[1]ταῦτα τὰ ὀνόματα τῶν υἱῶν ισραηλ ρουβην συμεων λευι ιουδα ισσαχαρ ζαβουλων [1]THESE are the sons of Israel: Reuben, Simeon, Levi, Judah, Issachar, Zebulun,
[2]δαν ιωσηφ βενιαμιν νεφθαλι γαδ ασηρ [2]Dan, Joseph, Benjamin, Naphtali, Gad, and Asher.
[3]υἱοὶ ιουδα ηρ αυναν σηλων τρεῖς ἐγεννήθησαν αὐτῷ ἐκ τῆς θυγατρὸς σαυας τῆς χαναανίτιδος καὶ ἦν ηρ ὁ πρωτότοκος ιουδα πονηρὸς ἐναντίον κυρίου καὶ ἀπέκτεινεν αὐτόν [3]The sons of Judah: Er, Onan, and Shelah; these three were born to him of Bathshua the Canaanitess. And Er, the first-born of Judah, was wicked in the sight of the LORD; and he slew him.
[4]καὶ θαμαρ ἡ νύμφη αὐτοῦ ἔτεκεν αὐτῷ τὸν φαρες καὶ τὸν ζαρα πάντες υἱοὶ ιουδα πέντε [4]And Tamar his daughter-in-law bore him Pharez and Zerah. All the sons of Judah were five.
[5]υἱοὶ φαρες αρσων καὶ ιεμουηλ [5]The sons of Pharez: Hezron and Hamul.
[6]καὶ υἱοὶ ζαρα ζαμβρι καὶ αιθαν καὶ αιμαν καὶ χαλχαλ καὶ δαρα πάντες πέντε [6]And the sons of Zerah: Zimri, Ethan, Haman, Calcol, Darda; five of them in all.
[7]καὶ υἱοὶ χαρμι αχαρ ὁ ἐμποδοστάτης ισραηλ ὃς ἠθέτησεν εἰς τὸ ἀνάθεμα [7]And the son of Carmi: Achar, the troubler of Israel, who transgressed in the thing dedicated.
[8]καὶ υἱοὶ αιθαν αζαρια [8]And the son of Ethan: Azariah.
[9]καὶ υἱοὶ εσερων οἳ ἐτέχθησαν αὐτῷ ὁ ιραμεηλ καὶ ὁ ραμ καὶ ὁ χαλεβ καὶ αραμ [9]The sons of Hezron that were born to him: Rahmael, Ram, and Salbai.
[10]καὶ αραμ ἐγέννησεν τὸν αμιναδαβ καὶ αμιναδαβ ἐγέννησεν τὸν ναασσων ἄρχοντα τοῦ οἴκου ιουδα [10]And Ram begat Amminadab; and Amminadab begat Nahshon, prince of the children of Judah;
[11]καὶ ναασσων ἐγέννησεν τὸν σαλμων καὶ σαλμων ἐγέννησεν τὸν βοος [11]And Nahshon begat Salma; and Salma begat Boaz;
[12]καὶ βοος ἐγέννησεν τὸν ωβηδ καὶ ωβηδ ἐγέννησεν τὸν ιεσσαι [12]And Boaz begat Obed; and Obed begat Jesse;
[13]καὶ ιεσσαι ἐγέννησεν τὸν πρωτότοκον αὐτοῦ ελιαβ αμιναδαβ ὁ δεύτερος σαμαα ὁ τρίτος [13]And Jesse begat his first-born Eliab, and Abinadab the second, and Shimma the third,
[14]ναθαναηλ ὁ τέταρτος ραδδαι ὁ πέμπτος [14]Nathanael the fourth, Darai the fifth,
[15]ασομ ὁ ἕκτος δαυιδ ὁ ἕβδομος [15]Ozem the sixth, Eliho the seventh, and David the eighth,
[16]καὶ ἀδελφὴ αὐτῶν σαρουια καὶ αβιγαια καὶ υἱοὶ σαρουια αβεσσα καὶ ιωαβ καὶ ασαηλ τρεῖς [16]Whose sisters were Zuriah and Abigail. And the sons of Zuriah: Abishai, Joab, and Ashail, three.
