[1]Because of this let us leave the beginning of the word of The Messiah and let us go to perfection or interrog. again foundation another are you laying? for conversion from works dead and for faith which is in Alaha |
[1]Wherefore let us leave the beginning of the word of the Meshiha, and let us come unto perfection. Or why again another foundation lay you for repentance from dead works, and for faith which is in Aloha, |
[2]And for the teaching of baptism and of the laying on hands and for the resurrection that is from among the dead and for judgment eternal |
[2]And for the doctrine of ablution,ⓘ and of imposition of the hand,ⓘ and for the resurrection from the placeⓘ of the dead, and for the judgment which is eternal?ⓘ |
[3]If the Lord permits we shall do this |
[3]If the Lord permit, we will do this. |
[4]But not are able those who one time to baptism descended and tasted a gift that is from Heaven and received The Spirit of Holiness |
[4]But they who once unto baptism have descended,ⓘ and have tasted the gift which is from heaven, and have received the Spirit of Holiness, |
[5]And have tasted the word good of Alaha and the power of the world that is future |
[5]And have tasted the good word of Aloha, and the power of the world to come, |
[6]Who again they would sin from the top to be renewed to conversion and from the top to crucify The Son of Alaha and to become contemptible |
[6][And] who again shall sin, cannot again be renewed unto conversion, who would afresh crucify and put to shame the Son of God. |
[7]The earth for drinks rain that comes to it times many and makes grow vegetation that is useful to those for whom it is cultivated it receives blessing from Alaha |
[7]For the earth that hath drank the rain which hath come upon it many times, and shall have brought forth the herb that is useful for them on whose account it is cultured, receiveth blessing from Aloha; |
[8]If it is but that should produce thorns and thistles it would be to him and not is far from curses but its end burning is |
[8]But that which shall produce thorns and briers hath reprobation; nor is it far from the curse, but its end is burning. |
[9]We are persuaded but concerning you my brothers those things that are excellent and that accompany life even though in this way we speak |
[9]But we are persuaded concerning you, my brethren, those things which are good, and that draw nigh unto salvation, though thus we speak. |
[10]Not was for is evil Alaha that He would disregard your works and your love that which you showed in His Name that you have ministered to the saints and you do minister |
[10]For not unrighteous is Aloha, that he should forget your works and your charity which ye have manifested in his name, who have ministered unto the saints, and do minister. |
[11]We desire but of each man of you is this diligence to be for the perfection of your hope until the end |
[11]But we desire that every one of you manifest the same diligence for the full completion of your hope until the end; |
[12]And that not you should faint to you but that you would be imitators of those who in faith and in patience have become heirs of the promise |
[12]And that it be not cut off from you,ⓘ but that ye be imitators of them who by fidelity and patienceⓘ have become heirs of the promise. |
[13]To Abraham for when made a promise to him Alaha because there not was to Him greater than He to swear by Whom He swore by Himself |
[13]For when to Abraham Aloha gave promise, because there was no one greater than himself to swear by, he sware by his own Self, |
[14]And He said "to bless I shall bless you and to multiply I shall multiply you |
[14]And said, Blessing I will bless thee, and multiplying I will multiply thee. |
[15]And in this way he was patient and he received the promise |
[15]And so he waited patiently, and obtained the promise. |
[16]Among children of men for by that which is greater than they they swear and about every dispute that has been among them an end sure by an oath has been to it |
[16]For men swear by one greater than themselves: and every controversy which occurs among them hath a sure conclusion in the oath. |
[17]Because of this all the more was willing Alaha to show the heirs of the promise that His declaration not would change and He bound it in an oath |
[17]On this account Aloha, willing abundantly to manifest to the heirs of the promise that his engagement is changeless, hath bound it in an oath: |
[18]That by two matters that not are changed because not can Alaha lie in them comfort great would be to us we who have sought refuge in Him and we may seize the hope which was promised to us |
[18]That by two things that are not changed, in which it cannot be that Aloha should lie, great consolation should be ours who have fled unto him: and that we may retain the hope that is promised to us, |
[19]He Who is to us as an anchor that holds fast in our soul that not will be moved and has entered inside of the veil |
[19] [and] which we have as an anchor that holdeth our soul, that it may not be moved, and entereth within the veil, |
[20]Where that before entered for our sake Ieshu and has become The Priest to eternity in the image of Melkizedeq |
[20]Where Jeshu hath first entered for us, and become the Priest for ever in the likeness of MALKI-ZEDEK. |
