[11]SaulH7586 also sentH7971[H8799] messengersH4397 unto David'sH1732 houseH1004, to watchH8104[H8800] him, and to slayH4191[H8687] him in the morningH1242: and MichalH4324 David'sH1732 wifeH802 toldH5046[H8686] him, sayingH559[H8800], If thou saveH4422[H8764] not thy lifeH5315 to nightH3915, to morrowH4279 thou shalt be slainH4191.[H8716]
[12]So MichalH4324 letH3381 DavidH1732 downH3381[H8686] through a windowH2474: and he wentH3212[H8799], and fledH1272[H8799], and escapedH4422.[H8735]
[13]And MichalH4324 tookH3947[H8799] an imageH8655, and laidH7760[H8799] it in the bedH4296, and putH7760[H8804] a pillowH3523 of goats'H5795 hair for his bolsterH4763, and coveredH3680[H8762] it with a clothH899.
[14]And when SaulH7586 sentH7971[H8799] messengersH4397 to takeH3947[H8800] DavidH1732, she saidH559[H8799], He is sickH2470.[H8802]
[15]And SaulH7586 sentH7971[H8799] the messengersH4397 again to seeH7200[H8800] DavidH1732, sayingH559[H8800], Bring him upH5927[H8685] to me in the bedH4296, that I may slayH4191 himH8687.
[16]And when the messengersH4397 were come inH935[H8799], behold, there was an imageH8655 in the bedH4296, with a pillowH3523 of goats'H5795 hair for his bolsterH4763.
[17]And SaulH7586 saidH559[H8799] unto MichalH4324, Why hast thou deceived me soH7411[H8765], and sent awayH7971[H8762] mine enemyH341[H8802], that he is escapedH4422[H8735]? And MichalH4324 answeredH559[H8799] SaulH7586, He saidH559[H8804] unto me, Let me goH7971[H8761]; why should I killH4191 theeH8686?
[18]So DavidH1732 fledH1272[H8804], and escapedH4422[H8735], and cameH935[H8799] to SamuelH8050 to RamahH7414, and toldH5046[H8686] him all that SaulH7586 had doneH6213[H8804] to him. And he and SamuelH8050 wentH3212[H8799] and dweltH3427[H8799] in NaiothH5121.
[19]And it was toldH5046[H8714] SaulH7586, sayingH559[H8800], Behold, DavidH1732 is at NaiothH5121 in RamahH7414.
[20]And SaulH7586 sentH7971[H8799] messengersH4397 to takeH3947[H8800] DavidH1732: and when they sawH7200[H8799] the companyH3862 of the prophetsH5030 prophesyingH5012[H8737], and SamuelH8050 standingH5975[H8802] as appointedH5324[H8737] over them, the SpiritH7307 of GodH430 was upon the messengersH4397 of SaulH7586, and they also prophesiedH5012.[H8691]
[21]And when it was toldH5046[H8686] SaulH7586, he sentH7971[H8799] otherH312 messengersH4397, and they prophesiedH5012[H8691] likewise. And SaulH7586 sentH7971[H8799] messengersH4397 againH3254[H8686] the thirdH7992 time, and they prophesiedH5012 alsoH8691.
[22]Then wentH3212[H8799] he also to RamahH7414, and cameH935[H8799] to a greatH1419 wellH953 that is in SechuH7906: and he askedH7592[H8799] and saidH559[H8799], WhereH375 are SamuelH8050 and DavidH1732? And one saidH559[H8799], Behold, they be at NaiothH5121 in RamahH7414.
[23]And he wentH3212[H8799] thither to NaiothH5121 in RamahH7414: and the SpiritH7307 of GodH430 was upon him also, and he wentH3212[H8799] onH1980[H8800], and prophesiedH5012[H8691], until he cameH935[H8800] to NaiothH5121 in RamahH7414.
[24]And he stripped offH6584[H8799] his clothesH899 alsoH1571, and prophesiedH5012[H8691] beforeH6440 SamuelH8050 in like manner, and lay downH5307[H8799] nakedH6174 all that dayH3117 and all that nightH3915. Wherefore they sayH559[H8799], Is SaulH7586 also among the prophetsH5030?