[17]καὶ αβιγαια ἐγέννησεν τὸν αμεσσα καὶ πατὴρ αμεσσα ιοθορ ὁ ισμαηλίτης [17]And Abigail bore Amasa; and the father of Amasa was Jether
[18]καὶ χαλεβ υἱὸς εσερων ἐγέννησεν τὴν γαζουβα γυναῖκα καὶ τὴν ιεριωθ καὶ οὗτοι υἱοὶ αὐτῆς ιωασαρ καὶ σωβαβ καὶ ορνα [18]And Caleb the son of Hezron begat Jedioth of Arubah his wife, and these were her sons: Asher, Jobab, and Adon.
[19]καὶ ἀπέθανεν γαζουβα καὶ ἔλαβεν ἑαυτῷ χαλεβ τὴν εφραθ καὶ ἔτεκεν αὐτῷ τὸν ωρ [19]And when Arubah died, Caleb took to him Ephrath, who bore him Hur.
[20]καὶ ωρ ἐγέννησεν τὸν ουρι καὶ ουρι ἐγέννησεν τὸν βεσελεηλ [20]And Hur begat Uri, and Uri begat Bezaliel.
[21]καὶ μετὰ ταῦτα εἰσῆλθεν εσερων πρὸς τὴν θυγατέρα μαχιρ πατρὸς γαλααδ καὶ οὗτος ἔλαβεν αὐτήν καὶ αὐτὸς ἑξήκοντα ἦν ἐτῶν καὶ ἔτεκεν αὐτῷ τὸν σεγουβ [21]And afterward Hezron went in to the daughter of Machir the father of Gilead, whom he married when he was sixty years old; and she bore him Segub.
[22]καὶ σεγουβ ἐγέννησεν τὸν ιαϊρ καὶ ἦσαν αὐτῷ εἴκοσι τρεῖς πόλεις ἐν τῇ γαλααδ [22]And Segub begat Jair, who had twenty-three towns in the land of Gilead.
[23]καὶ ἔλαβεν γεδσουρ καὶ αραμ τὰς κώμας ιαϊρ ἐξ αὐτῶν τὴν καναθ καὶ τὰς κώμας αὐτῆς ἑξήκοντα πόλεις πᾶσαι αὗται υἱῶν μαχιρ πατρὸς γαλααδ [23]And after that Hezron was dead in Caleb's land, Ephrath, then his wife, bore him Eshtawir the father of Tekoa.
[24]καὶ μετὰ τὸ ἀποθανεῖν εσερων ἦλθεν χαλεβ εἰς εφραθα καὶ ἡ γυνὴ εσερων αβια καὶ ἔτεκεν αὐτῷ τὸν ασχωδ πατέρα θεκωε [24]And the sons of Jerahmeel the first-born of Hezron were Aram the first-born and Banah, Aran, and Azam their sister.
[25]καὶ ἦσαν υἱοὶ ιερεμεηλ πρωτοτόκου εσερων ὁ πρωτότοκος ραμ καὶ βαανα καὶ αραν καὶ ασομ ἀδελφὸς αὐτοῦ [25]Jerahmeel had also another wife, whose name was Atarah; she was the mother of Onam.
[26]καὶ ἦν γυνὴ ἑτέρα τῷ ιερεμεηλ καὶ ὄνομα αὐτῇ αταρα αὕτη ἐστὶν μήτηρ οζομ [26]And the sons of Aram the first-born of Jerahmeel were Maaz, Nabin, and Aotar.
[27]καὶ ἦσαν υἱοὶ ραμ πρωτοτόκου ιερεμεηλ μαας καὶ ιαμιν καὶ ακορ [27]And the sons of Onam were Sabai, and Jada. And the sons of Sabai: Nadab and Abishur.
