King James Version
KJV
[1] The wickednes of the vngodly speaketh in the middest of my heart: that there is no feare of the Lorde before his eyes [1]The transgression of the wicked saith within my heart, that there is no fear of God before his eyes.
[2]For he flattereth him selfe in his owne sight: so that his iniquitie is found worthy of hatred [2]For he flattereth himself in his own eyes, until his iniquity be found to be hateful.
[3]The wordes of his mouth are vnrighteous and full of deceipt: he hath left of to behaue him selfe wisely & to do good [3]The words of his mouth are iniquity and deceit: he hath left off to be wise, and to do good.
[4]He imagineth mischiefe vpon his bed, & setteth him selfe in no good way: neither doth he abhorre any thing yt is euil [4]He deviseth mischief upon his bed; he setteth himself in a way that is not good; he abhorreth not evil.
[5]Thy mercy O God reacheth vnto heauen: [and] thy faythfulnes vnto the cloudes [5]Thy mercy, O LORD, is in the heavens; and thy faithfulness reacheth unto the clouds.
[6]Thy righteousnes is like the mountaynes of God: thy iudgementes are a great deapth, thou sauest both man and beast O God [6]Thy righteousness is like the great mountains; thy judgments are a great deep: O LORD, thou preservest man and beast.
[7]How excellent is thy mercy O Lord: therefore the chyldren of men shall put their trust vnder the shadowe of thy winges [7]How excellent is thy lovingkindness, O God! therefore the children of men put their trust under the shadow of thy wings.
[8]They shalbe satisfied with the plenteousnesse of thy house: and thou shalt geue them drinke out of the riuer of thy delicates [8]They shall be abundantly satisfied with the fatness of thy house; and thou shalt make them drink of the river of thy pleasures.
[9]For with thee is the fountaine of lyfe: and in thy light shall we see light [9]For with thee is the fountain of life: in thy light shall we see light.
[10]O continue foorth thy louing kindnesse vnto them that knowe thee: and thy righteousnes vnto them that are of an vpright heart [10]O continue thy lovingkindness unto them that know thee; and thy righteousness to the upright in heart.
[11]O let not the foote of pryde reache vnto me: and let not the hande of the vngodly make me to moue [out of my place [11]Let not the foot of pride come against me, and let not the hand of the wicked remove me.
[12]There be the workers of iniquitie fallen: they are cast downe, and shall not be able to rise vp [12]There are the workers of iniquity fallen: they are cast down, and shall not be able to rise.
