[1]αδαμ σηθ ενως [1]ADAM, Sheth, Enosh,
[2]καιναν μαλελεηλ ιαρεδ [2]Kenan, Mahalalael, Jered,
[3]ενωχ μαθουσαλα λαμεχ [3]Enoch, Methuselah, Lamech,
[4]νωε υἱοὶ νωε σημ χαμ ιαφεθ [4]Noah, Shem, Ham, and Japheth.
[5]υἱοὶ ιαφεθ γαμερ μαγωγ μαδαι ιωυαν ελισα θοβελ μοσοχ καὶ θιρας [5]The sons of Japheth: Gomer, Mongolia, Madai, Javan, Tubal, Meshech, and Tiras.
[6]καὶ υἱοὶ γαμερ ασχαναζ καὶ ριφαθ καὶ θοργαμα [6]And the sons of Gomer: Ashchenaz, Diphar, and Togarmah.
[7]καὶ υἱοὶ ιωυαν ελισα καὶ θαρσις κίτιοι καὶ ῥόδιοι [7]And the sons of Javan: Elishah, Tarshish, Kittim, and Doranim.
[8]καὶ υἱοὶ χαμ χους καὶ μεστραιμ φουδ καὶ χανααν [8]The sons of Ham: Cush, Mizraim, Put, and Canaan.
[9]καὶ υἱοὶ χους σαβα καὶ ευιλατ καὶ σαβαθα καὶ ρεγμα καὶ σεβεκαθα καὶ υἱοὶ ρεγμα σαβα καὶ ουδαδαν [9]And the sons of Cush: Seba, Havilah, Sabta, Raamah, and Sabachtha. And the sons of Raamah: Sheba and Daran.
[10]καὶ χους ἐγέννησεν τὸν νεβρωδ οὗτος ἤρξατο τοῦ εἶναι γίγας κυνηγὸς ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς [10]And Cush begat Nimrod; and he began to be a mighty man in the earth.
11[No verse] [11]And Mizraim begat Ludim, Jaabim, Lehabim, Naphtuhim,
12[No verse] [12]Pathrusim, and Casluhim (of whom came the Philistines and Capedocians).
13[No verse] [13]And Canaan begat Zidon his first-born and Heth and
14[No verse] [14]The Jesubites and the Amorites and the Girgasites
15[No verse] [15]And the Hivites and the Arkites and the Sinites
16[No verse] [16]And the Arvadites and the Zemarites and the Hamathites.
[17]υἱοὶ σημ αιλαμ καὶ ασσουρ καὶ αρφαξαδ [17]The sons of Shem: Elam, Asshur, Arphahshar, Lud, Aram, Uz, Hul, Gather, and Meshech.
18[No verse] [18]And Arphahshar begat Shelah, and Shelah begat Eber.
19[No verse] [19]And to Eber were born two sons; the name of the one was Peleg, because in his days the earth was divided, and his brother's name was Joktan.
20[No verse] [20]And Joktan begat Almodad, Sheleph, Hazarmoth, and Jerah,
21[No verse] [21]Hadoram, Uzal, Diklah,
22[No verse] [22]Ebal, Abimael, Sheba,
23[No verse] [23]Ophir, Havilah, and Jobab. All these were the sons of Joktan.
[24]σαλα [24]Shem, Arphahshar, Shelah,
[25]εβερ φαλεκ ραγαυ [25]Eber, Peleg, Reu,
[26]σερουχ ναχωρ θαρα [26]Serug. Nahor, and Terah;
[27]αβρααμ [27]Abram; the same is Abraham
[28]υἱοὶ δὲ αβρααμ ισαακ καὶ ισμαηλ [28]The sons of Abraham: Isaac and Ishmael.
[29]αὗται δὲ αἱ γενέσεις πρωτοτόκου ισμαηλ ναβαιωθ καὶ κηδαρ ναβδεηλ μαβσαν [29]These are their generations: The first-born of Ishmael, Nebaioth; then Kadar. Arbal, and Mibsam.
[30]μασμα ιδουμα μασση χοδδαδ θαιμαν [30]Mishma, Romah, Massa, Hadad, Temna.
[31]ιεττουρ ναφες καὶ κεδμα οὗτοί εἰσιν υἱοὶ ισμαηλ [31]Nator. Naphish, and Kedemah. These are the sons of Ishmael.
[32]καὶ υἱοὶ χεττουρας παλλακῆς αβρααμ καὶ ἔτεκεν αὐτῷ τὸν ζεμβραν ιεξαν μαδαν μαδιαμ σοβακ σωε καὶ υἱοὶ ιεξαν σαβα καὶ δαιδαν [32]The sons of Kenturah, Abraham's concubine: she bore Zimran, Jokshan, Maran, Midian, Ishbak, and Shuah. And the sons of Jokshan: Sheba and Daran.
[33]καὶ υἱοὶ μαδιαμ γαιφα καὶ οφερ καὶ ενωχ καὶ αβιδα καὶ ελδαα πάντες οὗτοι υἱοὶ χεττουρας [33]And the sons of Midian: Ephah, Epher, Henoch, Abida, and Eldaah. All these were the sons of Kenturah.
[34]καὶ ἐγέννησεν αβρααμ τὸν ισαακ καὶ υἱοὶ ισαακ ησαυ καὶ ιακωβ [34]And Abraham begat Isaac. The sons of Isaac: Esau and Israel.