[28]καὶ ἦσαν υἱοὶ οζομ σαμαι καὶ ιαδαε καὶ υἱοὶ σαμαι ναδαβ καὶ αβισουρ [28]And the name of the wife of Abishur was Abihail, and she bore him Ahban and Molid.
[29]καὶ ὄνομα τῆς γυναικὸς αβισουρ αβιχαιλ καὶ ἔτεκεν αὐτῷ τὸν αχαβαρ καὶ τὸν μωλιδ [29]And the sons of Nadab: Seled and Pelarim; but Seled died without children.
[30]υἱοὶ ναδαβ σαλαδ καὶ αφφαιμ καὶ ἀπέθανεν σαλαδ οὐκ ἔχων τέκνα [30]And the son of Pelarim was Isaiah. And the son of Isaiah: Shushan; and the son of Shushan: Ahlai.
[31]καὶ υἱοὶ αφφαιμ ισεμιηλ καὶ υἱοὶ ισεμιηλ σωσαν καὶ υἱοὶ σωσαν αχλαι [31]And the sons of Jehoiada the brother of Sabai: Jether and Jonathan; and Jether died without children.
[32]καὶ υἱοὶ ιαδαε αχισαμαι ιεθερ ιωναθαν καὶ ἀπέθανεν ιεθερ οὐκ ἔχων τέκνα [32]And the sons of Jonathan: Lapath and Aoza. These were the sons of Jerahmeel.
[33]καὶ υἱοὶ ιωναθαν φαλεθ καὶ οζαζα οὗτοι ἦσαν υἱοὶ ιερεμεηλ [33]Now Shushan had no sons, but daughters. And Shushan had a son-in-law from Mizra, whose name was Jardaha.
[34]καὶ οὐκ ἦσαν τῷ σωσαν υἱοί ἀλλ ἢ θυγατέρες καὶ τῷ σωσαν παῖς αἰγύπτιος καὶ ὄνομα αὐτῷ ιωχηλ [34]And Shushan had given him his daughter to wife; and she bore him Attai.
[35]καὶ ἔδωκεν σωσαν τὴν θυγατέρα αὐτοῦ τῷ ιωχηλ παιδὶ αὐτοῦ εἰς γυναῖκα καὶ ἔτεκεν αὐτῷ τὸν εθθι [35]And Attai begat Nathan, and Nathan begat Dabir,
[36]καὶ εθθι ἐγέννησεν τὸν ναθαν καὶ ναθαν ἐγέννησεν τὸν ζαβεδ [36]And Dabir begat Ephil, and Ephil begat Jobab,
[37]καὶ ζαβεδ ἐγέννησεν τὸν αφαληλ καὶ αφαληλ ἐγέννησεν τὸν ωβηδ [37]And Jobab begat Jehu, and Jehu begat Azariah,
[38]καὶ ωβηδ ἐγέννησεν τὸν ιηου καὶ ιηου ἐγέννησεν τὸν αζαριαν [38]And Azariah begat Helez, and Helez begat Eleasah,
[39]καὶ αζαριας ἐγέννησεν τὸν χελλης καὶ χελλης ἐγέννησεν τὸν ελεασα [39]And Eleasah begat Samsai, and Samsai begat Shallum,
[40]καὶ ελεασα ἐγέννησεν τὸν σοσομαι καὶ σοσομαι ἐγέννησεν τὸν σαλουμ [40]And Shallum begat Elkamiah, and Elkamiah begat Elishama.
[41]καὶ σαλουμ ἐγέννησεν τὸν ιεχεμιαν καὶ ιεχεμιας ἐγέννησεν τὸν ελισαμα [41]Now the sons of Caleb the brother of Jerahmeel were Elishmai his first-born, who was the father of Ziph;
[42]καὶ υἱοὶ χαλεβ ἀδελφοῦ ιερεμεηλ μαρισα ὁ πρωτότοκος αὐτοῦ οὗτος πατὴρ ζιφ καὶ υἱοὶ μαρισα πατρὸς χεβρων [42]And the sons of Mareshah the father of Hebron were Korah, Tappuah, Rakim, and Shema.
