| [1]In all parts and by all forms spoke Alaha with our fathers by the prophets from the first |
[1]IN manifold portions,ⓘ and in all manners, spake Aloha with our fathers by the prophets from the first: |
| [2]And in these days last He has spoken with us by His Son Whom He ordained the Heir of all things and by Him He made the universe |
[2]But in these last days he hath spoken with us by his Son; whom he constituted the heir of every thing, and by whom he made the worlds; |
| [3]For He is The Brilliance of His glory and The Image of His Being and upholding all things by the power of His word and He in His Person has accomplished the purification of our sins and He sat down at the right of the Majesty on High |
[3]Who himself is the resplendence of his glory, and the image of his Being, and upholdeth all [things] by the power of his word; and he, in his [own] person, hath made purification of sins, and hath sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high.ⓘ |
| [4]And This One altogether is greater than the angels according to how much more excellent is The Name Which He possesses than theirs |
[4]And this [person] is altogether more excellent than the angels, by so much as the name he hath inherited [is] more excellent than theirs. |
| [5]To which one for of the angels ever said Alaha "My Son You are I today have begotten You and again "I shall be to Him The Father and He shall be to Me The Son |
[5]For unto which one from [among] the angels at any time said Aloha, Thou art MY SON; I to-day have begotten thee? |
| [6]Again but when He brings The Firstborn into the universe He says "Him shall worship all of them the angels of Alaha |
[6]And again, I will be to him the Father, and he shall be to me the Son? But again, when bringing in the Firstbegotten into the world, he said, Let all the angels of Aloha worship him. |
| [7]About the angels but in this way He spoke "He makes His angels spirit and His ministers fire burning |
[7]But concerning the angels, thus hath he spoken: Who hath made his angels spirit, and his ministers a flaming fire. |
| [8]Concerning The Son but He said "Your throne yours Oh Alaha to eternity of eternities a scepter straight the scepter of Your kingdom |
[8]But concerning the Son he hath said, Thy throne, Aloha, [is] for ever and ever, a rightⓘ sceptre [is] the sceptre of thy kingdom. |
| [9]You have loved righteousness and You have hated evil because of this has anointed You Alaha Your Alaha with the oil of joy more than Your companions |
[9]Thou hast loved righteousness, and hast hated iniquity; therefore Aloha thy God hath anointed thee with the oil of exultation more [abundantly] than thy fellows. |
| [10]And again You from the origin laid the foundation of the earth and the heavens the work of Your hands are |
[10]And again, Thou in the beginning hast laid the foundations of the earth, and the heavens are the work of thy hands. |
| [11]Those shall pass away and You remaining are and they all as a robe shall wear out |
[11]They pass away, but thou art enduring; and all they as vestments shall become old, and as a garment thou shalt fold them up, |
| [12]And as a cloak You shall fold them those will be changed and You as are Yourself and Your years not shall end |
[12]They shall be changed; but thou [shalt be] as Thou Art, and thy years shall not fail.ⓘ |
| [13]To which? but of the angels ever said He "sit at My right until I put Your enemies a footstool under Your feet |
[13]But to which from [among] the angels hath he said at any time, Sit at my right hand, until I put thine adversaries a footstool beneath thy feet? |
| [14]Not? behold all of them are spirits of service who are sent in the service for the sake of those who are going to inherit life |
[14]Are not all they spirits of ministration, who [are] sent forth in service on behalf of those who are hereafter to inherit salvation? |