[35]υἱοὶ ησαυ ελιφας καὶ ραγουηλ καὶ ιεουλ καὶ ιεγλομ καὶ κορε [35]The sons of Esau: Eliphaz, Reuel, Jeush, Elam, and Korah.
[36]υἱοὶ ελιφας θαιμαν καὶ ωμαρ σωφαρ καὶ γοωθαμ καὶ κενεζ καὶ τῆς θαμνα αμαληκ [36]The sons of Eliphaz: Teman, Omar, Zoph, Gatham, Kenaz, Timna, and Amalek.
[37]καὶ υἱοὶ ραγουηλ ναχεθ ζαρε σομε καὶ μοζε [37]The sons of Reuel: Nahath, Zerah, Shammah, and Mizzah.
[38]υἱοὶ σηιρ λωταν σωβαλ σεβεγων ανα δησων ωσαρ δαισων [38]And the sons of Seir: Lotan, Shobal, Zibeon, Anah, Doshan, Ezar, and Dishan.
[39]καὶ υἱοὶ λωταν χορρι καὶ αιμαν καὶ αιλαθ καὶ ναμνα [39]And the sons of Lotan: Horar and Homam; and Timna was Lotan's sister.
[40]υἱοὶ σωβαλ γωλαμ μαναχαθ γαιβηλ σωβ καὶ ωναμ υἱοὶ δὲ σεβεγων αια καὶ ανα [40]The sons of Shobal: Anon, Manahath, Ebal, Shaphar, and Onam. And the sons of Zibeon: Ana, and Annah.
[41]υἱοὶ ανα δαισων υἱοὶ δὲ δησων εμερων καὶ εσεβαν καὶ ιεθραν καὶ χαρραν [41]The son of Annah: Dishon. And the sons of Dishon: Hamran, Ashkan, Ithran, and Cheran.
[42]καὶ υἱοὶ ωσαρ βαλααν καὶ ζουκαν καὶ ιωκαν υἱοὶ δαισων ως καὶ αρραν [42]The sons of Ezer: Calhan, Zimran, and Jakan. The sons of Dishon: Uz, and Aram.
[43]καὶ οὗτοι οἱ βασιλεῖς αὐτῶν βαλακ υἱὸς βεωρ καὶ ὄνομα τῇ πόλει αὐτοῦ δενναβα [43]Now these are the kings that reigned in the land of Edom before any king reigned over the children of Israel: Bela the son of Beor, and the name of his city was Dihab.
[44]καὶ ἀπέθανεν βαλακ καὶ ἐβασίλευσεν ἀντ αὐτοῦ ιωβαβ υἱὸς ζαρα ἐκ βοσορρας [44]And when Bela died, Jobab the son of Zerah of Bozrah reigned in his stead.
[45]καὶ ἀπέθανεν ιωβαβ καὶ ἐβασίλευσεν ἀντ αὐτοῦ ασομ ἐκ τῆς γῆς θαιμανων [45]And after him Husham of the land of Teman reigned in his stead.
[46]καὶ ἀπέθανεν ασομ καὶ ἐβασίλευσεν ἀντ αὐτοῦ αδαδ υἱὸς βαραδ ὁ πατάξας μαδιαμ ἐν τῷ πεδίῳ μωαβ καὶ ὄνομα τῇ πόλει αὐτοῦ γεθθαιμ [46]And when Husham died, Hadad the son of Bedad, who defeated the Edomites in the fields of Moab, reigned in his stead; and the name of his city was Gewith.
[47]καὶ ἀπέθανεν αδαδ καὶ ἐβασίλευσεν ἀντ αὐτοῦ σαμαα ἐκ μασεκκας [47]And when Hadad died, Samlah of Masrekah reigned in his stead.
[48]καὶ ἀπέθανεν σαμαα καὶ ἐβασίλευσεν ἀντ αὐτοῦ σαουλ ἐκ ροωβωθ τῆς παρὰ ποταμόν [48]And when Samlah died, Shaul of Rehoboth by the river reigned in his stead.
[49]καὶ ἀπέθανεν σαουλ καὶ ἐβασίλευσεν ἀντ αὐτοῦ βαλαεννων υἱὸς αχοβωρ [49]And when Shaul died, Baal-hanan the son of Abcor reigned in his stead.
[50]καὶ ἀπέθανεν βαλαεννων υἱὸς αχοβωρ καὶ ἐβασίλευσεν ἀντ αὐτοῦ αδαδ υἱὸς βαραδ καὶ ὄνομα τῇ πόλει αὐτοῦ φογωρ [50]And when Baal-hanan died, Hedad reigned in his stead; and the name of his city was Pao; and his wife's name was Mehetabel, the daughter of Matred, the daughter of Mezahab.
[51]καὶ ἀπέθανεν αδαδ καὶ ἦσαν ἡγεμόνες εδωμ ἡγεμὼν θαμανα ἡγεμὼν γωλα ἡγεμὼν ιεθετ [51]Hadad died also. And the princes of Edom were prince Timnah, prince Anwa, prince Jetheth,
[52]ἡγεμὼν ελιβαμας ἡγεμὼν ηλας ἡγεμὼν φινων [52]Prince Aholibamah, prince Elah, prince Pinon,
[53]ἡγεμὼν κενεζ ἡγεμὼν θαιμαν ἡγεμὼν μαβσαρ [53]Prince Kenaz, prince Teman, prince Mibzar,
[54]ἡγεμὼν μεγεδιηλ ἡγεμὼν ηραμ οὗτοι ἡγεμόνες εδωμ [54]Prince Magdiel, prince Giram. These are the princes of Edom