[43]καὶ υἱοὶ χεβρων κορε καὶ θαπους καὶ ρεκομ καὶ σεμαα [43]And Shema begat Raham, the father of Jorkoam; and Jorkoam begat Samai.
[44]καὶ σεμαα ἐγέννησεν τὸν ραεμ πατέρα ιερκααν καὶ ιερκααν ἐγέννησεν τὸν σαμαι [44]And Auphnah, Caleb's concubine, bore Horan,
[45]καὶ υἱὸς αὐτοῦ μαων καὶ μαων πατὴρ βαιθσουρ [45]And Horan begat Gozan.
[46]καὶ γαιφα ἡ παλλακὴ χαλεβ ἐγέννησεν τὸν αρραν καὶ τὸν μωσα καὶ τὸν γεζουε καὶ αρραν ἐγέννησεν τὸν γεζουε [46]And the son of Shammai was Maon; and Maon was the father of Bethzur.
[47]καὶ υἱοὶ ιαδαι ραγεμ καὶ ιωαθαμ καὶ γηρσωμ καὶ φαλετ καὶ γαιφα καὶ σαγαφ [47]And the sons of Jahdai: Regem and Jotham and Gesham and Pelet and Ephah and Shaaph.
[48]καὶ ἡ παλλακὴ χαλεβ μωχα ἐγέννησεν τὸν σαβερ καὶ τὸν θαρχνα [48]Maachah, Caleb's concubine, bore Sheber and Tirhanah.
[49]καὶ ἐγέννησεν σαγαφ πατέρα μαρμηνα καὶ τὸν σαου πατέρα μαχαβηνα καὶ πατέρα γαιβαα καὶ θυγάτηρ χαλεβ ασχα [49]She bore also Shaaph the father of Madmannah, Sheva the father of Machbenah, and the father of Gibea; and the daughter of Caleb was Achsa.
[50]οὗτοι ἦσαν υἱοὶ χαλεβ υἱοὶ ωρ πρωτοτόκου εφραθα σωβαλ πατὴρ καριαθιαριμ [50]These were the sons of Caleb the son of Hur, the first-born of Ephratah: Shobal, who was born in Kirjath-narin;
[51]σαλωμων πατὴρ βαιθλαεμ αριμ πατὴρ βαιθγεδωρ [51]Samla, who was born in Bethlehem; and Abi, who was born in Gader.
[52]καὶ ἦσαν υἱοὶ τῷ σωβαλ πατρὶ καριαθιαριμ αραα εσι αμμανιθ [52]And sons were born to Shobal in Kirjath-narin; namely, Atroth, Jobal, Hazri,
[53]εμοσφεως πόλις ιαϊρ αιθαλιμ καὶ μιφιθιμ καὶ ησαμαθιμ καὶ ημασαραϊμ ἐκ τούτων ἐξήλθοσαν οἱ σαραθαῖοι καὶ οἱ εσθαωλαῖοι [53]Sepharvim, Netophath, Samla, Shemothim, Shechab, and Hama;
[54]υἱοὶ σαλωμων βαιθλαεμ νετωφαθι αταρωθ οἴκου ιωαβ καὶ ἥμισυ τῆς μαναθι ησαρεϊ [54]All these sons were born to Shobal in Kirjath-narin.
[55]πατριαὶ γραμματέων κατοικοῦντες ιαβες θαργαθιιμ σαμαθιιμ σωκαθιιμ οὗτοι οἱ κιναῖοι οἱ ἐλθόντες ἐκ μεσημα πατρὸς οἴκου ρηχαβ [55]And the families of the scribes which dwelt at Jabez: the Tirathites, the Shimeathites, and Suchathites. These are the Kenites that came of Hemath, the father of the house of Rechab
