[1]And when he had called unto him his twelve disciples, he gave them power against unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all manner of sickness and all manner of disease. [1]And He called twelve His disciples and He gave to them authority over spirits filthy to cast them out and to heal every ailment and disease
[2]Now the names of the twelve apostles are these; The first, Simon, who is called Peter, and Andrew his brother; James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother; [2]Their but of the twelve apostles names were these the first of them Shimeon which is called The Stone and Andraus his brother and Yaqob son of Zebedee and Yohanan his brother
[3]Philip, and Bartholomew; Thomas, and Matthew the publican; James the son of Alphaeus, and Lebbaeus, whose surname was Thaddaeus; [3]And Phillipus and Bar-Tolmay and Thoma and Mattai the tax collector and Yaqob son of Halphi and Lebai who was called Thadi
[4]Simon the Canaanite, and Judas Iscariot, who also betrayed him. [4]And Shimeon the Zealot and Yehuda Skariota he who betrayed Him
[5]These twelve Jesus sent forth, and commanded them, saying, Go not into the way of the Gentiles, and into any city of the Samaritans enter ye not: [5]These twelve sent Ieshu and He commanded them and He said by a road of the heathen not you shall go and to a city of the Samaritans not you shall enter
[6]But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. [6]Go you but especially to the sheep that have been lost from the house of Israel
[7]And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand. [7]And when are going you preach and say that has come near the Kingdom of Heaven
[8]Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give. [8]The sick heal and the lepers purify and demons cast out freely you have received freely give
[9]Provide neither gold, nor silver, nor brass in your purses, [9]Not you shall retain gold neither silver nor copper in your money bags
[10]Nor scrip for your journey, neither two coats, neither shoes, nor yet staves: for the workman is worthy of his meat. [10]Neither scrip for the way nor two coats neither shoes nor a staff worthy is for a laborer of his provisions
[11]And into whatsoever city or town ye shall enter, enquire who in it is worthy; and there abide till ye go thence. [11]To whichever but city or village enter you it ask who is? worthy in it and there stay until leave you
[12]And when ye come into an house, salute it. [12]And when enter you a household invoke the peace of the househould
[13]And if the house be worthy, let your peace come upon it: but if it be not worthy, let your peace return to you. [13]And if that is worthy household your blessing of peace will come upon it if but not it is worthy your blessing of peace unto you will return
[14]And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words, when ye depart out of that house or city, shake off the dust of your feet. [14]Whoever not but does receive you neither listens to your words when depart you from the house or from village that shake the sand from your feet
[15]Verily I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrha in the day of judgment, than for that city. [15]And truly say I to you for land that of Sadom and of Ammora it will be tranquil in the day of judgment rather than for city that
[16]Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves. [16]Behold I sending am you as lambs among wolves be therefore crafty as snakes and innocent as doves
[17]But beware of men: for they will deliver you up to the councils, and they will scourge you in their synagogues; [17]Be on guard but from the children of men they will deliver you for to the house of judgment and in their assemblies they will scourge you
[18]And ye shall be brought before governors and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them and the Gentiles. [18]And before governors and kings they will bring you for My sake for testimony their and that of the nations
[19]But when they deliver you up, take no thought how or what ye shall speak: for it shall be given you in that same hour what ye shall speak. [19]When but they arrest you not you shall be anxious how? or what? you will speak it will be given to you for in that hour whatever you should speak
[20]For it is not ye that speak, but the Spirit of your Father which speaketh in you. [20]Not it will be for you speaking but The Spirit of your Father speaking in you
[21]And the brother shall deliver up the brother to death, and the father the child: and the children shall rise up against their parents, and cause them to be put to death. [21]Will deliver but brother his brother to death and father his son and will rise children against their parents and they will put to death them
[22]And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that endureth to the end shall be saved. [22]And you will be hated of everyman because of My Name whoever but will endure until the end he will be saved
[23]But when they persecute you in this city, flee ye into another: for verily I say unto you, Ye shall not have gone over the cities of Israel, till the Son of man be come. [23]When they persecute you but in city this flee you to another truly for say I to you that not you will have finished these all cities of the house of Israel until will come The Son of Man
[24]The disciple is not above his master, nor the servant above his lord. [24]There is not a disciple greater than his master neither a servant than his lord
[25]It is enough for the disciple that he be as his master, and the servant as his lord. If they have called the master of the house Beelzebub, how much more shall they call them of his household? [25]It is enough for him for a disciple that he would be like his master and for a servant like his lord if the lord of the house they have called Beelzebub more how much? the children of his household
[26]Fear them not therefore: for there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; and hid, that shall not be known. [26]Not therefore you shall be afraid of them there is not for anything covered that not will be revealed and hidden that not will be known
[27]What I tell you in darkness, that speak ye in light: and what ye hear in the ear, that preach ye upon the housetops. [27]Whatever tell I to you in the darkness say it you in the light and anything that with your ears hear you preach on the rooftops
[28]And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. [28]And not you shall be afraid of those who kill the body the soul but not are able to kill be afraid but rather of Him which can what is soulish and the body destroy in Gehenna
[29]Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? and one of them shall not fall on the ground without your Father. [29]Not two sparrows are sold for a penny and one of them apart from your Father not falls on the ground
[30]But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. [30]Your but also hairs of your head all numbered are
[31]Fear ye not therefore, ye are of more value than many sparrows. [31]Not therefore you shall be afraid than sparrows many are greater you
[32]Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven. [32]Everyone therefore who will confess Me before children of men I shall confess him also I before My Father Who is in Heaven
[33]But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven. [33]Whoever but will deny Me before children of men I shall deny him also I before My Father in Heaven
[34]Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword. [34]Not think that I have come to bring peace in the earth not I have come to bring peace but a sword
[35]For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law. [35]I have come for to divide a man against his father and a daughter against her mother and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law
[36]And a man's foes shall be they of his own household. [36]And the enemies of a man will be the children of his household
[37]He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me. [37]Whoever loves father or mother more than Me not is worthy to Me and whoever loves son or daughter more than Me not is worthy to Me
[38]And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me. [38]And everyone who does not take his cross and come after Me not is worthy to Me
[39]He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it. [39]And whoever will lose his life-himself for My sake will find it whoever will find his life-himself will lose it
[40]He that receiveth you receiveth me, and he that receiveth me receiveth him that sent me. [40]Whoever receives you Me receives and whoever Me receives Him Who sent Me receives
[41]He that receiveth a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet's reward; and he that receiveth a righteous man in the name of a righteous man shall receive a righteous man's reward. [41]Whoever receives a prophet in the name of The Prophet a reward of The Prophet receives and whoever receives a righteous one in the Name of The Righteous One a reward of The Righteous One receives
[42]And whosoever shall give to drink unto one of these little ones a cup of cold water only in the name of a disciple, verily I say unto you, he shall in no wise lose his reward. [42]And everyone who gives a drink to one of these little ones a cup of cold water alone in the name of a disciple amen say I to you that not he will lose his reward
