: [5]περίP ἐξιλασμόςN2-GSM μήD ἄφοβοςA1B-NSM γίγνομαιV1-PMD2S προςτίθημιVE-AAN ἁμαρτίαN1A-ASF ἐπίP ἁμαρτίαN1A-DPF
[6]And say not His mercy is great; he will be pacified for the multitude of my sins: for mercy and wrath come from him, and his indignation resteth upon sinners. [7]Make no tarrying to turn to the Lord, and put not off from day to day: for suddenly shall the wrath of the Lord come forth, and in thy security thou shalt be destroyed, and perish in the day of vengeance. [9]Winnow not with every wind, and go not into every way: for so doth the sinner that hath a double tongue. [9]μήD λικμάωV3-PAD2S ἐνP πᾶςA3-DSM ἄνεμοςN2-DSM καίC μήD πορεύομαιV1-PMD2S ἐνP πᾶςA1S-DSF ἀτραπόςN2-DSF οὕτωςDRA-NSM ἁμαρτωλόςA1B-NSMRA-NSM δίγλωσσοςA1B-NSM
[10]Be stedfast in thy understanding; and let thy word be the same. [10]εἰμίV9-PAD2S στηρίζωVK-XMPNSM ἐνP σύνεσιςN3I-DSF σύRP-GS καίC εἷςM εἰμίV9-PAD3S σύRP-GSRA-NSM λόγοςN2-NSM
[11]Be swift to hear; and let thy life be sincere; and with patience give answer. [11]γίγνομαιV1-PMD2S ταχύςA3U-NSM ἐνP ἀκρόασιςN3I-DSF σύRP-GS καίC ἐνP μακροθυμίαN1A-DSF φθέγγομαιV1-PMD2S ἀπόκρισιςN3I-ASF
[12]If thou hast understanding, answer thy neighbour; if not, lay thy hand upon thy mouth. [12]εἰC εἰμίV9-PAI3S σύRP-DS σύνεσιςN3I-NSF ἀποκρίνωVC-APD2SRA-DSM πλησίονD εἰC δέX μήDRA-NSF χείρN3-NSF σύRP-GS εἰμίV9-PAD3S ἐπίPRA-DSN στόμαN3M-DSN σύRP-GS

[14]Be not called a whisperer, and lie not in wait with thy tongue: for a foul shame is upon the thief, and an evil condemnation upon the double tongue. [15]Be not ignorant of any thing in a great matter or a small.
